Ugh, it's too early, and still tired after last night being Halloween plus TS is going to be in his usual peppy mood like Linda not likingit.
It was indeed the day after Halloween pr the morning after but Linda and Shocket were still tired after an awesome night of tricks and treats besides Shocket causing mischief teaching Jewel things that Charlie would disapprove of her teaching the lil she-Hulk hearing soft knocking on the door making Linda and Shocket exchange a groan as it was Charlie who compared to them was a morning-person hearing Bree telling her brother to leave their co-leaders alone as like her and Jewel, both Linda and Shocket had been out all night guessing he'd been up all night by the Luke shrine that after finding out he had a son, that had died, Linda had made a memorial shrine which had helped make her brother feel better after Linda had hugged him learning about this seeing her brother smile.
"I was just letting them know breakfast's ready, and made them lattes, I know you guys were out all night, but food improves a cranky mood." he replied making Linda tiredly giggle at this as she and Shocket got up stunning Bree delighting Charlie trying not to be too peppy as they weren't morning-girls seeing them slumping into their chairs at the table, smelling lattes which was improving their mood a little as Shocket was sipping hers seeing Linda gulp hers making the others including Charlie stunned while Shocket just shrugged knowing her Ducky was a fiend with coffee like her dad, Howard as she was making herself more feeling Charlie tap her shoulder gently, knowing she wasn't fully awake.
"Yes, Ducky is in a coffee monster mood, her dad gets like it too." she said yawning eating cereal as she wasn't in a pancake mood but had pop tarts Besideher bowl which Linda had popped for her which Charlie found sweet seeing an excited look on her furry face as a message from McDonalds popped up on her phone which made Linda grin crazily from the caffeine which was kinda scaring the other New Warriors hearing Itsy ask, if she should use a calming spell or form a calming circle around Linda seeing Shocket shaking her head, singing which was calming Linda yet impressing the others.
"It's no big deal, it was something that one of Tivon's servants used to sing when Ducky and me couldn't sleep or scared like how my dad sings to my lil brother at home." she told them picking Linda up gently taking her to their room tucking her in, deciding to join her as she was tired but wanted to go to Mcdonalds later to get one of the new big-cub happy meals.
"You could use Deliveroo.." Linda said in sleep makinga mischievous grin cross her furry face.
"Ducky you're a genius, here phoney as mama needs you." she said focusing asher phone flew into her paw focusing using her tech-powers to use Deliveroo ordering through the Mcdonalds app zipping back out of the phone yawning but happy getting into bed beside Linda plus had ordered chocolate milk kissing Linda's feathery cheek lying beside her falling asleep but unaware her phone was glitching.
"Whoa, did Bree do this, order a buttload of big-kid happy meals, wait a moment, Shocket loves McDonalds and has the tech-brains and powers to do this." Charlie said stunned seeing Linda taking them, going to her and Shocket's room alomg with the chocolate-milk locking their door as Shocket had made a blanket fort sitting in it in a shirt and clean tail-armour after having a shower which was cute making them feel lime the mischievohs kids they'd been living with Tivon noticing a sad remembering how those memories made her sad seeing Shocket devouring chicken nuggies in between sips of chocolate-milk.
"It's okay Ducky, I have my comfort food." she mumbled making Linda get it hoping she'd be okay
