Gordon gets a corruption charge and a new commissioner from out of town takes control of the department in his absence. At first things are quiet on the supervillain front - but what's really going on?

This is a story of how Dick Grayson meets the youngest Wayne and trains him into being a Robin. It is also a story of Dick escaping assassination attempts everyday. Jason's just trying to figure out his water bill, and Stephs baking in (making a mess of) his kitchen, when he realizes how normal this kind of normality has become, and that terrifies him. People like him aren't supposed to HAVE normal and that means it can only ever be taken away from him doesn't it?

Alfred finally gets a vacation. Bruce is sick and miserable. Jason shows up at the Manor unexpectedly. And that's just the beginning.
