G-Lo and Sunblast are on top of a building patrolling Atreno and G-Lo couldn't help but feel shame for letting Ghoul and Dark Phantom go. All because she felt remorse for hurting a villain who doesn't deserve it. She felt really sore about what had happened and the guilt didn't seem to want to go away anytime soon.
Sunblast didn't feel any different; he was just reinstated as Atrenos superhero, and now he was easily defeated by a lower villain like Dark Phantom. Yet, there's something else bothering him even more. The syringe, the one that the annoying villain had with him, for some reason he gets a bad feeling about it. Sunblast knows little of Dark Phantom but he does know that he would not have the materials or abilities to make that kind of gadget.
"Ok G-Lo, seems like Dark Phantom and Ghoul are having a robbery spree right now…and…." Sunblast says as he glances at his new sidekick who was moping. "Is something bothering you G-Lo? You look a little down."
G-Lo was a bit too upset to form a response at first but then says, "It's my fault those villains got away… I was weak!" G-Lo scolds herself.
Sunblast was taken aback a little then got serious. "No G-Lo, that is called empathy. There's nothing weak about that. It's the quality every hero needs and should never forget." He paused and looked away for a moment. "It makes you stronger. Especially here." He points to his heart.
G-lo was shaken from his words, and realized that he was right, and now it was time to keep moving forward. "To be fair, that villain, Ghoul, isn't doing anything I guess… although I just want to punch Dark Phantom's smug face right now!" G-Lo growls out as she clutches her fingers and expands her right hand that is now twice as big as her head.
Sunblast cocks an eyebrow from the growth of her right hand and says "Save that attitude for later rookie. We have to see where they are first." Sunblast says as he continues to scan everywhere.
The search goes on for a few hours but still doesn't come up with any results.
"It's getting late..maybe we should…" G-Lo says until….
BOOM!
"Rule number 17, good things happen to those who wait." Sunblast says as he jumps off the building and flies off with G-Lo by his side to where the explosion took place.
G-Lo's smile is quickly changed to a confused look. "Wait! What about the rules before rule 17?" G-Lo asks.
"We'll talk about it later!" Sunblast exclaims back as they reach towards another bank that was being robbed.
"Ha! Two robberies in one day! Sunblast is really losing his touch!" Dark Phantom says in arrogance.
Then karma just gives them the middle finger, because Sunblast and G-Lo arrive to stop them. "Hello again Dark Phantom." Sunblast growls out.
"Well ready for round 2, ehh?!" Dark phantom says as he pulls out another gun and fires at Sunblast. Sunblast uses his solar powers to heat up his arms and to block the attacks.
While Sunblast reflects the freeze ray just in time, this gives G-Lo the upper hand. The sidekick stretches her arms to snatch a street light and makes him miss her as he fires his freeze gun.
"Nice try, DORK Phantom!" G-Lo quips as she swung down and kicks the long nosed villain causing him to fall. G-Lo sticks the landing as she wipes the sweat from her forehead. Ghoul stares at G-Lo looking impressed, but later snaps back and makes a run for it.
The villain writhed in pain while screaming. He tries to shoot again through his nosebleed, but Sunblast knocks him to the floor. He bounces back to action and keeps on shooting, but his limp is getting worse and the pain isn't helping. Leaving Dark Phantom on his knees and trying to find another weapon to use as Sunblast walks towards him.
By this time, Ghoul is breaking out with the money while they are distracted.
"Hey come back here!" G-Lo yells out as she swings herself through the lamp poles.
"Drats!" G-Lo says as she is about to go empty handed yet again as the villain runs faster, determined to lose her of his trail. The sidekick keeps on chasing him while feeling a little frustrated until she hears shuffling, she changes directions and not long after that she sees Ghoul in front of her. "Hey let go of those bags!" G-Lo demands and grabs one of the bags as Ghoul starts to climb the building next to him, G-Lo does the same.
"OK!" Ghoul says smirking, he throws most of the bags at her, hitting her stomach while dragging her down with the sudden weight, she harshly lands on the pavement. Ghoul then took this opportunity to run away. Jumping from rooftop to rooftop.
As the yellow skinned heroine is splattered on the ground like wet cement she slowly reforms herself "Ow!… At least he dropped the bags…" G-Lo says as she tries to get up. She got the bags and trudged her way back to Sunblast.

Meanwhile Sunblast was tying up Phantom for the police. "Wow, you know for a hero you really don't know how to be grateful…" Dark Phantom mutters.
"And as for villains, you really don't know when to quit." Sunblast said with a huff. "Like I said before, it was mutual and just really bad timing." Sunblast says as he rubs his temples in frustration and exhaustion.
"Mutual my ass, we were doing perfectly fine before we helped you!" Dark Phantom yells in an angry growl. "I was almost on time with my payments…" He angrily mumbles, lamenting the moment he let them in their base. Only to be attacked by Miss Heed and her army of mesmerized followers. "Now our place is gone, our faces are all over the country and we got chased for months. Me and Ghoul ended up in Atreno after that run in with Miss Heed. Now I get arrested, and Ghoul leaves me hanging! But good for you, you seem happy now that you are back as Atreno's defender! So far, so bad, though you were defeated by me earlier.. " He scoffs at the hero.
"You meant your gadgets defeated me?" Sunblast asks as he laughs and sarcastically says, "Oh I love reminiscing! Wait till we get to the part where Ghoul will soon join up with you behind bars and Vanity will transport both of you out of my… this city." Sunblast finishes as he makes a stern look. Dark Phantom scowls while he manages to break one of his arms free trying to search for his pockets for something to attack the hero with.
Sunblast sees this and moves his hand and pulls the small device from Dark Phantom's hands. It seems to be the same device that was used to inject him with the serum from last time, the one that knocked him out. He looked at it and it felt strikingly familiar.
"Where did you get this? It's obvious you didn't build this." Sunblast asks.
"You tell me! Since it is "obvious" you should know." Dark Phantom scoffed. "Ohh! I spent so much money on those weapons for nothing! Maybe I should have asked that person to pay the debt with them!" He angrily murmurs.
"Why don´t you go and whine to your dad or even your mom about it? Maybe they'll care about it, even better, they can tell you how to be more than just a sad rip off of the original." Sunblast crudely insults Dark Phantom.
"Oh yeah? We'll see who has the last laugh later Sunshine! You'll never get away with this! You have no idea what I'm capable of!" Dark Phantom growls as the police come to take him away.
The villain huffes as he was being hauled away by the authorities. Sunblast took notice of his sidekick limping out while holding onto the bags full of money and ran to help her. "G-Lo… Hey! You okay?! What happened?!" He takes the money and gives it to the police and slowly and carefully begins to talk with G-Lo about the situation.
What so you guys think the fight sequence was it too short or alright?
