Krista had searched the basement and had thankfully found some food and battled water. She had lost track of how long she had been down there, the only thing she did know was that the sun was starting to set and from the feel of the vibrations, there ware more titans outside than before.

She managed to shake off the initial shock of the situation she found herself in and was now determined to find a way out of this.

She wondered if anyone would come looking for her. that's if her so called 'comrade' would admit the truth about what happened. Some part of her hoped no-one came. Not because she didn't feel worthy of being saved but because she didn't want anybody in danger for her sake.

Sat down on what she assumed was some kind of bed, she looked at her equipment next to her. She had plenty of blades left but she was aware that without manoeuvrability, they were basically worthless.

She was tempted to search the rest of the house but she knew if one titan saw her, she was done for. Sitting up with her back resting against the wall, she did the only thing she could do right now and that was allow her mind to wonder.

She wondered if her squad made it back, if her friends in the 104th made it back, briefly wondered what she was going to do before her thoughts landed on Captain Levi.

The man who many called the best soldier to ever live. Some even say he is humanities last hope. She can't imagine how skilled he must be to get people saying that about him but she then had a thought 'to think someone of that high regard, helped me with my problem without even being asked'.

As she thought more about him, the more of a mystery he became. Eren had told her that Levi was a clean freak which she did believe but she really wanted to see it. She also wanted to see him in combat. She wondered if he still looked as good in and after battle as he normally does.

She suddenly sat up, her face blushing and herself filled with surprise 'did I just think that about Captain Levi? Wait, is that how I see Captain Levi?' she asked herself.

Most of the female soldiers (and even some male) have made it clear that they have a certain infatuation with Levi but Krista had never been one of them, not until now anyway.

'i wonder if it's because of what he did for me' she thought as she relaxed against the wall again. A small smile spread on her face as she thought about Levi coming to rescue her like he had before, not that she thought he would.

The more she thought about it, the more she kept coming to the same conclusion and promise to herself. If she made it out of this, she would get to know the mysterious, kind hearted Captain Levi. Her resolve reignited, she decided to take action by -

suddenly there was a big thud and the ground rumbled, putting her in an alarmed state. She quickly made her way up to the first floor and crouched down underneath a window. She feared the worst, that the titans were destroying the houses looking for her.

She peeked up slowly and saw what she was hoping for but never expected to happen "he's come to my aid again" Krista whispered as silent tears streamed down her face.

Levi wasted no time when he reached the village. He quickly took note of how many titan's there are, where they were, quickly took note of where the yellow house was, and went to work. With a deadly combination of speed, power, and accuracy he took out three titans in a matter of seconds. One of them fell through a random house which got the attention of the abnormal.

As soon as Levi landed on a roof the abnormal jumped at him. Luckily Levi landed on the other end of the village from the yellow house so he could go all out without worrying.

The abnormal missed it's target as Levi reacted quicker, jumping out of the way and using his gear to dash past the abnormal, cutting off it's fingers on it's right hand in the process.

"you must of felt high and mighty when one of our soldiers ran away from you" Levi said and then dashed past the abnormal again, this time cutting off it's whole left arm. As soon as he landed he took off again at lightning speed, taking out the abnormal's ankles. Sending it to the ground face first.

He landed on it's back "but I'm on a different level and you weren't even a challenge" he said darkly and then delivered the final blow.

Krista stared out the window stunned. She wanted to see Levi fight and he was incredible. He took them all out like it was nothing. She saw him jump down from the titan and started making his way towards the house she was in. She quickly went to the door and flung it open to see Levi in front of her.

He was breathing heavy, some blood around his eyes but she could see relief in them as he looked her over, making sure she was unharmed. She could still feel some tears in her own eyes but refused to let them fall as they stared at each other.

It didn't take much longer for Krista to close the gap between them and threw her arms around him. To her surprise, he returned her hug with just as much force "are you alright?" he asked.

"much better now" she whispered, squeezing him a little harder.
