Aizawa POV

"Sir," I said, walking into the rat's office.

"Yes Shota, what seems to be the issue?" he asked.

"Have you seen the oaf's lesson plan?" I asked, looking at the lesson All Might came up with.

"No, as you know I give you quite a bit of freedom with your plans, why?" he asked.

"He plans on them doing indoor combat in teams of two against each other in their costumes. If you don't mind me asking, can I plan the first few heroics lessons so he can understand where they are?" I asked.

"You are willing to do extra work? Are you feeling alright?"

"Yes, I am feeling perfectly fine. It's just that if these kids fight as their first lesson they will assume that all of their classes will be primarily combat based and with him planning them I wouldn't doubt it," I sighed.

"Alright, until you feel comfortable with him planning and teaching the lessons you will make and help teach the lessons as well. Here is a paper letting him know," Nezu said, handing me a paper saying I was in charge of planning the heroics classes and would be present for all of them.

"Thank you for understanding my concerns sir," I said, turning and walking to the teacher's lounge.

Izumi POV

"Um, hey, Yonaka?" Ashido asked, walking up to me before our next class started. It was our last class of the day.

"Yeah, what do you need?" I asked.

"Why do you have so many scars all over your body? I know I don't need to know but I'm concerned," she admitted.

"Well, when you're quirkless people have this idea that it's alright to use your body as a test dummy for their quirks. I've been beaten within an inch of my life and then had to clean and dress my wounds myself," I explained.

"Well, I don't think that's right. You don't seem like a bad person so you shouldn't have been bullied for something that you couldn't control," she said.

"Yeah, that's just messed up," the girl with purple hair agreed, playing with her ear lobes. "I'm Kyoka Jirou by the way."

"I'm with them," a boy with purple hair said, walking over to us. I remembered he was closer to the bottom in the scores in the apprehension test. "I'm Hitoshi Shinso, and thanks for asking about the second exam for those of us with mental quirks. Honestly if it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't have made it in."

"No problem, honestly I kind of figured they had something for those with quirks that weren't combat based especially with people like Midnight and Eraserhead teaching here," I said.

"I'll admit that I was lucky they couldn't get a read on me since I'm invisible," Hagakure said. "I managed to find an off button on some of the robots, not all of them but some."

"Hey, I'm Itsuka Kendo, I think you're amazing, if you manage to be the first quirkless hero that would be cool," a girl with orange hair said, walking over to us.

"Actually, there are quirkless heroes in America and Europe and have been for generations," I explained.

"Wait, really?" most of them asked in tandem.

"Yes, this would be common knowledge if most schools taught you what you should know and not what the HPSC decides you get to know," Mr. Aizawa said, surprising everyone.

"Now," a voice I hoped to not hear for a while said as All Might walked into the classroom. "Time for Heroics."

"Why this quirkist?" I muttered to myself. I noticed Jirou looked at me with confusion and worry. Oh yeah, heightened hearing.

"Now, get dressed in your costumes and meet us at Gym Gamma for some critiques and an obstacle course to get used to how they feel," All Might announced, opening a wall with our student numbers on cases.

"Hurry up too, we don't have all day," Mr. Aizawa added.

I grabbed mine and brought it with me to the locker room. I opened the case and smiled at what I found. I put the light black pants on and then the dark black long sleeve shirt with a small collar. I then put a small mantle on top of that. I then finished it off with black gloves and white and grey wraps around the bottom of them and my forearms.

"Woah, someone went with the emo aesthetic hard," Hagakure said.

"Well, I'm planning on being an underground hero," I said, taking the plastic practice knife I had and put it under my shirt on the side of my pants.

"Why do you have a knife?" Yaoyorozu asked, weary.

"It's just a practice one, I'm working on getting licensed to use lethal weapons. I have it because it might help me. Mr. Aizawa has one too," I said.

"Really?" Jirou asked.

"Yup, most underground heroes do," I said, looking at all of them in various states of undress and dressed. "Also, you should all hurry up," I added, walking out.

I went to the gym to find some of the boys were also on their way there. Most of the looks I got from them were glares and looks of hatred. Mr. Aizawa and All Might stood in front of an obstacle course. The biggest thing was a rock wall that you climbed up one side and down the other. After a couple of minutes the girls and other boys got into the gym. The girls stood near me and Shinso sent me a smile.

"Alright, now it's time to have your costumes critiqued. I'll be the one doing the most important parts and All Might will be watching over the obstacle course, you are to do it without using your quirk too much, and make notes on anything that might be an issue with either your costume or just your agility since I didn't have you test that yesterday," Mr. Aizawa said. "Now, let's start with the person who has the least amount of issues. Yonaka, step forward."

"Mr. Aizawa," I said, standing in front of him.

"I'm glad one of you was smart enough to use a fabric that will actually be useful in the field," he sighed.

"Excuse me Mr. Aizawa," a boy with split red and white hair said, walking up.

"Yes, Todoroki?" he sighed.

So, this is Fuyumi's younger brother.

"What is different about the Null's clothing and mine?" he asked. His left side was covered in ice while his right was just a blue t-shirt and loose pants.

"First off she's a student like you and I won't deal with any discriminatory or quirkist comments or I will expel you. I don't care if you're the son of Endeavor," Mr. Aizawa said, getting a glare from the boy. "Secondly, Yonaka, do you mind if I demonstrate?" he asked, motioning to his belt.

"Sure, won't be the first time I've been hit by something like that," I said.

"I'll talk to you about that later," he said, reaching into his shirt and pulling a gun out and shooting me twice in the chest.

"Ow, that actually hurt more than I thought," I groaned. Probably should have used a quirk because I'm gonna feel that in the morning.

"Huh? How come the useless nerd isn't fucking dead?" Bakugou yelled.

"She used a combination of carbon fibers and kevlar fibers to make her own bulletproof and knife proof cloth that all of her costume is made out of. Out of all of you she is the most protected by her costume. Now, onto the only issue about her costume is you decided to add a mantle, why?"

"It can be disconnected and made into a mask if I need it," I explained.

"Alright, makes sense, just make sure you're careful as it could be used against you," he said. "Now go get started on the obstacle course. Bakugou," he called, getting started on his gauntlets. "They're too dangerous, don't use them until I give you approval. You can keep them on to get used to them but other than that go."

I started the course and easily vaulted over the half walls and slid between the thin spaces. I noticed other people starting as well along with the occasional explosion. I got to the rock wall and climbed up it as the sounds of others started to get closer. I got to the top and stopped to catch my breath when I heard a loud explosion and felt a hot force sending me forward off of the tower as there was a second one that sent me down faster.

"Izumi!" a voice called out before I could activate any quirks.

Well, this sucks. I thought as darkness filled my mind.

Aizawa POV (I'm sorry for the POV changes! pls don't hate me!)

Boom! BOOM!

"IZUMI!" Hagakure screamed.

I turned to see All Might just standing still watching the students try to get through the beginning of the obstacle course while a large plume of smoke came from the otherside of the climbing wall. I quickly ran to the location and saw Hagakure in her costume in its visible form looking at Bakugou who had the pin out of his gauntlet and pointing the next one at a downed and smoking Yonaka on the ground. I activated my quirk and used my capture weapon to pull his second gauntlet off of him and throw it off to the side before wrapping him up and throwing him at an extra pillar knocking him out.

"Eraser!" All Might called out.

"Get the student's out of here and into the classroom now! Do something to make up for not acting quicker when a student was attacked!" I yelled, picking Yonaka up and rushing to Recovery Girl. "We got a student, massive explosion injuries," I called out, running in and putting her on an empty bed.

"What happened?" she asked, rushing over.

"A student attacked her. I'm going to grab him and drag him to Nezu, let me know her condition ASAP," I said, quickly going out and going back to the gym. I saw Bakugou starting to stir.

"The fuck was that for?" he growled.

"You attacked a fellow student and used devices that you weren't supposed to use without a teacher's permission. Also, to top it all off, you were going for a killing blow," I said.

"The fucking Deku's useless ass was ruining everything I worked hard for. She's up to something, it's obvious she's here for no good reason. Why else would she change her name other than to show she was up to no good?" he yelled. "She's fucked up, both physically and mentally. It's obvious she's as bad as a villain!"

"The only one in the class who has been acting villain-like is you," I said, erasing his quirk.

"The fuck do you know? You're not even a real hero. You're just some weakling hobo with a useless quirk!" he yelled, running at me.

I quickly grabbed him with my capture weapon and dragged him to Nezu's office.

"Aizawa, why is Mr. Bakugou here?" Nezu asked, looking at him.

"He attacked Izumi Yonaka with his quirk, used a weapon he was told to not use, and then was going to use it again for what would be a killing blow. Right now Yonaka is with Recovery Girl," I explained.

"Ah, so have you arrested Bakugou for villainy?" Nezu asked, making Bakugou try to yell.

"I would love to, but will let you decide since my emotional state could be compromised from seeing my best student almost die," I admitted.

"Well, how about this? He will be transferred to Gen Ed and also be forced to go to counseling and anger management with Hound Dog. His family and the police will be informed as well. Also, if he takes one more step out of line, even a toe, he will be arrested and prosecuted as a A-Class villain which the minimum sentence is life in a small prison and the max is life in Tartarus, the Cube, the Raft, or well, probably not that one," Nezu said, smirking.

I watched as Bakugou's body went slack as every word Nezu said sunk into his mind. He then sat there frozen for a moment while I decided to remove my capture weapon. He fell into the chair behind him as his mind was probably dealing with the consequences of his actions for probably the first time.

"Why not just expel and arrest him?" I asked quietly.

"Some specific people are interested in him," Nezu said, annoyed.

I shared a look with Nezu as I left the room knowing he was going to have someone else coming up. I went down to Recovery Girl's office to see her putting bandages on Yonaka's chest.

"How is she doing?" I asked.

"She's a tough one. She'll live but it'll be another scar on her. I need to ask, how does she already have so many?" Recovery Girl asked, looking at me.

"She lived on the streets for years and was bullied for being quirkless. I think this is more than enough to be able to convince her to talk to Nemuri as a type of therapy and a different type of connection," I sighed.

"I agree, Nezu informed me," Nemuri said, walking in with her hero costume off and normal t-shirt and jeans on. "I thought this would be a better outfit for this type of talk. We're going to start today."

"Well, just make sure the problem child's fine, alright," I said, walking to the classroom.

I walked in and saw all of them in their uniforms with a noticeably missing All Might.

"Mr. Aizawa, is Yonaka alright?" Hakagure asked, walking over to me with Ashido and Jirou following her.

"She'll be fine," I said.

"What about Bakugou?" Kirishima asked.

"He's no longer in the hero course and is on very thin ice. He's lucky he's not facing criminal charges. I'm going to make this as crystal clear as possible; we here at UA do not allow discrimination of any kind here. I've been very lax and kind to all of you up until this point, don't expect much if any going forward. If I so much as hear a word of any of you being discriminatory to anyone you will be expelled and black listed from all hero courses. Do I make myself clear?" I asked, glaring at all of them getting a surprised look from Yaoyorozu.

"You can't be serious," she started.

"I am very serious. One of your classmates was almost killed since most of you are quirkist so I am not going to give any of you more chances as that was already almost a mistake," I said. "Those who are worried about Yonaka, you can go ask the old hag to see her after this impromptu class, but don't be surprised if the answer is no. Now get in your seats immediately," I growled. "I'm going to write a law up here and all of you are to memorize it while I'm talking," I explained going to the board.

'Any type of discriminatory acts to people with meta abilities from anyone with or without meta abilities will be met with legal actions equivalent of their act. Furthermore, those who have meta abilities who act out in a discriminatory act to those without meta abilities will be classified as a D-Class villain.'

"Sir, what law is this?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"This is the law that was written at a time when those who did and didn't have quirks were around fifty fifty. This was a time of lawlessness and people were getting attacked daily for either having quirks or not having them. Nowadays this law is abridged to make it sound like it's just for cases where people are discriminatory for those who have quirks, but this is not true. Now, most of you have committed an act that if I so chose to I could arrest you and you will be labeled as a villain," I said, getting most of them to freeze.

AN-

Sorry for all the POV changes but there were parts that I wanted to show you but couldn't do with Izumi's POV so I needed to change them, but others needed to be in her POV. Next chapter we get back to Izumi gaining allies. I'll tell you this, her next ally is at UA. Good luck guessing who it is, they will know about her being AFO and her plan to change the world. They might even be joining her compound. Make sure to follow, favorite, comment, and kudos! Link Out!
