The Natagumo Hot Spring IV - Daki
"Sister… come with me." said Rui, as he walked up to his sister
"Hm?" the sister replied as she turned around and faced him
It was another quiet night on the Natagumo mountain. Every member of the family had their work assigned and was doing their part for the family. Sometimes, Rui interrupted them and made sure everybody did their jobs. Naturally, nobody wanted to be that person.
"W-What is it?" the sister asked
"I spoke to the master… and he told me something very interesting…" Rui replied
"T-T-The… master…?" she mumbled
Hearing that phrase, Spider Sister tensed up, as she didn't know if her life would end in the next couple of seconds.
"Yes. Listen carefully." Rui replied and looked around, making sure nobody could see or hear them
"He told me that an upper moon will come here and that we should show him some hospitality…" he added
"Huh…?" the sister mumbled
"I don't understand it… but we must follow the master's orders. So, you will help me with this." he added
Hearing all this, Spider Sister tried to process what she just heard.
"An upper moon!? I thought that upper and lower moons hated each other?! Why would one come here?! And how would I be of any use?!" she thought to herself
Even thought he saw her panic, Rui didn't care.
"So, if the upper moon felt like playing with you... then you will play with him. Even if that means that he would break you…" Rui said with a plain tone
"IGHHH…!" the sister squeaked
"Well. That's basically it. Don't tell anyone about this and come, when I call you. Understand?" Rui asked her
Spider Sister had no choice, so she just nodded and bit her lip.
"Good. Be ready." he replied and walked away
"…"
"I am dead…" she mumbled to herself, as she thought about all the ways she could be killed for fun

After a few days, Spider Sister got approached by Rui again.
"I was told that the upper moon will come this night… let's go." he said and started walking away
Spider Sister tensed and took a deep breath.
"Well… I knew this would happen…" she thought to herself as she jumped down her tree and followed Rui
Walking together a short time, the two arrived at the meeting place. Looking around, they couldn't see anybody.
"W-Who are we waiting for…?" the sister asked, to which Rui faced her
"What are you talking about? I told you before… that we're waiting for an upper moon." he said
"Yes, I know. But… which… one…?" she asked scared
Hearing that, Rui thought about it. He actually didn't know the answer to that.
"No idea. The master only said that an upper moon would come…" Rui replied
While the two were talking, they could suddenly hear footsteps coming their way.
"Finally. This stupid ugly forest… How can you live here?" said a voice
Both Rui and his sister turned around and faced the person talking.
"Ah…" the sister gasped as she saw a female figure walking towards them
She thought that the upper moon would be a male, but to her surprise, it was a female demon.
"Hey! You're the lower moon, right!? Why do you live in such an ugly forest?! Do you know how easy it is to get lost here?!" the girl asked
"Ugly… forest…?" Rui replied those words
"Yes. It's ugly! There are spider webs everywhere! And there is no light!" she replied
Rui's eye twitched as he heard that.
"CAREFULL. Even though you're an upper moon, you're still a guest here. And I am the master's favorite… that means that if I wanted to, I could ask him to get rid of you…" Rui said in a serious tone
The girl stared at him with a face of disgust, but thinking about his words, she knew that he was right. Before she went here, Muzan also told her to be nice… for demon standards at least.
"Tsk. Whatever." she replied
"I am the upper moon 6, Daki." she added as she crossed her arms
"Lower moon 5, Rui." Rui replied and played with his webs
After that, Daki glanced at the sister, who was standing behind him.
"Who is that?" Daki asked and pointed at her
"My sister." Rui replied without even looking
Daki started scanning her with her eyes. Spider Sister noticed that and quickly became nervous.
"Welcome." she said with fear in her voice, as she bowed
Hearing that and seeing her bow made Daki smile.
"Ha… good for you that you know your place." said Daki with a sinister smile
Seeing her smile, Rui spoke up.
"The master told me that you need to stay here for some time."
"Yes. Normally, me and some other demons hide in some red-light district… but those stupid demon slayers are purging it right now. So while they slay all the other stupid demons… I will hide here." Daki explained
"Red-light district? Well, that explains her clothes…" the sister thought to herself
"Couldn't you just get rid of them? Should be easy for an upper moon." Rui replied
"Nah… I work from the shadows. It's easier and more fun that way." Daki replied
"Alright…" Rui replied
"…"
"…"
"…"
"So… what now?" Rui asked
"No idea. But I am bored." Daki replied
"What do you do for fun here? I can't imagine there are a lot of humans to kill here…" she added as she looked around
"Well… I got something special here…" Rui replied, which caught Daki´s attention
"Special?" Daki asked and looked at him
"Special? What does he mean? WAIT. NO. PLEASE NO." the sister thought to herself
"Do you know what a hot spring is?" Rui asked
"A hot spring?! You have a hot spring here?! In this ugly forest?!" Daki asked eagerly
"Grrrr..." Rui mumbled annoyed as he heard
"Oh. Sorry. But do you seriously have a hot spring here?" Daki asked again
While the two were talking, Spider Sister panicked.
"NO! I DON'T WANT TO BE HUMILIATED AGAIN! PLEASE NO!" she thought and panicked
Rui saw Spider Sister's panic face, but ignored it and continued talking with Daki.
"Yes. We have one. You can use it if you want, but only if you don't annoy me."
"Yeah! Where is it?! Where? Where?!" Daki looked eagerly around
Seeing her act like a little child, Rui took a deep breath and replied.
"Follow me… I show you." he said to which Daki nodded
As he started walking, he glanced at his sister, who was still standing.
"We're going. Come on." said Rui and continued walking
"S-Sure… As you wish…" she said defeated, as she thought about what would happen next

"Wow… you really have a hot spring here!" Daki said happily
"Of course… Why would I lie?" Rui replied as he and his sister stood behind Daki
"So, I can go in, right?" Daki asked
"Sure…" Rui replied
"Great!" Daki replied
"…"

"…"
"So… um… thanks?" said Daki
"No problem." replied Rui, and started taking his clothes off
"Igh…" mumbled Spider Sister as she saw that
"What. Are you. Doing." Daki said slowly as she stared at him
"Hm? Taking my clothes off. Why do you ask?" Rui replied
"You're not going in. I am going in." Daki replied with a blank expression
"Huh? What do you mean? We can both go in. It's pretty big." Rui replied confused
Daki just stared at him.
"I am not going in with you. Are you crazy?" she said
Rui just stared at her with a confused look. Daki noticed his expression and glanced at his sister.
"You." Daki said and pointed at Spider Sister
"Y-Yes!" Spider Sister replied
"Could you please explain this situation to your stupid brother?" Daki asked and pointed at Rui
Hearing that, Rui's eye twitched, and he turned around to face his sister.
"YES. Explain this to your stupid brother…" Rui said with a murderous expression
"IGHH!" Spider Sister squeaked
It was an uncomfortable situation for her. If she didn't explain it, then an upper moon would kill her, but if she would explain it, and Rui would not like her explanation, then she would be killed too.
"Well… Rui… you see…" she tried explained
"She is a girl… and girls don't like it when… a guy… well… sees them… naked…" she explained and hoped that both of them would be happy with her explanation
Rui still stared at her, but thought about her words. Daki looked at Rui and expected his response.
"If you say so…" he replied to his sister and faced Daki
"Alright. Go in. I will go somewhere else... in the meantime." he said
Daki smiled victoriously.
"Good. I will tell you when you can go in." she said
"GRRRRR…" Rui grinded his teeth, as she told him when he could go into his own hot spring
"Let's go sister." said Rui and started walking away
"Sure!" the sister replied happily as she thought that she has avoided another embarrassing situation
"Hm? Oh, she can stay." Daki said as she saw the two leave
"…"
"…"
"…huh?" the sister mumbled as she heard those words
Rui turned around and stared at Daki, awaiting an explanation.
"She is girl, she can go in with me. I don't mind." said Daki and pointed at the sister
"Huh? T-Thank you! B-B-But… you know… I was already in the hot spring today… so… well…" the sister mumbled
Rui thought about what to do. He hated being commanded, but Muzan told him to show hospitality.
"Fine. Stay here." said Rui as he looked at his sister
"HUH?!" the sister gasped
"Keep her company and make sure that she enjoys her stay… the master commanded it." he said with a plain voice
"…" the sister didn't say anything, just stared at him
After not getting an answer, he turned around and slowly walked away.
"Make sure she enjoys her stay… and call me once you two get out." he said
After that, he left, and Spider Sister was alone with Daki. She slowly turned around and faced Daki.
"Your brother is pretty weird!" she said with a mocking smile
"…" the sister didn't say anything
"Hm? Come on! Say something!" Daki commanded
"Well… I am sorry, but if I criticize him, then I would get punished…" the sister replied
"Huh? Oh, right! He is stronger than you and on top of that, he is the master's favorite… Yeah, you would be dead in a second." said Daki as she thought about it
"Yeah…" the sister replied nervously
Daki turned around and faced the hot spring.
"Alright! Time to enjoy myself!" she said and started taking her clothes off
As she was undressing, she noticed the sister not moving, just staring at her.
"What? Like what you see?" Daki asked mockingly
"What?! No! I mean… yes… well…ugh…" the sister mumbled
"Hahaha! Well, you should undress too." Daki replied
"Well… I…" the sister tried to get out of this situation somehow
At the time, she wasn't embarrassed, but she didn't like the idea of spending time with an upper moon. One wrong word could cost her life.
"Come on. I want to chat with someone as I enjoy the hot spring… Why don't yo-WAIT!" as Daki was talking, her eyes shot open as she thought about something
She scanned Spider Sister with her eyes.
"You're… a girl too… right?" Daki asked concerned
"What? Yes. Yes I am." Spider Sister replied, to which Daki smiled again
"Huff… Good. For a second, I thought that you might be a guy. If that were the case, I would have killed you on the spot because you saw me naked. Haha!" Daki laughed
"Y-Yes…" Spider Sister replied scared
"Anyway. Let's go in together! Come on!" Daki urged Spider Sister
"O-Ok… If you want to…" she replied and started taking her clothes off too
After a few seconds, she was naked too. She heard the sound of water and noticed that Daki was already in the hot spring.
"Ahhhh… so good…" Daki mumbled as she leaned back and enjoyed the hot water
She glanced at Spider Sister, who was now slowly going in too.
"Ahhh…" she moaned as the hot water touched her white skin
She got in and sat down.
"Your forest is pretty ugly… but this hot spring makes it worth it…" said Daki
"T-Thanks… I guess?" Spider Sister replied
"Oh, that's right! I never asked for your name." said Daki, to which Spider Sister looked at her
"I am Rui's sister…" she replied
"Yeah… I know. But what's your name?" Daki asked again, almost annoyed
"I… I don't remember. I am sure I had one when I was a human, but now, everyone just calls me the sister." Spider Sister replied
"Boooring…" Daki replied and leaned back
"…"
"…"
"…"
"Come on, say something." said Daki
"Huh?" the sister mumbled
"I rarely meet other demon girls. Most of them are either boring or ugly… but you don't look so bad." said Daki
"Ah! T-Thank you! You also look… beautiful." the sister replied blushing
"I know." Daki replied with confidence
"…"
"…"
"Well… how is life in the city? With all the humans?" the sister asked
"Great! I get to meet a lot of them, and they give me their money, blood, flesh and lives! It's awesome. And sometimes, if I meet a cute one… well… I have some fun too… before I kill him." Daki explained
Spider Sister just stared at her.
"Oh, don't worry. The master knows about this, and he doesn't care, as long as I devour a lot of humans!" Daki added
"Sure…" the sister replied and leaned back
"And how is life here?" Daki asked
"Well… I get fed, I am safe… and I get to kill humans sometimes… But that's rare, because anybody hardly ever walks into our forest…" the sister explained
"But we are well stocked. So even if we don't catch any humans, we have food for a long time… all thanks to me and my acid cocoons." the sister added proudly
"Booooring… I can't imagine living in some forest without any humans…" Daki replied
"And without any good looking-males…" Daki added with a smile
Hearing that, Spider Sister chuckled.
"Well… looks like we have different things on our minds…" the sister replied with a smile, as she enjoyed the hot spring with an upper moon
AUTHOR'S NOTE: I will write an X-chapter with Daki and Spider Sister and set this fanfic on MATURE next time… Anyway, Daki is getting released next week in Hinokami Chronicles, so I decided to go back to this story and write a chapter about her!
