It was late afternoon and just as Bell had predicted they were getting close to the village, he began to recognise a few landmarks beside the dirt road.

"We're getting close." He said leaning into Haruhimes ear as she sat in front of him on the horse. "Perhaps an hour at worst, we should see the village in the distance when we crest the next hill."

"G-Good." Haruhime said quietly, snuggling into his shoulder. She had really enjoyed the ride alone with Bell, but her bottom was sore from riding all day and she was really looking forward to giving her legs a stretch.

Bell let out a little yawn as he leaned back into Haruhime. "Mmm I hope they haven't changed too much ahhh the Innkeeper makes the best bread. Ahhh though that's probably about all he can do…"

He chuckled he wasn't even back in the village and he was already remembering his fond childhood of rushing into the inn with his grandpa getting sat in the corner while he flirted with the women of the village too much, only to use him to bail him out.. A wealth of happy memories began to overwhelm him. Sitting on his grandfather's knee while he read him hero stories. Running through the fields with a stick he pretended was a sword as he tried to play out his favourites. He couldn't help but brush away a small tear, he was happy with his new life but it made him realise how much he missed the old man.

"Any moment…" He said as the horse slowly trotted forwards. "Now!" Haruhime sat up and looked. As they had been travelling, the landscape had turned from plains to forest and eventually as Bell's village was near the mountains a series of hills and valleys.

Haruhime looked down into a wide valley which had a small river running through it. The edges were gently covered in forest, as as the valley slopes grew less steep it was clear that the base of the valley had been cleared for farmland. Several great fields stretched out in front of her. The growing crops looked lush and well cared for, in the distance she could just make out a few buildings.

"Almost a year since I've seen this." Bell said stopping the horse at the crest so he could take in the view as well. He gave a small smile and content hum. "Looks like nothings changed, but we'll see I guess." He urged the horse onwards and they began to descend into the valley.

Haruhime couldn't help but gasp out how quaint the little village was. She had dreamed of settling down in the countryside with him. But she never imagined his home village would look like the one in her dreams. "It's beautiful…" She nuzzled into his shoulder as they reached a small wooden wall to find two villagers standing guard.

"Well I'll be damned I-Is that Bell?!" One of the guards said quietly to the other, nudging his arm and pointing towards the oncoming horse.

"Mmm?" The other guard lifted his head sleepily. "The one that ran off to the city to be a hero? He's still alive?" He asked in mild shock.

"Looks that way, but damn look at the cutie he's with!"

"Is that a fox girl? I've never seen one before."

"Hey Bell, is that really you?" The first guard called out as they got within earshot.

Bell was pulled from his nostalgia trip as he looked at the two guards Bell. Instantly recognizing them. "Yeah it's me! Damn they still haven't found anyone to replace you two have they?" He chuckled as one of them reached up to shake his hand.

"Nope not yet…Fufu I'll admit I'm surprised you're still alive. Guess you gave up the adventurer's life and became a travelling merchant huh?"

The other guard let out a chuckle. "Haha, I remember when you used to come in the barracks and start hitting the training dummies. Bahaha and it still kicked your ass!"

Bell couldn't help but laugh along as he dismounted and shook the other guard's hand. "Yeah, I was so weak back then, even I can look back and laugh."

"Damn that's some grip…Guess you have been training. Maybe we can get you to have a rematch with the old dummy." He nudged him in the chest as they all laughed. Haruhime was quite taken aback by the way he took what she assumed was an insult and made it into a joke.

"Ahhh gods it's been awhile since I laughed this hard ughhh but more importantly." He grabbed his head and pulled him towards the gate. "Who's the cutie Bell?"

The other man wrapped his arm around him as well. "Yeah I mean damn. She's exotic, cute fufu ahhh though remember Sophie, Bell definitely has a tail fetish."

Bell couldn't help but grin. "Oh her? Just a princess from the far east, though she would say she isn't important at all. Why don't I introduce you?"

He shrugged them off, surprising them that he even could before walking to the horse and reaching up his hand. Haruhime smiled down at him, taking his hand and gracefully dismounting.

The men leaned into one another whispering quietly. "He was joking about her being a princess, yeah?"

The older man looked at him and then at the graceful girl as she thanked Bell. Watching as he kissed her hand. "I don't know… Look at that outfit, It looks so expensive the way she acts to…"

The two gulped as they quickly bowed. Haruhime looked a little confused as Bell couldn't help but chuckle to himself.

"W-we are honoured to have you with us today princess. Please accept our humble welcome!"

"My lady, please allow me to introduce the village guards, generic guard A and generic guard B!" They both looked at him in disappointment.

"Really Bell?" The first guard crossed his arms before Bell cleared his throat. "Apologise, I mean Alfred and Bernard, they are old friends of mine."

She bowed gracefully to them. "The pleasure is all mine, I am Sanjourno Haruhime."

The two men couldn't help but blush as they rubbed the back of their heads. "Ahhh I'm sure you're very tired after such a long trip. No doubt you'll be heading to the inn to rest up?"

She gave them a pretty smile. "A little sore, but not tired. A falna does wonders for the body." She turned to Bell. "Shall we go? We should get the horse stabled."

"Yeah we can get a drink at the inn after that." He smiled.

"Ohhh yeah Bell. You wouldn't have heard. Sophie has taken over the Inn. Her father collapsed a few months back and handed the business over to her."

Bell looked at him with a little concern. "Is he okay?" He had a lot of respect for Sophie's father, one of the few adults he really knew growing up.

The two men laughed. "Ohhh he's fine, I think he did it on purpose as an excuse to get her to step up." They leaned in and nudged him. "You know Bell, she's always asking the local merchants if they've heard of you."

"I suppose you don't get much news from Orario, we never did even when I was a kid." He wasn't surprised to find that news of his rise to a hero hadn't reached his sleepy little village.

"Ah stop trying to avoid the minotaur in the room. I'm sure you're excited to see your childhood crush again?" The man jabbed his arm as they all walked towards the stables.

"Of course I am, it's been so long since we last saw each other, I can't wait to catch up with her. She's probably become even more beautiful."

The two guards burst out laughing but didn't say anything. 'Little rabbit is in for a nice surprise!'

Haruhime was stood to one side as Bell hitched the horse up. She couldn't help but overhear the conversation and hold her hand to her chest. 'Childhood crush? H-He never mentioned anyone like that…'

"Coming Haruhime?" He asked, finished with the horse. She nodded. "We will see you later guys, nice to see you both again."

"Yeah, yeah, gotta get back to our duties. Catch you later I expect to see you in the bar. Haha, fifty valis says I can drink you under the table!"

"Ha-ha you're on!" Bell almost felt guilty, with his abnormal resistance skill it was like taking candy from a baby.

They shook on it before Bell grabbed Haruhimes hand and smiled. "Shall we go rest up ahhh I don't know about you but a comfy bed sounds wonderful."

She nodded letting out a little yawn. She wasn't that tired but the trip had taken it out of her even just sitting down on a proper chair sounded like heaven. "I could do with freshening up mmm it's much warmer down here then it is in Orario."

"Let's get settled in the inn then, I'm sure they will have rooms available."

The village was quiet that late afternoon, most people still at work in the fields. A few people greeted them, surprised to see Bell again but it didn't take them long to reach the Inn.

"It's so peaceful here." Haruhime said as she looked around the village.

"Yeah, quite the contrast to the city that never sleeps isn't it?" Before stopping in front of a large building.

He took a breath. "Time to face the music. Uhhh, you might want to cover your ears Haruhime." He knew exactly how excitable Sophie would be when she saw him, he knew full well she would scream his name at the top of her voice.

Haruhime tilted her head as he put his hand on the door. "Why's that?"

"Uhhh," He scratched at the back of his head. "Ahh, my friend Sophie is a little excitable and very loud. Ahh, You'll see… or hear…"

He shouldered his bag and pushed through the door, stepping into the tavern he held the door open for Haruhime who followed him in, before turning to see who was in the pub and who he recognised.

There were only a few people in the common room, mostly the old retired men who couldn't work anymore. Sophie was standing behind the bar, cleaning a glass and talking to one of the patrons. She hadn't turned to look at him yet. He paused and looked at her for a moment. She had grown up, the girl he remembered and the woman that stood before him were quite the contrast. She wore her long blonde hair loose, letting it cascade down her back. Even in her waitress dress and apron he could see she had a nearly perfect figure.

"Soo Sophie, what happened to your trip to Orario? Didn't you want to go find little Bell?" The old man said drunkenly as he gulped down his ale.

The blonde cat girl let out a little sigh. "I have enough saved up, but I can't find anyone to look after this place while I go visit." She smiled sadly. "Still one day, I can't just leave the pub though, it's the heart of the village."

The man laughed. "Haha yeah I think people would go crazy if they couldn't get a drink after toiling in the fields all day… Ahh.. But you shouldn't be forced to stay if you don't want to. I mean you want to see Bell again right?"

Bell dropped his bag to the floor a little noisily before the girl said anything to embarrass herself not knowing he was right here.

She turned at the noise and stared at him as if she didn't quite understand what she was looking at.

He scratched at the back of his head and gave her a grin. "Surprise?"

Sophie stood in silence for a second. Before dropping the glass in her hand. Her ears and tail shooting up as her eyes shined happily. "BELL!" She shouted loud enough that even the old deaf folks could hear her. Haruhime instantly covered her ears at the sound of the girl's voice but went wide eyed as she watched her leaned over the counter bringing Bell into a hug and pressing her lips into his.

He was caught off guard, he had expected the hug, but the kiss surprised him so much that he just stood for a moment.

"Finally!" Someone shouted out. "Yeah, about time!" Another cry before the few people in the pub all started to cheer. Bringing Bell back to reality.

He managed to pull his lips away. "Ah, Sop.." But she started nuzzling his cheeks giving off little purrs. "Ah, Bell it's really you!"

She couldn't help but clutch his back as she nuzzled into him, her tail wagging as loud sound could be heard from the back.

"W-Wait was that Bell's name I just heard!" It was then a tall dark brown haired man stuck his head out of the door only to beam with as much surprise as Sophie.

"Ahhh Daddy, would you mind covering me please!" Sophie let go of Bell and turned to her father as leaned forward holding her hands together.

"Of course dear." He said stepping out and taking his place behind the bar. "Well, I'd never thought we'd see this day. Welcome back Bell."

Sophie smiled, overjoyed. "Thanks Daddy." She gave him a kiss on the cheek, pulled off her apron and ran around the bar.

"Oooff.." Bell caught her as she leapt on him. "Just as pouncey as ever I see." He said as she rubbed her head into his chest and wrapped her tail around his leg.

Haruhime couldn't help but watch the girl with jealous eyes, but did her best to keep calm, she was Bell's childhood friend after all. They must have grown up together she realised, it was natural for them to be so close. But still, it was obviously more than just friendship on Sophie's side. She had no idea what Bell's feelings might be in return, he had never mentioned the girl before, but he never did speak much about his past in the village.

Sophie pulled back and stared up at his face, still hugging him tightly. She suddenly started talking quickly, her words falling out of her mouth faster than her tongue could keep up. "Why are you back? What have you been up to? What's Orario like? Did you become an adventurer like you wanted?"

He gave her a pat on the head. "Calm down Sophie, take a breath!"

"Ah, ha, sorry." She took a large breath and calmed herself a little. "This is just such a surprise, I'm so excited, you must tell me everything!"

"Alright, alright, sit down and I'll tell you everything! But first, I need to introduce you to someone." He turned slipping out of her embrace, but not the tail around his leg and for the first time she noticed the girl standing behind him.

She looked up at the beautiful blonde fox girl standing before her. Their eyes locked with one another as the fox and cat stared each other down.

Bell was quite oblivious to how the two were looking at each other.

"This is Sanjourno Haruhime, a member of my Familia and our parties mage."

"Haruhime, this is Sophie. Until I left the village, we were best friends."

Sophie's tail curled around his hand as she broke the staring contest with Haruhime to look down at him. "What do you mean Bell nya don't tell me I've been replaced!" Her ears dipped down as she suddenly looked really sad.

"Gah! I didn't mean it like that! No one could replace the one true Sophie! It's just… A lot has happened. Y-You might think about me a little differently after I've told you."

She lifted his arm with her tail before grabbing it and pulling it into her chest placing his hand on her cheek. "Nya Bell will always be my little rabbit. No matter how strong he gets." She shot a look at Haruhime as she smiled. "Mmm I still know all your weaknesses!" She leaned down and gently licked his cheek before nibbling on his ear.

"Nggghh!" He couldn't help but go intensely red. "Sophie!" He whined but she only giggled in response.

'Mm, I'll have to remember that.' Haruhime thought to herself. 'So that's what he likes…'

"Ahhh it's been so long! Fufu mmm you're not leaving my side until I've heard everything!" She looked to her father and smiled brightly. "Daddy for tonight drinks are on the house!"

He groaned. "Alright Sophie, fine. You'd better have a damn good story to tell Bell."

"Ahh.." Bell scratched at the back of his head. "I'm sure you're not going to believe a word of it."

"Though I can assure you everything he's about to tell you is true." Haruhime smiled at him. "I can attest to every word, I have been a witness to much of it, if anything I expect him to greatly downplay his achievements."

Word about Bell and his beautiful companion had already begun to spread around the small village, it was quickly exaggerated as one person spoke to another. It didn't take long for a few people to pop into the pub and confirm the rumours. As Bell and Haruhime settled taking their seats Sophie brought them over some drinks and bar snacks. They chatted a little, but not much as every few moments someone new came into the pub, greeted Bell in their own way and took a seat where they could, the place rapidly filling up as most of the village began to arrive.

Haruhime was now squished into Bell's side as she wasn't used to so many people crowding around her and looking at her. It was a little overwhelming. Yet she couldn't help but become jealous as Sophie curled up into his right arm. It didn't take long for her to match her as she wrapped his arm in her superior breasts.

The locals all chuckled to one another whispering as they watched the scene unfold. "Man Bell has got to be the luckiest kid alive… But damn is he oblivious!"

Once the village elder arrived and sat in a comfortable chair the pub began to quiet. Soon everyone was silent. Bell began to tell his adventure.

The opening few minutes caused rip roaring laughter as just as most of them predicted, when he had arrived in the city no one had wanted him. He had gone from Familia to Familia, failure every time. The laughter quickly died as he described meeting Hestia and the real start of his journey and people started giving raised eyebrows and scoffs of disbelief.

"Fastest ever to level up, the record holder? I don't believe it, there's no way that's true!" Someone called out from the crowd.

"But it is true!" Haruhime's voice rang out clear. "I didn't see it myself, but Loki Familia, who are the second strongest in the city witnessed the fight."

One of the much more bulkier men stepped forward. "Ohhh if he's so strong he should have no problem beating me in an arm wrestle then?"

Bell smiled up at him. "Of course," He nodded before scratching at the back of his head. "Ahh, but I'm level four, I'm actually more worried I'd really hurt you without meaning to." The man scoffed at him. "So you're going to pussy out then? Hah, everything you've said is just bullshit isn't it."

Sophie quickly stood up. "Bell has never once told a lie in his entire life! I kinda hope he breaks your arm to teach your ass a lesson!"

He grasped her hand. "It's alright Sophie, sit down." He looked back at the man who was glaring down at him.

"There are several ways I could prove my strength to you. I was intending to show you all my magic later. But, if you're so confident you can take on an adventurer, well…" He turned to Haruhime with a grin.

"M-Me?" She looked at him with incredulity.

Bell grinned at her. "Come on Hime, your level two and he's unblessed."

She held her hands to her glowing cheeks, "But it's so uncouth."

"Hahaha typical Bell hiding behind a girl just like he did with Sophie. Fine." He knelt down on the table and lifted his arm up. "But if I win I get to go on a date with her?"

Haruhime glared at him angrily. "You won't win." She said, rolling up her sleeve and placing her delicate looking arm on the table, cracking the wood slightly as she landed her elbow, holding out her palm.

"Little finger Hime." He said confidently, giving the man a grin.

She glanced at Bell, a little doubt in her eyes, who nodded at her. "You can do it, easy."

She relaxed and smiled at him before turning her eyes back on her opponent.

She closed her palm and held out her little finger.

"This is a joke right?" He burst out laughing. "Or do you like the idea of dating a proper man for one…" He wrapped his hand around her little finger and laughed out loud again.

Haruhime didn't wait for him to finish as she brought his hand down hard into the table making the man scream in pain. "ARGHHH FUCK!" He winced trying to pull his hand away, only to find his arm hung limply from his shoulder.

"Ahh, my apologies, I seem to have dislocated it. D-Does your village have a doctor?"

Everyone stared at her for a moment before one of the women burst out laughing. "Ah-ha-ha, you so had that coming!"

The village elder also let out a little chuckle. "No deary the closest thing we have to a doctor is the local butcher… But he's a big strong man fufu I'm sure he'll survive."

Bell looked at him with a little pity. He knew how much a dislocated shoulder hurt, he could see the tears of pain in his eyes. With a sigh, he pulled out a potion placing it on the table before undoing his belt.

"Ughh I suggest you take this and bite down hard on it!"

He folded his leather belt a few times and handed it to him. "I'll pop it back in, not the first time I've done this."

The man nodded before putting the folded leather in his mouth.

"Ready? On three. One, two, " "Arrrrgghhaa!"

With an audible crunch Bell twisted his arm as he popped it back into the socket.

"Drink it." He said passing the potion. "It will repair the torn muscles, you'll feel fine in a few minutes."

He didn't wait quickly gulping down the potion, happy if for no other reason then it numbed the pain. "T-Thanks…S-Sorry miss I guess I was a little out of line…"

"Ah.." She took his hand for a moment. "I'm sorry as well, I used too much strength, I didn't mean to hurt you."

Suddenly she was back to being the center of attention. Men and women came up to compliment her beauty and strength but she couldn't help but giggle as small children started tugging on her skirt. "Miss, are you a goddess?" A small boy asked shyly.

Haruhime crouched down to speak to the child. "Oh. No, I'm just a normal person like anyone else. I do live with a wonderful goddess, I'm sure she'd love to meet you sometime." She held her hands on her cheeks as she blushed, her bushy tail wagging a little happier.

Another two children came up to her. "Really? Is she as pretty as you?" The small girl asked as she bounced up and down.

"Oh, she's far more beautiful, she is a goddess after all. She's the goddess of the home and family as well, so I'm sure she would just adore all of you."

Bell watched her, she only looked far more wonderful surrounded by happy children. It wasn't just him, he could hear several of the adults in the room whispering quietly what a wonderful mother she would make.

All three of them looked at her with big puppy dog eyes. "C-Can we touch your tail?"

"What's the magic word?" She asked as she smiled down at them.

"PLEASE!" They all cried out, making her giggle. "Of course, but be very gentle."

She carefully brought her tail round to the front. As all three of them reached out to touch it. Gently placing their hands atop the fur.

"Wow, it's so soft." One boy said as he brought his other hand up.

"And fluffy!" She giggled gently rubbing her face into it.

The final boy giggled. "It's much better than miss Sophie's tail."

"Mou!" Sophie pouted as she clutched at her tail, before looking at Bell as she curled it round his hand. "Mine's just as good right Bell!"

"Hmm, Haruhime would tell you that you actually have the advantage." He said as he stroked the tip of her tail between his fingers.

"Haruhimes tail is very soft and very silky, but.." He looked at her and she looked at Sophie with a serious expression. "It takes hours to dry and I have to brush it for an hour a day, every day no matter what."

Sophie couldn't help but pout at the realisation that the fox girl had a rare privilege.

The children looked to Bell with awe struck eyes. "Wait so… Bell gets to touch this every single day?"

"Ahh…" Haruhime blushed hard and couldn't help but glance at Bell with tender eyes. "W-Well not every day…"

All three children had the same thought. "Soo are you and big brother Bell married?"

"Oh!" Haruhime gave a little laugh, though her face burned. "No, it's not like that. But Bell is my hero after all." She looked back at him again. "He saved me." She didn't want to explain the grim details. "In more ways than you can imagine."

It was then Sophie's father came up behind her. "Looks like you've got steep competition."

Sophie bit her finger, having been watching Haruhime for a while now. She began to realise what Bell had said earlier. "You might not see me the same way." She started to understand what he meant. Haruhime was an adventurer just like him, the beautiful girl before her fought in the dungeon at Bell's side. Could she do that? She wasn't sure. But the distance between them now was becoming clear. It wasn't just that, she couldn't deny that her rival was just the nicest person she had ever met.

"And we haven't even got to that story yet." Bell responded to Haruhime saying he had saved her.

People began to settle down again, their disbelief gone now as they sat raptured to Bell's tale.

Bell had a long tale to tell, the last year had been so intense. It was quite a while before even getting to Haruhime's rescue. Luckily the children had long fallen asleep by that point.

He didn't explain everything, he couldn't, of course. Between the guilds hush orders on some of the events made it difficult. So he skipped over things like the goliath fight and Xenos. Others were too difficult to reveal. His four days trapped with Ryu in the dungeon, were just too horrific to relay to these simple villagers, but mostly he just didn't want to relive it.

As the clock reached midnight and the townspeople slowly began to fall asleep. Bell decided it was time for bed. The elder gave a little clap and chuckled. "Our little cry baby has finally grown into a wonderful man. Your grandfather would have been proud of you, Bell."

"T-Thank you. T.. That means a lot to me." He couldn't help but give her his bright smile, making the old woman blush.

The townspeople slowly filed out, most of them coming up to Bell and Haruhime and bidding them goodnight, giving them small compliments as they left.

Bell couldn't help but be a little embarrassed, he was used to this kind of attention now, but he had grown up with these people, so it felt a little different.

With the townspeople gone, Bell let out a gentle yawn. "Ughhh I guess it's time for bed." He suddenly realised there was one big problem as two tails wrapped around his arms.

He heard Sophie purr for a moment and as he glanced at her she was looking up at him with a little grin on her face. "Mmm, you'll stay here the night Bell."

Haruhime, bitter with jealousy as she watched the love of her life being pulled towards another woman made her act like she never had before her fluffy tail tugging him back into her as she looked into his big red eyes.

Bell just gulped. Two of the most important girls in his life. Both making it clear what they wanted. He didn't want to disappoint either of them and looked to Sophie's father for help. The gruff barmen chuckled. "Don't worry Bell. The beds here are more than big enough for three."

"That was not what I was thinking!" Bell couldn't help but cry as both tails pulled him from side to side. After half an hour of the back and forth he stood up, both girls attached to his arms glaring at one another as he carried them both upstairs toward his room.

As soon as he hit the bed both girls found a comfy place to rest their heads. For Haruhime it was his shoulder and neck nuzzling close as she quickly fell asleep. Sophie curled under his arms resting on his stomach the rise and fall of his breathing gently rocking her to sleep as cute purrs escaped her.

He slept relatively peacefully. The mixture of purrs and light snores from the two girls made him fall asleep with a smile on his face. Deep down he knew he would have to tell Sophie the truth. That what they had all those years ago was gone. But her charm still reached his heart and he knew he couldn't break it too quickly. He just hoped she'd see that he loved Haruhime now.

The next morning…

He woke, as usual, at five am on the dot. He gave out a content sigh, the two girls were still sleeping on him just as they were last night, only now they had wrapped their tails around his legs. For the first time in a while, he knew he didn't have to get up, so closed his eyes and just dozed, quickly falling back to sleep.

Little did he realise that the two girls had also begun to wake up. The sight of their sleeping crush made them blush but as soon as their eyes connected all bets for peace were off. Sophie let out a little yawn as she leaned down and kissed Bell's cheek. "Mmm I could get used to this."

Haruhime growled a little, her tail quickly letting go of Bell's leg and standing tall. 'Ughh I'll show her! She hasn't seen what a former escort can do to get the upper hand.' She stretched her arms before standing up and began carefully removing her clothes.

Sophie looked up from Bell to see just what she was competing with. Even she couldn't help but let out a little blush as the Renard stood in nothing but a pair of innocent pure white panties. Her tail wagging from side to side as she turned around and smiled smugly.

She gently moved next to him, using her tail to gently tickle his nose. Bell started to giggle lightly as he reached up and grabbed it. "Mmm Sophie stop that ahhh not in public…"

Haruhime tried not to giggle at the scene but couldn't help it. "Mmm.." She gave Sophie a reserved smile. "You're right, of course. It's odd though…" Haruhime picked through her clothes like she was having a casual conversation. "Meeting you was a surprise, he never mentioned you. Not once."

Sophie bitterly leaned over Bell. "If you knew Bell you'd know he doesn't talk much about his past. Besides, he knew mentioning me would only make you jealous."

Haruhime crossed her arms. Sure Bell was hesitant at best when it came to talking about his past. But why would he ever not bring up a girl that he was clearly close with. Sophie was clearly not telling her everything and holding back details about their past. But that didn't stop her from leaning forward and growling at the girl this had just gone from a simple annoyance to a territorial war.

Sophie's tail flared as she began to hiss back at the low rumbles from the fox girl.

Bell groaned as he heard something, was it shouting he wondered? His eyes took a moment to flutter open as to his surprise he found his arms held down two pairs of breasts in his face.

They wobbled back and forth in front of him as he heard a low growling and a high hiss as the breasts bobbed in his face flying all over the place.

He tried to look up and work out what was going on, but all he could see were swaying breasts. Sophie could see Bell about to get up and help brush her but she wasn't just about to lose the war. "Mmm great idea ahhh you always used to brush my hair in the morning Bell I've actually missed it a lot."

Bell glanced up at the mirror and caught Haruhimes eyes looking back at him. They were soft, there was no jealousy at all. Over the last day or so Haruhime came to two conclusions. The first was, one she knew already, Bell would never betray her, she knew that. The other was, Sophie had missed him so much, she loved him and wished he had never left. She knew Bell would let her down gently, but it wasn't wrong to let this girl have a taste of the happiness she dreamed of. 'Let her be happy.' Her eyes said as she looked back.

Bell closed his eyes. They had a few days… Sophie was a large part of his life just as Haruhime now was. Both girls meant alot to him, both girls deserved his love. He may have chosen Haruhime to be his and his alone but it was unfair to not return something to his beautiful best friend.

"Mmm you're right but ughhh it was so warm last night and I'm super sweaty… I think I need a shower first."

Both girls looked up tails and ears standing up as faint blushes burned onto their cheeks. Just as it seemed like they had made peace Bell threw an unlikely curve ball.

Both looked at him with cute blushing faces both speaking at the same time. "Want me to wash your back, Bell?"

"Ahhh! N-No, I'm sure I'll be just fine!" He waved his hands at them both. "Ahh, I won't be long!"

Both girls grumbled looking at one another and smiling as they both pounced on him. "Not so fast, mister. You don't get off that easily." Sophie giggled. She might not get along with the fox. But if working with her meant she could shower with a naked Bell well she would take it.
