Thank you to everyone who has favorited, followed or reviewed this fic so far.

These plot bunnies for divine politics keep on hopping, LMAO! And this time we'll get one fandom which had a cameo in 'Heroes from Infinite Earths' but shall have a bigger role in this chapter.

This one too is between 'King in Black' and 'Return of the Devourer', and after the previous chapter.

Enjoy.

Chapter 57- False God meets God

Earth-205

Chuck Shurley was writing his book, when he felt something. Everything had stopped in the entire world. It seemed to have frozen completely, except himself.

His eyes widened. Because there was only one who could do something like that.

Turning around, he saw Krishna standing there, looking at him blankly as Chuck got up, staring back at Krishna as well.

"Writing another book, Chuck?" Krishna simply asked.

"I was wondering when you would finally show up for me", Chuck commented. "Not pleased by me pretending to be you for these worlds, are you?"

"Why should I be displeased by what you do?" Krishna shrugged, pacing a little as Chuck watched him. "All you did was write your books, and made yourself God of these Universes with your power. Have to say, interesting touch creating the Pagan Deities to take the fall for you. They are quite amusing to watch, considering who we are."

"Is there more than one God or what?" Chuck asked at that point.

"No, just more than one manifestation, like I am", Krishna smiled at Chuck. "You seem to have desired being worshipped, hence all these Universes."

"I liked to create, my sister liked to destroy, that's the truth", Chuck simply said to Krishna, but even if he could fool everyone else, he could not fool the actual God.

"The Valar liked to create, Melkor liked to destroy", Krishna commented, his head slightly tilted. "But they did not desire worship from others like you do. If you truly did not desire worship, why create the mockery of the 'Pagan Deities' to take the fall for your own inaction?"

Chuck tried to say something, but no words came out, because Krishna was right. He did desire to be worshipped, that's why he was pretending to be God for these Universes this whole time.

"Are you here to end me for my charade at last?" Chuck now inquired.

"No, I am not going to end you, because the end is now coming", Krishna revealed, Chuck's eyes widening as he knew just what the end truly was. "Worse than you or your sister The Darkness. I am here to tell you that even though these Universes were written into creation by you, I accept them as my own like I accepted Aulë's Dwarves as my own children."

"What's the point of making them worship you when everything is going to be destroyed anyway?" Chuck inquired.

"This is why you could never truly be God, Chuck, just a pretender. Because you never tried to look into yourself, and find out what truly makes you one with the Ultimate", Krishna pointed to Chuck's chest. "If you had done so, your life would have been blessed, and in turn the lives of these worlds you created for yourself with all of these beings would have been blessed as well. Only, you could not look beyond the worshipping aspect, which is why, you could not become one with the Almighty. You just remained…a writer playing with the lives of the two Winchester brothers and everyone around them."

"And aren't you doing the same by playing with the lives of everyone in the Multiverse? You have the power to stop the Crisis, yet you let it play out!" Chuck snapped.

"Paths are laid out for all, it is up to them how they choose to tread those paths", Krishna shrugged to Chuck. "When the divine play with the lives of mortals, the significance of mortal life ends. I can guide them, but I will not interfere completely, unlike you who had to manipulate all of their lives. Yet, this destruction is the end, but also a recreation. I let it play out for the beautiful recreation."

"Now I know what it feels like", Chuck had to say, though he also knew he couldn't stop what was coming, so it was just pointless. "What shall I do now?"

"Just wait for it to come. Like I had said, I accept all these creations alongside my own, but you can no longer be in control of these people's lives", Krishna said, and then there was a flash of light as he was gone, while time was allowed to move once more.

Chuck sighed, wiping his face. "Guess its going to come to an end soon enough."

On his planet, the Deity Rapu was happily reveling and merrymaking by drinking, enjoying the worship he got from the planet, like usual, without giving them anything in return.

Then, there was a little flash in front of him and he saw Persephone standing there, looking down at him, displeased.

"Lady Persephone!" Rapu immediately recognized her from what he'd heard of her as he got off his throne. "What brings you here?"

"Your negligence of your own people who worship you brings me here", Persephone shook her head, making Rapu glare at her.

"Their only purpose is to worship us! We don't owe them anything!" Rapu argued.

"You are wrong, they deserve to be rewarded for their faith", Persephone pointed out to him. "Yet you let them starve."

"You are one to talk, considering what your Pantheon does", Rapu snarled.

"Our Pantheon has done many petty things, yes", Persephone accepted that. "But you forget, all of us also fulfill the roles we are expected to. So while petty, we are not negligible of the people at least."

"They are my people! I can do whatever I want!" Rapu ranted, only for the plants to suddenly grow and strangle him slowly, and restrain his entire body tightly.

At the same time, fresh plants and fruits began to grow on the barren planet where Rapu was worshipped, all due to Persephone's power.

"Like I had said, in return for their faith, they deserve a reward, like this one", Persephone said to Rapu. "Your arrogance can cost a lot of people. I am preventing that from happening. Be thankful it's not any worse."

The plants around Rapu receded as he panted, while Persephone told him. "I take my leave now. But remember, if you do not look after your people, we will come."

She disappeared, and Rapu was scared enough to follow what she said.

Krishna was about to turn back into Lord Vishnu and return to Vaikunth for now, when he sensed something, and smiling, turned around to see the four main members of the Tribunal, and also Balial, who was being supported by Adair due to his blindness.

"Greetings, Lord Balial of the Powers That Be, and the Elders", Krishna greeted with joined hands. "To what do I owe this visit?"

"We want forgiveness for what we did, Vasudeva", Balial joined his hands now, looking like he was about to break down. "What we did was wrong, we understand that now."

"Now please tell us how to be saved from that destruction!" Aramis begged.

"Aramis, all you can do now, is stand back, and be ready for punishment", Krishna simply said, to their shock. "This destruction cannot be avoided any longer now."

"But not all of us are at fault for the wrongs done to the Champions!" Balial tried to argue back. "So not all of us should be killed!"

Crill tried to deflect some blame too. "Besides, in our world it was the Elders who mistreated our Champions that are the Charmed Ones. We usually were not involved at all."

"When a dog riding on an elephant barks at the lion, the king of the jungle, the blame goes to the elephant, who supported the dog with its own capability", Krishna pointed out why the Tribunal were to blame as well. "The truth is, the capability of the more powerful ones is the base of the weaker ones' tyranny." He turned to Balial. "And in your case, its inaction which is the base of Behmen's tyranny."

Krishna gestured around with his hands. "The moment the Elders started interfering in the lives of Piper and Leo, and the moment Skip successfully manipulated Cordelia for Jasmine, all of you became either cruel or ineffective higher powers."

He walked around. "There is a path laid for all, one they must tread however they choose to, but a little guidance always helps." Krishna looked to Balial. "The Powers That Be failed to do even that, because their own final goals were more important to them!" Then he turned to the Tribunal. "While the Elders, did the opposite of what was required because they were all too scared!"

"But we all thought it was to protect us all from the Crisis! Our worlds!" Balial tried to argue again.

"When the whole mansion starts to crumble, the gatekeeper can't just guard the gate", Krishna pointed out. "When everything is in danger, the entirety of existence is attacked, fulfilling one's own supposed personal duty at the cost of everyone else's well-being results in disaster. This strange sense of duty is something I cannot condone."

Mahabharata 2013 Dharme Cha Arthe Cha plays

Hearing this seemed to really affect all of them, since from their points of view, they were doing the right thing, but only now were they slowly realizing how they had gotten it wrong the whole time.

Yet, it was too late for them, and it was obvious they would not be able to save themselves now.

"Farewell, Lord Krishna", Balial and the Tribunal said together, now fully accepting their eventual fates.

"Farewell, Balial of the Powers That Be and the Tribunal", Krishna said with joined hands as they all disappeared.

While Sandra would do something good, the destruction was inevitable right now. It was the recreation that mattered. And that would come too.

I'd already explained in 'Heroes from Infinite Earths' that Chuck from 'Supernatural' was only a pretender (a very OP and primordial pretender, but still a pretender) and the Archangels, Angels, 'Pagan Deities', etc. he created were inspired by the real deal but aren't the real deal.

While a lot of the Greek Gods are really petty, at least they fulfill the roles they're supposed to. Rapu is just a fucking moron! Obviously with how Knull played out in this series, Gorr was never gonna happen, but now his turn to evil is also prevented.

Having the pretending God meet the actual God was fun. For when this takes place during 'Supernatural' its during Season 5 anytime before the atrocious 5x19 (love Season 5 but despise that episode).

Hope all enjoyed and see you all next time with another chapter.
