So, I wanted to have Harley, Eddie, Jervis and Crane debate about which one of their research is better so I decided to make it where they were all sane in an AU. Well, Red Hood had enough of Batman making lame excuses to not kill the stupid clown, and decides to take the law into his own hands! How does he do it?
