AU story. Soul Eater is just another Death Weapon, imprisoned and used against his will. And when he's given one chance, to escape, to be free, and to keep his promise, Soul takes it. Of course, he's not the only one. Two Meisters, and three other Death Weapons join him. Together, can they make it to DWMA, where they'll finally be safe, or perish along the way?

Two years later, after defeating Asura, a new enemy has come to take over the world, not to mention how cruel their methods are. And of course it's the task to the famous trio to stop the enemy before it's to late. Meanwhile, the relationship between Maka and Soul has become more complicated in many ways, BlackStar tries to surpass God and Kidd got symmetrical problems as usual.

Three years have passed since the Kishin on the Moon and now disturbing evidence has come up that maybe somebody's experiments on Chrona have started again. With the world seemingly falling to pieces anybody would have a hard enough time but now the group we all know and occasionally like have to deal with a unknown rising star among the residence of Death City.

Maka faces hardships after she comes back from a mission without the use of one of her most important senses. She struggles everyday with the knowledge that life may never be the same. Soul tries to help her but there is only so much he can do. With the help of her friends and perhaps the love of one, she may find that there is more to seeing than just what the eyes can tell you.

Some insight to a day in the childhood lives of the seven main characters from the DWMA.

Asura has been destroyed, Crona saved from the moon, the witches live freely. Just when things couldn't get any better...they get worse. From the ashes springs forth new life but also new evils, along with old ones.
