Inside the warehouse Kai is giving a speech as he walks around looking like a Sensei. "Yes the Overlord's army has overrun the city and driven us into hiding. Yes, we're scared and tired, but there's some good news." He knelt down in front of Jake. "It's noodle time!" He hands the bowl to him, then passes bowls around. "Noodles for you! And you! And you!" He gives a bowl to a young woman in a wheelchair. "See? Your face has a hard time being sad when you're shoving noodles into it." He looks around. "And don't worry, there's plenty to go around! Skylor and and I found a ton of supplies in a nearby warehouse! She's cooking up more as we speak."
"I know noodles!" Skylor said with pride as she worked at the stand. "I grew up around my dad's noodle houses after all. Sure, they were all just fronts for his criminal enterprise, but you still learn a thing or two!"
"Wow!"
"Looks good!"
Kai smiled fondly, before walking up to the cart.
"Flame's dying." Skylor frowned as he came up to her side and she turned to him. "Give me an assist?"
"Sure. I'll heat things up for ya." Kai held out his hand and flamed up the pan. "Y'know, we make a pretty good team." He started. "And we have a beautiful daughter, and it'd make her day to know that." He trailed off when Skylor turns to him.
"What are you getting at?"
"I." Kai started to stutter. "I, well, I."
"Well, great time Kai! Raya, our daughter is near ten. And! Every so often you sleep over after disappearing for ages and I don't hear from you like I've been forgotten. And now out of nowhere, you want something?" She places her hands on her hips, raising an eyebrow.
Kai sighs in defeat. "I'm sorry. My elemental powers were stolen, and then I was trapped in this icy realm, and then Raya got struck in that video game, I went after her. After that I wounded up on this mountain with an evil king with a talking skull. And then my sister got turned into the ocean, so … yeah. It's been a hot minute."
"How about we save Ninjago first. Then concentrate on us?" Skylor offers.
On the other side of the warehouse, Wu and Misako are looking at the paper that Misako found. "These symbols make no sense!" He slams a fist down. "It's not the Old Tongue, it's not Merlopian, it's … it's just gibberish!"
"Perhaps you need a break, Wu." Misako told him. "I find if I step away for a minute, it's possible to see things in a new."-
"Woo hoo!" Cole's cheerful shout had the two turn to see Cole bouncing around with Nelson and Lily. "We did it, Master Wu!"
Master Wu, Misako, Kai, and Skylor rush over to them. "What is it, Cole?" Wu asked.
"Wu managed to adjust the dispatch radio to the same frequency as our ninja comms." Lily smiled, as Cole holds the mic to him.
"What would you like to say?" Cole asked.
Wu took the mic. "This is Master Wu to all Ninja. Can anyone read me?"

In the sewers. Lloyd and Garmadon are still in the Serpentine library. Lloyd puts a hand on his ear piece. "Master Wu?" He smiles, it felt wonderful to hear from him! "It's Lloyd! I read you!"
Garmadon rushes to him. "Who is that? Is that my brother? Tell him we're not him." He said, irritating and annoying Lloyd.

In the streets. William and Nya are still rushing to the harbor. "This is Will. I'm with Nya. Great to hear your voice!"
"Master Wu! Is my brother with you!?" Nya asked desperate.
"I'm here sis." Kai's voice came next, you can hear the smile in his voice.
"Kai!" Nya beamed. "You're ok!"
"I am."

Inside Borg Tower. PIXAL and Eleanor are in their father's office, while their enemies/friends look around. Eleanor watching them like a hawk.
"PIXAL here." PIXAL said as she places. Hand on her ear piece. "I too am receiving you. Eleanor and I are with Zane, but he is currently indisposed." She turns to the table behind her to watch Cyrus repairing Zane.

"I hear you to Master Wu!" Jay exclaimed, running towards the elevator inside of Borg Tower. "It's so great to here you're ok!"

Kai and I are with Skylor and Master Wu." Cole spoke into his ear piece. "We're held up with a bunch of people at."-
"Careful Cole!" Master Wu warns. "Our radio signal could be intercepted."
"In … a place where the news never sleeps." Cole carefully finished.

William frowns, looking over at Nya. "Is that code?"
"The newspaper warehouse!"
He nods, turning back around. "We read you loud and clear! We're heading to the harbor to see if Nya can send a signal to Benthomaar and the Merlopians! Maybe they can help!"

"Send a signal?" Lloyd asked as Garmadon tries to listen in on, but Lloyd pushes him away. "Like that time with the whales? Nya, are your powers coming back?"

"Sort of. I'm just not sure it'll be enough."
"It's worth a try." Wu said as held the radio mic. "We need all the help we can get."
"Agreed." Lloyd said. "I'm with my father. We were looking for the Serpentine in their library, but were didn't have any luck. They've all disappeared."
"Seriously, is that my brother? Is he talking about me? What's he saying?" Garmadon's voice is heard next, followed by what sounded like a shove.
'Shh!" Lloyd snapped.
Kai folds his arms and rolled his eyes when they heard that.
"Ellie and I might be able to provide some assistance." PIXAL said, two crashes is heard in the background. "Though I'm not sure how reliable they will be."
"Hey, you bird brain, there's expensive equipment in here!" Eleanor's yell is heard in the background.
"Then we must keep looking." Wu turns off the radio, lowering the mic. "I believe it's time to call in an old favor." He said, turning to Cole.
"Vania?"
"Before we left Shintaro, I seem to recall her telling you if you ever needed help, all you had to do was call."
"She did, but we're gonna need a much stronger transmitter than this to get a message as far as Shintaro."
"Um, excuse me?" Vinny comes up to them. "What about NGTV's broadcast tower? That could get a signal to Shintaro."
"But it's on the other side town." Lily said as she stood next to Cole.
"Yeah, how would anyone get there?" Skylor asked.
"My news van is parked outside."
"The streets are crawling with crystal warriors." Cole reminded. "We'd never make it."
"You might." A woman's voice spoke. "With the right driver." Racer Seven smiled as she walked up to them.
"Racer Seven?" Kai asked.
"That was my Prime Empire name. I got a normal name now."
"Oh, cool!" Kai smiled as he nods. "What is it?"
"Blazey H. Speed!"
"That's … great." Cole said. "Really normal." He rubs his head.
"What's the 'H' stand for?" Lily asked, hugging Cole's arm.
"Hyper."
"Are you sure you can get us to the NGTV Tower, Blazey Hyper Speed?" Kai asked.
Blazey put a hand on her hip, giving him a look. "Does a car have wheels?"

At Borg Tower, Ultra Violet tries out her new Mech.
"The user interface is very intuitive. You should have no problem adapting to the controls." PIXAL told her.
"Oh, yeah. This feels kinda good! What's this do?" Ultra Violet fires at the computer, causing parts of it to explode. "Awesome! With one of these, I bet I could take down those stupid Ninja once and for."- She quickly fly notices PIXAL's glare. "Never. Because that's not what I would do at all. Heh ... only save lives and be good."
"Fugi-Dove is no more ... for behold! I am now ... Mecha-Dove! Check out my moves!" He does some karate moves, before he activates a foot thruster - accidentally sending him backwards where he crashes into the same computer. Cyrus blows the fire extinguisher on him, before Fugi-Dove quickly moves away to stand where he once was. "My whirring servos fill the night! Awesome, right?"
A crash is heard, making Eleanor and PIXAL turn to see Killow struggling with his Mech.
"The mech's appendages are equipped with ergonomic expandable isomorphic nanostructures." Eleanor said simple, just as the elevator dinged, grabbing everyone's attention to see Jay races out.
"Finally!" He cried, not seeing the everyone in the room. "Doctor Borg!" He quickly slides to a halt when he sees what's happening. "Whoa!" He cried. "What are you four doing here!?" He drops into a defense stance.
"Jay!" Eleanor ran up to him. "Don't!" She grabs his arm and lowers it down. "They're now helping us."
Jay's eyes nearly bugged out. "Say what?" He looks around, and that's when he saw Zane lying on a table. "Zane!" He gasped.
Cyrus wheels himself to the table to check on the Nindroid.
"Zane saved me." Eleanor told Jay, who looked worried. "Just seconds before his jet crashed onto the freeway."
Cyrus turns to PIXAL. "PIXAL?" He motions for her. She walks over to him.
"Any change?"
"Zane's neural net processor is fully operational, but his memory banks are damaged. He's like a person in a coma."
"An unfortunate analogy." PIXAL looks down at Zane, then turns to Cyrus. "But coma patients have been known to recover."
"Some, but … Zane isn't human. He's a Nindroid."
"Is there nothing else you can do?"
"I can try one or two more tricks, but." Cyrus trailed off.
"I understand." PIXAL closes her eyes, before opening them and places a hand on Zane's head. "Please do what you can."

On the streets. Blazey, Cole andVinny are hiding behind a newspaper stand as they watch a few stray crystalized citizens just roaming around. Vinny's van parked on the side of the street. "So, you really think you can get us there in that?" Cole questioned.
"What's wrong with it?" Vinny asked with a frown.
"Nothing. It's just not exactly the kind of vehicle Racer — I mean Blazey — used to win the Speedway Five-Billion."
Blazey turns to them. "Doesn't matter. If it moves, I can race it." She pulls out a weapon and blasts a nearby car to distract the crystalized citizens, and the three humans quickly run and board the van.
"Now, the one thing is, repairs come out of my paycheck, so ... heh" Vinny shrugs as he looks at Blazey nerviously.
"Vinny, is it? I'm gonna be straight with you, Vinny. That paycheck of yours? Kiss it goodbye." She starts the van, before putting it into gear and slams on the gas, making Vinny scream.

Back at Borg Tower, Cyrus presses a few buttons before turning to look at Zane. He wheels over to the table. "I'm sorry, PIXAL." He apologizes as he disconnects Zane.
Time's tickin!" Ultra Violet exclaimed. "We're ready to roll!"
PIXAL turns from looking at her, to Zane. "Zane? Can you hear me? It's me. PIXAL."
Borg wheels himself away to Eleanor, Jay, and Ronin. Eleanor reaches for her father's hand as they watch.
"Please, Zane. If you can hear me, give me a sign. Anything." PIXAL begs as she holds Zane's hand with both hers. Zane remains motionless. "It seems the Zane I knew is gone." She turns to them. "I will say my goodbyes, then we will join the fight." She turns back to Zane. "Zane. I was once just a Nindroid. A machine. And then, long ago, in a different battle, you gave up half your power source to save me. In that moment, you changed me. I felt things ... I never felt before. I felt ... love. For you. Our friends need us now, and I must go to battle. If I am able, I will return. I do not know if there is anything after this life for beings such as you or I, but if there is ... I will find you there. Goodbye, my Zane." She leans down, kissing him. Then turns to the others and walks somberly to them.
Eleanor meets her half way and the sisters hug. "Le … let's go." Eleanor whispered, her eyes filled with tears, she looks towards the table where Zane is. "Goodbye Zane."
Jay walks over to table. "Goodbye Zane. It's been a fun wile ride that we've had together!" He said somberly, then walks over to the girls and everyone starts to leave.
Suddenly Zane comes back online and he slowly looks around. "PIXAL?" Everyone turns around to see Zane sitting up on the table. "PIXAL." He holds out his hand for her.
"Zane?" She runs to him with, squealing in delight as she leaps into his arms. "You're alive!" She cried as he spins her around.
"But - how?" Cyrus asked as he, Eleanor, Jay and Ronin come over to them.
"I do not know." Zane answered, shaking his head as he looked at the good doctor. "All I know is, I heard PIXAL's voice, and suddenly, I remembered." He turns to her. "You brought me back."
Everyone sheds tears quietly, while Fugi-Dove sobs.
Ultra Violet turns to him. "Are you crying?"
"I'm not crying, you're crying." He cried, then sniffed.
"Ugh, enough waiting around. We've got some crystal warriors to smash! You ready or not?" Ultra Violet asked, looking at PIXAL.
"One moment." PIXAL turns to the side, placing a hand on her ear piece. "MiniPix, do you copy? Have you finished installing the auto-flight system on my mech? I require it at once. Please dispatch it to my coordinates." She turns to the others. "Now I am ready."
