When a girl that has recently lost her family comes into contact with him, the perceptive girl realizes that love still lingers in his heart, so she tries to make him love the world. She never expected him to love her specifically.

Erik Reauchard travels to a small town in the U.S. to search for a killer, and finds Christine Daae instead. When dangerous forces coalesce around them, can he keep her safe? Modern. Leroux's Erik, but with hints of Kay and ALW.
