Ben and Rook parts ways with the Five Sailor Guardians as a Jet for Section 13 arrives to pick the latter up while Ben and Rook head to Musufatu which Section 13 was able to arrange for Ben to be a special guest for a launch event "Toshinori, I knew was someone who would've been interested in this " Captain Black tells Ben during the call. Ben arrives outside U.A and is greeted by All Might who gives him a hero welcome saying "Greetings Protector of Earth" which Ben shakes his hand "And I see you have your Omni -device ready" he says with Ben correcting him "Omnitrix" before proceeding to give his speech.
Meanwhile, Black and Optimus arrive in Norrisville "So Norrisville is a town that has a hero code" Optimus asks Captain Black who nods yes "And I have a feeling that something is about to set off in 3.2.1" he says as a horde of Robo Apes, Chainsaw Werewolves, and Robo-Lizards charge into the city but right before they can do some damage a voice shouts "SMOKE-BOMB" then continues with "Another day another Robot Rampage" before slicing into multiple different robots while watching "WHY HASN'T THE NINJA BEEN DESTROYED YET" a Stocky Blonde man with a Handlebar mustache says while slamming his robotic hand against a table unaware that the ninja was not alone this time (cuts back to the battle) Optimus grabs his axe and charges into help by destroying a few robots with captain black joining soon after however thinking that Optimus was a creation of McFist Industries, Randy grabs his sword and tries to cut him down "You are a new one, let's see what Viceroy programmed you with" he said while doing so only for Captain Black to jump in at the last minute "Stand Down Ninja" he says before continuing with "He is with me, allow me to introduce myself I'm Captain Augustus Black head of Section 13, an organization based on stopping worldwide crimes" Randy confused "What the Juice" he said then consults his book known as the nomicon about this not realizing it is what it's recent saying "A great battle is a way to Bring upon a clan" after consulting he figured out why Black was doing here and joined before apologizing to Optimus.
Captain Black would then proceed to call Ben asking how many heroes agreed to join which the response was "Six including ones I did not ask the names for because I chose at random" Augustus sighed "of course, he did" as Ben hung up (cuts to Ben and Rook) leaving Japan with a few of the heroes via jet to head to New York "Alright I have a Rat to recruit next" he says while Rook still question "Did you have to pick the one with Grenades for Gloves"
Cuts to McFist Industries "The Ninja thinks that just because he is now going to be a part of an exclusive club" McFist cries out to his assistant Viceroy "Uh, Hannibal someone on the monitor" Hannibal turns it on in disgust "Hello Hannibal" a fake voice comes out "I see we have a similar view on teenagers ruining our fun, well it's time I help you change that dude, just supply me with your technology and in return and I will make sure no one interferes with our plans again" he continues before evil laughing.
