What would happen if a muggle acccedentally stumbled across the magical world of Harry Potter? How is it even possible for her to do this? Wasn't there supposed to be anti-muggle charms to ward them off?

I started writing this when I had gotten 3 1/2 hours of sleep. STill it is pretty good. The Dursleys are nice now and Harry gets a major suprise in his Hogwarts letter.
