Kagome and Inuyasha are neighbors. Someone named Kōga Ookami sends Inuyasha canine rectal suppositories to help with constipation. Except he gets the address wrong, and named the addressee "DOG BOY". So Kagome knocks on Inu's door to ask if his dog is going to be okay. X-posted from AO3

Sesshomaru was by all means, the ideal alpha. Too bad he was born an omega. One day Inuyasha learns of this detail and the two are in a spiral of events as Inuyasha figures out who he wants. His human side wants Kagome. But the demon in him wants to claim Sesshomaru. It doesn't help when neither will help him decide as they set their sights on ending Naraku.
