(Just outside the dungeon door, the fairies, Philip, and their Pokémon were about to walk off until when they turned their heads, they saw the Rookidee flying in front of them.)
Rookidee: Rooki! Rookidee! (flies off)
(They're in for big trouble and quickly head to another direction. They started up the stairs until the Rookidee has called Maleficent's goons, which come streaming downstairs. Phillip fights some of them along with Esmond, but then they jump out a window. Samson, who had his hoof chained to the ground, saw his master and neighed.)
(The goons were standing on the side of the wall with huge boulders with them. They pushed them off the wall and starts falling towards Philip and Esmond.)
Rosa: Floette!
Flora: Philip, watch out! (used her wand and turned the rocks into soap-bubbles)
(A wall of archers quickly shot their arrows at the prince. Philip quickly used his shield to shield himself and Esmond but Flora quickly turned the arrows into flowers. Merryweather quickly used her wand and freed Samson. Philip and Esmond got on Samson and rode off along with the Fairies and Floettes.)
(The goons were at the gate, pouring down hot oil until Flora waved her wand, turning the oil into a rainbow for the prince to go pass through.)
Rookidee: (panicked) Rooki! Rookidee rookidee! (flies off towards the tower)
(Merryweather notice the Rookidee tries to hit him with her magic and starts chasing him. At last, she turns him into a stone, just outside Maleficent's door and flew away to catch up the others.)
Maleficent: (appeared out of the door) Silence! (turns to the stone Rookidee) You, tell those fools to… no! (she gasps to see Phillip escaping) No!
(As they kept on galloping and flying, the drawbridge was about to rise up.)
Flora: Watch out, Philip!
Rosa: Floette!
(The fairies quickly used their wands to help Samson jump over the gap. They finally escaped but Maleficent climbs up to the tower. They kept on galloping and flying.)
Flora: Hurry! Hurry, Philip!
(With Maleficent's staff, she created lightning just to strike the prince. she done it again but it cannot stop him, the Fairies, and the Pokémon.)
Maleficent: A forest of thorns shall be his tomb. Born through the skies on a fog of doom! Now, go with the curse and serve me well! 'Round Stefan's castle, cast my spell!
(A black cloud appears over the castle. Bolts of lightning strike everywhere, causing the growth of thick, thorny bushes. Phillip has to stop before them.)
Maleficent: (laughs wickedly)
(With the prince's sword of truth, he along with Esmond, cut the thorns to make clear a path. One by one, the two cut each of the thorny branches but his cape got caught by the thorns. The fairies quickly helped them using their wands and freed his cape from the thorns. Finally made through, the prince saw the castle for he is halfway there and galloped.)
Maleficent: (furious) No, it cannot be! (flew off towards the castle and appears in front of it, facing at Philip with flames around her) Now shall you deal with me, old prince, and all the powers of Hell! (laughs and transforms herself into a huge dragon)
(Philip, the Fairies, and the Pokémon looked at her with shock and fright. The Prince and Esmond courageously charged towards her. As the prince raises his sword, Maleficent blasts a jet of fire, knocking Phillip and Esmond off of Samson as the prince used his shield.)
(The dragon Maleficent blasts another jet of fire to defeat him, but Phillip gets out of the way and raises his sword, as the fireball destroys the bridge. Maleficent leans forward to eat him, snapping her jaws. Samson whinnies in terror and Esmond watched with fright and worry, as Maleficent peers through the flames.)
(Phillip hits his sword on her snout, as she ferociously snapped her jaws at him and Phillip swings his sword. She leans upward and sets the thorn forest on fire. Phillip retreats and stops at a canyon wall, with almost nowhere to go.)
Flora: (shouted above him from the cliffs) Up! Up this way!
Rosa: Floette!
(Philip climbs up the cliff, only to see that he is now trapped on a cliff. Maleficent corners Phillip on the cliff, as both of them fight to death, with the fairies and Floettes watching the battle in horror. Maleficent breathes another jet of fire, in which Phillip loses his shield.)
Maleficent: (laughs wickedly)
(The fairies combine their magic on the prince's sword.)
Flora: Now, Sword of Truth, fly swift and sure. Let evil die and good endure!
(Philip threw his sword at the dragon. Maleficent cried and pain and collapsed down the cliff. Philip looked down to see the remaining of the dark fairy were gone and the sword turn black. The battle of Maleficent was over.)
