I don't Own Naruto or Fairy Tail

Chapter 1: New Life

Naruto and Sasuke are in the end fighting Kaguya trying everything he can to seal her in the moon but with little luck and as Kaguya found a way to stab sasuke in the stomach as he is laying there bleeding out. Naruto sees this and freezes and reacts immediately.

Naruto looks at his friend in shock for what just happened. "SASUKE!"

Naruto tries to assure him and to heal him. "It's going to be okay. I'll heal you in no time at all and then we can put her in her place."

As he was about to start to heal him. Sasuke stops him and looks at him with a smile on his face and regret as he realizes that he won't make it. As he is dying, he decides to do one thing to help his teammate and the only time he actually feels proud of himself.

Sasuke tells him weakly knowing he is dying. "Naruto, I need you to take my eyes and with them you'll be given the full power of Six Paths and be able to seal her in the moon and save everyone. It is the only way that she can be stopped now as you'll be a lot stronger now and not only that but everything that I know will pass on to you as well. I know you can do it and when you do become the Hokage that I know you will be and protect everyone."

Naruto's eyes widened at this as this was something he didn't expect from him, but realizes he is right and know what he needs to do despite not wanting to see his friend die and to move on without him as he was going to bring him back to the village and keep his promise, but he understands that he has to do this for him and everyone else.

Naruto cries knowing he's about to lose his brother in all but blood. "Okay Sasuke, make the transfer and I will take her down for you and everyone."

As this was happening, Kaguya felt somewhat sad since one of her son's reincarnation was dying because of her and everyone else that is gone can't be brought as they are the only two left, since Kakashi and Sakura are both gone. Kaguya makes the decision to let her be sealed and to send him away to another world where he can be happy and live his life.

Naruto feels all the power and knowledge rush his body and mind, but shakes it off as he knows that there is something that he needs to deal with first, so with his new Rinne-Sharingan (that he will be able to turn activate at his own will) he is able to seal her away but is not looking so good

as he is bleeding from his head, and throughout his body with cuts and bruises everywhere.

Next thing he realizes is that he is in some place near a tower but is too weak to move and is thinking, "man this sucks. It feels like my whole body is on fire and will fall apart if I try to move." With his body giving out, he loses consciousness and doesn't know what happens from then on.

Jellal POV

Heading back to the Tower to get an update from Ultear on the construction and as he is walking there, he notices the body of Naruto Uzumaki and sees how much damage his body has taken and wonders what has happened to get him to look like this. With a smirk when he realizes he's alive still somehow, he'll make a good slave to see the towers completion. I feel incredible power from him despite the shape he is in and if I don't do something about it, he'll impede on my plans.

With that being said, he picks him up and takes him to the tower to seal his power away and to make him help with the Tower of Heaven.

A Few Hours Later

Naruto awakens to find himself chained to a wall and realizes something is off. I don't remember being here or how I got here.Naruto notices he can't use his chakra. 'Where am I anyway? The last thing I remember is fighting Kaguya and managing to see her away, but was sent through one of her portals. No no no no no! I need to go back! I need to see my friends and Tsunade and everyone! Where am I though?! Wait, why can't I use my chakra or anything of the sort?!

He's cut from his thoughts when someone else speaks up. "If you're wondering why you can't use your magic, it's because of me. "That would be because of me, my friend. You see when I found you, you were in terrible shape, but also radiated with power so I decided to not only help heal you but had to seal your powers away as you would be a big threat to me but also useful to me still. What you will do now is help finish this tower so we can bring back Zeref and he will bring in a new age of peace. This will happen regardless so just make it easier and help with this. There isn't anything to do anyway to escape as I sealed your power away which I must say is quite something and that is when you were on death's door, but now that you are healed more, is something that will trouble you in the future so I had to deal with it now. What will you do now?" This is Jellal.

Naruto narrows his eyes at this." Why are you trying to bring this guy back? He must be someone important if that is the case but the way you are making out to be is someone that is not so good so tell me, who is this Zeref anyway?" Naruto asks him.

"He is someone very important for sure, but is also known as Zeref the Black Wizard who will lead everyone on to greatness and a new era. He is my master and will do anything to make sure he is revived and you will help make that a reality." Jellal tells him gleaming like a madman.

"Like hell I will! I am not helping in bringing someone back just so this world will be plunged into darkness. I'd rather die than help you with that, so good luck in getting help from me to do that." Naruto shouts at him.

"Good luck lasting here longer than if that's the case. You will eventually come around and when you do, you will understand how important this that he left Naruto to himself and like that his new part of his life starts now in this new world." Jellal tells him as he leaves Naruto to his thoughts.

Two Years Later X784X

Now eighteen years old Naruto we have here now. Just like that two years have gone by for Naruto in the Tower of Heaven and nothing had changed for him. He still refused to help with construction, and was getting tortured as well to break his mind to get him to manipulate him to his cause. Through his stay there, he's been starved where he is very skinny and isn't able to eat much and he has cuts and bruises all over his body from the tortures he has received from Jellal. He's been waiting to get out so he can escape and destroy the tower itself. He had also managed to finally get into contact with Kurama and the rest of the Biju in his mindscape. He may have been able to use his chakra, but he was able to train in his mindscape to hone his new skills that he received from the Rinne-Sharingan given to him by Sasuke and other abilities that each of the Biju had as well. Each Biju had established a form of bond with the blonde with Matatabi, a mother figure to him who wants Naruto to have multiple girlfriends since he deserves to be happy.

Kurama senses people approaching the tower. "Naruto! I sense some people approaching the tower that I haven't sensed before. They may be able to help you get out of here and we can finally destroy this place once and for all."

Naruto thanks him mentally through their link.'Thanks Kurama! I can't really do anything though to signal for them to find me as my chakra is still sealed away so there isn't much I can do.'

Kurama ensures him not to worry about it. "Don't worry about that. We've been working on the seal just enough so we can push our chakr out enough for someone to notice you and get you out of here. It's been a slow process but we have finally managed to be able to at least force out some of our chakra so they will be able to find you. Here goes!"

Team Natsu POV

Someone asks her group."Okay so now we're here, any ideas on how we are going to get inside the tower to rescue Erza and Happy?"

Another woman says. "Juvia will get you inside as she is made of water so she can get you through a passage I found. This will be the easiest way for us to get in the tower. Juvia is a woman with a slender body with a blue coat with blue hair that goes down to her shoulders and curls up at the end."

A guy with pink hair quickly tells them. "All we need to do is to go in and grab them and it'll be a piece of cake. Happy! I'm coming for you buddy!"

"Wait Natsu!"

Natsu was a man with spiky pink hair with a black vest with gold trims, white pants, and a white scarf with looking scales on it with a brash attitude of attack first and ask questions later with the same tattoo on his shoulder but in red.

As they started to chase him, they felt the power that was unleashed and stopped when they felt how heavy it was and what to think about this power.

Lucy and the others feel a surge of magic power come to life inside the tower that they have never felt before. "Did you guys feel that?! It felt like nothing i've ever felt before and it seemed like someone calling for help seeing quick it came and now is gone. There is someone else here that I don't think is wanting to be here. What do you guys think?"

Lucy was a woman who had blonde hair in a ponytail with a voluptuous body that had brown eyes with a pink tattoo on her right hand.

Another man with dark blue hair agrees with her and comes up with a plan. "You might be right Lucy, but we won't know till we see what exactly it was but we also need to find Erza still. So from here we will split up into groups, one will go find Happy and Erza and the other will go see what that was exactly. Does that work for everyone?"

All nodded at this and went their ways. Natsu and Lucy went to find Erza and Happy and Gray and Juvia went after Naruto so we see them approaching Naruto and decide to see what is there.

Juvia is able to feel Naruto trying to break free of his restraints with all he has and questions Gray for concern for Naruto. "Gray-sama, can you feel what I am feeling from him? It feels like someone is trying to get out by how their magic feels and from it sounds like that this person is a prisoner here.".

Gray was a man who had Dark Blue hair with no shirt on but a blue tattoo on his shoulder signifying a place of sorts. "I see Juvia, but am wondering how he got here in the first place. He doesn't seem like someone who could be taken down easily. He also is dressed weird and not looking from around here as well. Whatever happened to him, we should get him out of here.

Hey! Are you alright? What's your name? How'd you get here and what happened to you?"

Naruto weakly smiles at them hoping that they are here to free him. "I suppose I'm alright given my circumstances, it could be worse. The name is Naruto. Naruto Uzumaki and I am like this because the bastard Jellal has been torturing me for two years now to break me so I could help him, but I'd rather not help a psychotic person who is wanting to bring someone from the dead. From what I was told, he wants to bring someone called Zeref back, but I don't know anything about him as I'm not from around here you could say. Could get me out of here, I've been trying for two years now and no luck. The reason I haven't been able to get out myself is because physically I'm weak at the moment and my power is sealed because he was worried I'd be a threat to him."

Gray and Juvia's eyes widened at this information. "WHAT?!"

Gray looks at him with concern for what he has gone through. "How have you survived all this time?! I mean that is something not everyone can do considering what you told us is true. And yes we can help you get out of here."

"Yes, Juvia will also help you as well. What do you want to do now that you are free?"

Naruto ponders since he hadn't thought about that. "That is a good question. I have no idea where to go from here. I am not familiar with this world, so I've been stuck here ever since and I can sense you don't have chakra which should be impossible since no one can survive without it. How is it that you don't have it but are alive, but I sense something else instead of chakra?"

Gray looks at him in disbelief. "WORLD?! Just where did you come from exactly?! I mean that should be impossible, and not only that but what is this chakra you speak of? I've never heard of it, we use magic here instead of what you call Chakra."

"Hard to believe I know and I will explain everything to you, but right now I want to get out of here so I can have this damn seal removed on me so I can have my power back. I was only able to start using or at least pushing out so someone would know I was here and help me, so I thank you for what you have done for me at this point. I owe you and your friends for this." Naruto tells him as he is grateful for their help and rescue.

Gray uncuffs him."Well enough of this for now, we'll get to the bottom of this when this is all done and figure out what to do after all this is done."

Erza POV

A young woman standing by Jellal's eyes widened at what she just felt and turned to Jellal. "What exactly was that I felt just now?! Jellal what did you do?! Who else is here?!"

This woman is known as Erza who is a young woman with red hair that went down her back with armor on her from Kreuz Heart with a blue skirt and long socks that go to her knees with the same tattoo on her shoulder.

Jellal smirks knowing how this will anger Erza. "Oh just someone I found two years ago and is someone who is stubborn and wouldn't help so I have been trying to break him to help with the resurrection of Zeref, but even without his help, it will still happen regardless, but he is dangerous to me. I found him nearly dead so I thought I could use him for my goals, but apparently he is very strong willed and refuses to give in. It would seem he is beginning to break out despite me sealing his power so he couldn't do anything, but somehow he managed to do something, but it does not matter. As he is right now, he is weak and can't stop me."

Erza is terrified of what he just told her about this person. Now more than ever will I stop Jellal from doing this since he involved someone that had nothing to do with it. "I will end this and stop you from doing this." She tells him much to his amusement.

The Rest goes as Cannon.

As everyone is around Naruto and sees him for the first time. They see all the scars he received and how malnourished he is from his time at the tower and they are all terrified of what they are seeing.

Naruto is eyeing everyone and wanting to say something but doesn't know what to say, so he does what he did when team 7 first started out to break the silence. "Now that everyone is here, how about we introduce ourselves. You know likes, dislikes, and what we want for the future. For example I'll start, my name is Naruto Uzumaki and my hobbies are ramen, training, gardening, cooking and protecting my precious people. My dislikes are traitors, perverts, and not being able to help someone in need. My future goals are to figure out where exactly I am and hopefully settle down someday with a family." Naruto answers with no harm telling them who exactly he is.

Team Natsu thought this was strange but shrugged their shoulders and decided to go with it as he seemed harmless and he needed help. "My name is Natsu Dragneel and I like fighting strong people, my guild, and fishing with my friend Happy. My dislikes are the ice stripper here and not being able to find Igneel."

"My name is Erza Scarlet and it is nice to meet you Naruto Uzumaki and I like protecting my guild, strawberry cheesecake, and my weapons and armor. My dislikes are those who break the rules in the guild and when someone knocks over my cheesecake."

"Lucy Heartfillia and it is nice to meet you as well Naruto. I like to write, my celestial spirits, and my friends in the guild."

Everyone took their turns and Naruto had to admit that they seemed like good people and that they'd do anything for their friends and family. He was curious about this guild of theirs and wanted to know more about it as everyone had mentioned it from what he gathered.

He turns to them and asks, "What exactly is a guild? That is something I haven't heard of before." Naruto asks confused on what a guild was.

Surprised by this, Natsu is the most shocked about it. "HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT A GUILD IS?!" Natsu is surprised by what Naruto said.

"Natsu, be nice. It isn't his fault he doesn't know what a guild is based on what he told us when we found him. If you're not a mage then what are you exactly?" Erza tells him sternly.

Gray shouts at him."Yeah Flame Brain shut up!".

Natsu gets in Gray's face with what he said to him. "What did you say, Ice Stripper!?"

Gray yells back at him as they are butting heads and starting to fight amongst each other..

"You know what I said, Charcoal Head!"

As these two are going at it arguing, Lucy is curious by what Erza meant by not a mage and wants to know too.

Naruto decides to explain chakra and what he is seeing as they don't know. "Well you see I'm what you would call a Shinobi or a Ninja. As I told these two, I'm not from this world. I was sent here by the person I had defeated as a last result. She sent me here without a means of getting home and to be honest, it hurts not knowing that but everyone there would rather I stay here with it being a chance at a new life and a start over for me."

At that point Natsu and Happy had stars in their eyes at him being a ninja.

Natsu is all of a sudden in his face excited about him being a ninja. "A Ninja!?"

Happy agreeing with him just as excited. "Nin nin!"

Lucy yells at them. "Shut it you two!"

Naruto looks at Lucy who asks, "how exactly did you get here if you're from a different world?" She's also thinking, 'Now that I look at him, he's really cute and good looking. He also seems like a person from what he said.' She blushes thinking about being more than friends.

"Well to put it simply I was fighting a Goddess with a friend who before he died gave his powers to me so she could be defeated and before she was completely done for, she sent me here through one of her portals that she could open." Naruto explains to her.

"A GODDESS!? They all exclaim at him with jaws on the ground.

"Well with you having nowhere to go now, why come back with us to our guild?" Erza asks him.

Everyone turns to Erza not expecting that since they just met him, but agrees with her as he would do well.

As Naruto thinks about the offer, he thinks about what this could mean for him and his second chance to have a life with friends without having to worry about Kaguya or Madara ever again. He also thinks about what his mom said when he was fighting Kurama to find love and him being the Last male Uzumaki, he would need to have multiple wives which he isn't sure about but will follow what his mom wants for him. "I think I'll take you up on that offer and join this guild. I never asked but what is it called and what happens in guilds anyway?" Naruto asks them.

"Guilds are places you can go to make friends, be a part of a family, and take mission requests that go to the guild and build bonds and the name of the guild is called Fairy Tail." Erza explains to him.

Naruto smiles at the family part as he's always wanted to be part of something like that." I'd like to introduce chakra to the world and show what I can do. Once I am back in shape and looking like myself again. I will be fine in a number of days. I have always healed quickly so this is nothing compared to what I have been through during the war." Naruto tells them.

Everyone looks at him with concern and is shocked at this info.

"WAR?! What do you mean war? What exactly was happening before you got here?!" Lucy shouts at him worrying about his condition mentally and physically.

"That is a long story that I don't like to talk about much and will go into more detail later on, but to summarize it, I was in what was called the Fourth Great Shinobi War where two madmen known as Obito and Madara Uchiha were implementing their plan to place the world in a permanent illusion where we lived our lives how we would have wanted them, but we would not freedom or choice in the matter. Basically they'd have control over everyone and they were after me and others they had gotten that were similar to me so I was the last one that they needed to get. Once they had started the process, someone called black Zetsu betrayed them in order to revive his mother who was the Goddess I fought." Naruto informs them.

"That is horrible." Lucy says. She just wanted to hug him and cry for him as she couldn't ever think about that happening to her or her guild. Everyone that heard this had felt bad for him and wanted to help him in some way, but then wondered something he said before. "You said you can use this Chakra source right? What exactly is it?"

Naruto nods at their question and goes on to explain chakra. "It is the embodiment of spiritual and physical energy. With these we are able to do what is called feats known as jutsu, but there are different fields that we can learn from such as Genjutsu which are illusions whether casting them or learning to break from them, Ninjutsu where we can use this to attack or defend with hand signs such as using wind, water, earth, lightning, or fire which are the basic natures. Not everyone can use every element as it is rare to have more than one. Because of my circumstances, I was able to learn from each element and am wanting to start to learn some sub-elements which is where I combine certain elements to form the sub-element. Next is Taijutsu which is hand to hand combat. Kenjutsu is swordsmanship which is what I had started to learn before the war began and there are a few styles I have learned or am working on at the moment. Next is Fuinjutsu which is the art of sealing which is somewhat different from what I had gathered in this world. It is called runes right? The last thing that was common was things called Dojutsu is something that certain clans receive. For example when I mentioned that my friend gave his powers to me, he gave his two dojutsu to me which are called the Sharingan and the Rinnegan. They're eye powers that grant abilities that not many others can do. Normally with transferred eyes like that I wouldn't be able to deactivate them or activate on my own, but it took time and was not the usual implants. Naruto tells them much to their astonishment on what he is capable of." Naruto explains to the others.

Which everyone nodded at, they had been excited to hear about all of this stuff from his world, since they can compare their magic to his chakra and see how different it is. Erza and Lucy were also curious about his swordsmanship and his own summons. They had been drawn to him for some reason they aren't sure of what to make of it.

Natsu, being excited hearing about Chakra, runs up to him. "I CHALLENGE YOU TO A FIGHT NARUTO!"

Gray says mockingly at Natsu. "Flame Brain, can't you see he can't fight you right now, even if he could he would probably beat you easily. Gray tells him annoyed by his challenge."

Natsu shouted towards Gray. "Say that to my face ice pervert!"

Naruto then turns to the rest of the group with a smile. "Now then with everything said, does anyone have any questions? If so, can that wait till we get to the guild so I don't need to repeat myself? I'm exhausted and hungry. I haven't had any real food in two years."

With that being said, everyone nodded and decided it would be best to wait to tell the master about this. With that being said, they made their way back to Fairy Tail so they could introduce him to everyone.

Time-Skip 1 Week Later

The group finally makes it back to Magnolia and during that week, Naruto had recovered considerably considering he's a jinchuriki but was only at about 75% healed and looked much better and had gained much nutrition that he had lost in the Tower of Heaven. They got to know Naruto better and had cme to become good friends with him and learn much more about him and his life before he got here. They learned about home village and what his life was like. Despite not knowing about his status as a jinjuriki, he wanted to tell them about it but was scared that they'd react like everyone else did when they found out what he was. He'd wait to tell them about it despite the Biju telling him that everything is okay and that they aren't like everyone in their old world and that they will understand.

Naruto learned much more about each of them as well and what their magics are. Natsu is what is called a Dragon Slayer where he was taught by a dragon called Igneel and has been searching for him for years now and is hoping to find him someday. Gray is an Ice-Make wizard who can use ice, but has a habit of stripping randomly and doesn't even realize it until someone mentions it to him. Juvia is a water mage who can turn herself into water at will and was able to tell she has feelings for Gray, but he doesn't seem to know that. Lucy and Erza intrigued him the most as Lucy can summon spirits to help fight like toad summons and that she is wanting to be an author so, he had been telling her about some of the books that his GodFather had written and even somehow had some copies to show her. The one he gave her was the first one that Jiraya wrote and she absolutely loved it and has been reading it since he showed it to her. Erza reminded him of his mother with her hair which he commented on saying how beautiful it was, safe to say it surprised her that he would say something like that. They talked about some of the different weapons that they have seen or have. When Naruto was rescued by them, they were able to find everything that Jellal had taken from him. He also found out that she likes the smut that Jiraya wrote which he thought was cute and showed her some of the Icha Icha series and she loved them. Safe to say that Natsu and Gray were astonished that she didn't hit him or anything for complimenting her or anything of the sort as it normally doesn't they learned about Naruto was that he loves his friends and family and will do anything to help them which made them all smile. What they also learned was his status as a Jinchuriki and what that meant and that absolutely broke their hearts hearing about it and how he was afraid to tell anyone because of past experiences in doing so. They didn't hate him for it and just accepted it and told him that they won't think differently of him but are curious about the Biju if they could somehow meet them which figured out that they could by bringing them into his mindscape. Lucy and Erza found out how kind he is especially to women and found out that he gets embarrassed from praises as he is not used to them so they would tease him about it. They were cute and would introduce him to Mira since they have a similar history and could comfort each other on that part. He will aos tease back when he is teased, carefree, and kind as well to everyone. Now they are in front of the Guildhall and are excited to start his new life with Fairy Tail.

Natsu looks at Naruto excited to have him here with them."Hope you're ready Naruto because everything from here on out is a new beginning for you and I hope you come to love it like the rest of us do."

And there is the end of chapter 1! This is my first story, so I'm hoping to improve with time and practice. Let me know what you think of it and where I can improve because I know I can always do better. What type of abilities do you want Naruto to showcase when he tells them about Chakra and what he can do with it. As of right now, he can only use the 5 basic chakra natures, is a level 10 seal master Konoha standards and level 15 when he visited Uzushiogakure, he had worked on the Hiraishin in his mindscape looking at the notes and getting the formula down since he can't test it out yet but will work on it more in the real word, which is how he will connect with Levy since she loves learning about runes and seals will get her very excited about it. He also will introduce the other Biju to them by bringing them into his mindscape which will be funny on some reactions, his Rinne-Sharingan hasn't been mastered either so that's on hold to show for the time being but he can show what they look like at least and what can do with them.

Harem: Naruto x Mirajane, Erza, Lucy, Cana, and Levy. Each will have something in common to bond over so this way it doesn't feel forced or unnatural. I know some will disagree and such, but it's whatever. I just think some have better pairings or none at all. Next chapter will be Naruto meeting the guild and introducing himself to them and demonstrating some of his abilities. KillerSSGRed out!
