When we left our heroes they were in a lot of trouble. There was no
tap. That meant no beer. That meant no party.
"What're we gonna do Mario?"
"Toad give me your keys now!"
"But why?"
"Just give me the damn keys!" So Toad handed over the damn keys. "Luigi, you're in charge while I'm getting the tap!" Mario dashed out the door and sped away in Toad's car.
Toad came in and sat on the red couch.
"So, Luigi, haven't seen you for a while."
"Shutup."
"Oh, uh well ok." The doorbell ringing broke the tension. Luigi dashed to the door and opened it up.
"Hi Luigi" said DK, "Where's Mario?"
"Had to get a tap."
"Oh, I see."
"Hi Luigi, hi DK."
"Oh hi Peach." Peach had come up behind DK.
Meanwhile.....
"How much for a tap?"
"Twenty."
"Fine." Mario dug in his pockets and pulled out twenty coins.
"Here ya go."
Mario grabbed the tap and dashed out to the little car. He sped back to his place. When Mario arrived Toad was tied up to a chair and was sitting in the corner.
"Uh, why is Toad tied up?"
"Because he bad- mouthed the pizza I brought."
"Oh, perfectly good reason."
Luigi had already grabbed the tap and had three cups. The doorbell rang again. Mario ran over to the door and opened it.
"Hey Mario!" It was Bowser and he was holding a. five pack?
"What's with the five pack?"
"Uh, it's all the style nowadays."
"Whatever."
"Oh, I brought a friend."
"Who?"
Who did Bowser bring? We'll find out in the next chapter.
