Isn't Hiei an idiot?

Hiei is walking down the street toward Yuseke's school. In front of him, a kid is playing the ball then the kid dropped the ball..Hiei: (thinking) damn kid..I sure hope he'll get hit by a car!! *evil grin* Soon the kid dropped that ball again and it bounced to the street where the traffic is pretty heavy. The kid follows his ball and wants to get it back, without realizing there is a car coming closer and closer to him..Hiei: (thinking outloud) OH NO!! The kid is in danger of getting killed!! Somebody HELP!!! But Hiei is the only one who is walking on that sidewalk. Watching the car is about to hit the kid, Hiei run to the kid with extremely fast speed and push the kid aside..meanwhile he is hit by the car.Somebody came out of the car and said:..Regardless of whatever that person is saying, the wounded Hiei hears the ambulance and daydreaming that soon there will be a crowed of people come over and taking how brave he is by saving the kid's life. But instead.the person who came out of the car is yelling: YOU idiot punky guy!! Are you listening to me?! What are you?! A klutz or what?! Why the hell did you get in front of my car anyway?! This is a 200,000 Porsche you idiot!! How can you play with this?! Do you know how much you have to pay if you scratch it?!....blah, blah...Hiei who is now completely confused and he didn't see the ambulance come to him so he looks forward and see that poor kid laying on the street with a crowed of people surround him. Hiei: If I didn't save him then who the heck did I push in the first place?!...when he starts look around him, he saw an already died-for-a-week squirrel lying besides him. Hiei shocked in horror. Some old man glares at him and says: nowadays the young people.*sigh* don't even want a died poor animal rest in peace...*shack his head in sadness* then picked the squirrel and goes away. The poor kid who is injured badly and been carried into the ambulance. Hiei, thinking maybe today is just not his day, walks away without even saying anything.
A moment later, Hiei seems totally got over the depression, continue walking toward Yuseke's school. Not sooner, Hiei sees another similar age kid is playing the ball on the sidewalk. Hiei: (thinking) little bastard, let me see you run over by a car!! Hahahaha..Just as predicted, the kid's ball bounced to the street but what's different is that there isn't a single car on that street!! Hiei: Gosh I can't stand kids anymore! They are obnoxious, idiotic, clumsy.I really, really, really hope he will get smash by a truck!!! But after 10 minus, there still isn't a single car coming. Hiei who is tired of waiting, walks toward to kid and drugs him along the ball to a super traffic street. Then using his agility puts the kids and the ball into the center of the street. And he, stands on the sidewalk waiting for some thing interesting to happen. Very soon, a car comes. Watching the car approaching the pathetic kid, Hiei feels exceptionally guilty for what he did, rushes into the street and grabs the kid's head and gets back to the sidewalk. Just as he feels he did something good, he hears the car stops and the driver yells like crazy: OMG why is there a kid in front of my car?! When did he get there? I didn't mean to kill that poor thing! Somebody help! Cal 911!! Hiei, puzzles by that crazy driver and looks what he just grabed.THE KID'S BALL!!! "Shoot!!" Hiei shout!! Now he definitely believe that today isn't his day..
