After finding the Screw Attack I finally made my way to where the EXE Virus was located, Torniran, I started making my way to the heart of all evil, along the way I noticed many fallen soldiers of Ancient Arkeyan origins, clearly these minions couldn't control the virus themselves. What surprised me even more is that the EXE viruses could mimic a Metroid and had the Metroid powers in that form too.
These EXE virus proved to be quite a struggle at first but eventually I was able to destroy each and everyone, every time I destroyed a room of them I could move on to the next one, then repeating the process again until I reached the room where The Heart of All Evil was. The heart put up quite a fight and we each seem equally matched, it even seemed like The Heart of All Evil had the upper hand at times, but with everything I put up against I finally destroyed The Controller of the EXE Virus.
But I had to get out and quick because as The Heart of All Evil perished it activated a self-destruct mechanism as a final attempt to try and get rid of me. I managed to escape the blast, but my suit didn't survive the process, what's even worse when I got back to my ship it was gone as well as my idols, someone took them and the one who took them was the very same being who made the virus and its controller, finding a stun gun left behind. If Mobius were to suffer the wrath of this being Skylands might be next, and possibly even Earth. The only way I knew how to stop this being was an idea that may have been foolish at the time but I had no choice if I wanted to save all worlds from this being.
