Prologue 4

It has been 6 months since the incident with Kratos, and it makes 1 year since Pryyha came to Greace. Her opinion of it? It horrible, and, it sucks.

The lands are infested with monters and bandids, most of the rulers only care about stuffing themselves full of wine and meat, or enshuring their own safety, and nobody really cares about the major problems that are in plane sight.

The Gods aren't really helping in the situation either, only caring about their own dominions and their own egos, from the times that they requested Pryyha's help, most of them didn't show her any respect, just go do this, do that, sometimes they requested her to do something while she was busy with something else.

The times where she could do whatever she wanted weren't all that good either, even thoulgh she has been in greace for over a year, there isn't anything here that interesses her.

"(Sigh) this is getting rediculous" she said to herself in annoyence.

Ever since what happened to Kratos, he's been isolating himself even more, apparently, during their bout, some new visions started to appear and haunt him, what where these visions, she dosen't know, Kratos refuses to talk about it.

"Why does nothing good ever happen in these lands?" she asked, "wish something... ANYTHING would happen right now..."

"Since you asked, might as well" She heard a voice, but when she looked around, she saw nobody

"where are..." she has saying but.

"You serioustly don't reconise my voice Pryyha?" someone asked again, this time she remembered, "Khronos?"

"so you do remember, good" Khronos said sarcasticly in her mind, "listen, come to my temple, we need to talk".

As soon as he finished, a pegasus flew down to Pryyha's side, and stood there waiting for her to get on.

"I wonder what he has to say?" Pryyha asked to herself while mounting the pegasus, an so, they flew of to see Khronos.

After landing on the Fortunate isles, Pryyha made her way to the temple of Khronos, as she got to the gates, the face at the top wich looked like Khronos spoked while glowing white.

"Understand thyself, and your destiny shall be known".

"Well... thats a first" she said to herself, that was the first time that happened when she came here, as she opened the gates, it shined a white light again before it dissapered.

She walked through the hallways for a bit before she saw a familiar face siting on his throne with an owl rested on his shoulder

"Lord Khronos" Pryyha said while knelling

"it's good to see you again Pryyha, i trust that the sights and smells of the world have bein treating you well" he said sarcasticaly.

"Really?" she said in a deadpanned tone.

"Hah hah... of course not, compared to your time, there's not much to do in Greace, is there?" Khronos said to her "considering that you don't really talk to anyone in your free time, don't stay in one place for to long, and as of recently, has been staying at Aphodite's place, you deviaus succubus".

Pryyha stumbled back a bit in shock while her face burned bright red "t-that just because she offered me a place to stay from time to time! Really, i just stay there for a few days before heading out again!" she then notices Khronos's huge grin plastered in his face.

"HAHAHAHAHA!, by Zeus i knew that you would react that way, but seeing it in person? Priceless! Hahaha..." Khronos said with a hand in his cheast while recombosing himself, "honestly thoulgh, i'm kinda suprised that you would react that way".

"Hey! For your information, i'm still a girl! And proud of it!" she said with her face still red, "and how do you even know about that fact?"

"God of time and space remember? I see and know everything" he said in a more serious tone, "i also know about your nightmares, or rather, your memories of home"

Pryyha looked down in sadness, of course he would know about it, he's the one who brought her here, or rather, her corpse here.

"I understand that it is painfull to think about the past, but denying it is even worse" he said in a sympathetic tone.

"I know it just... hard to think about a home i will never see again" she said, before recombosing herself to ask, "anyway, it's been some time since whe last say each other, why the sudden call?"

"Straight to the point huh? Okay then." He said as he got up from his throne and went to the window in the room, "i'm sure you know of Kratos's 'new' visions right?"

"Yes, ever since that incident, he's been even more secluded than before" Pryyha said, "what were those visions anyway?"

"Want me to show you?" Khronos said as he waved his staff and a vision appered in front of the mirror (not gonna describe it again).

"O-oh my..." she said with a hand in her mouth, in shock of what she say, while the it has hard to comprehend the rapid-fire visions, one thing was clear, "this is what he goes throlgh all the time?

"Yes, and it is far worse than you think" Khronos said, "anyway, where you able to comprehend anything?

"W-well... all things considered, i did see some sort of temple" she said.

"Yes, a temple, to be more specific, the temple of Posidon" he said, "locaded in, of course, his regent city of Atlantis".

"Okay... so why did you show me this?" Pryyha asked.

"To warn you of course that, by now, Kratos must have realised this by now, and is preparing to head to that temple and demand awnsers" he said, "and to send you his way to help him".

"To help him? What do you mean?" Pryyha asked in confusion, "isn't he just going to find awnsers? Who would want get in his way?"

"The Gods of course" Khronos said blatenly.

"B-but why?" she said in shock.

"Pryyha, i understand that you have many questions, but trust me when i say that, if you go help Kratos, everything will make sence" Khronos said while putting a hand on her shoulder, "more so than you think or wish to believe".

Pryyha was confused, why would the Gods not want Kratos to find awnsers to his visions, and why isn't Khronos willing to say anything more in the matter, what is he hiding from her?

Then again, she remembered her last journey with Kratos and, indead, he needed her help more times than none, and cosidering the leghts that he is willing to go to achieve his goals, she would need to be their to stop him from going to far.

"Alright,i'll go" she said to Khronos, "i just hope that what you said about everything making sence is the truth".

"Believe me Pryyha, him being honest with you" Khronos said wilhe giving her a reasuring smile.

"Now, i know that you have other questions for me, but like i said, Kratos must have realised what the temple has, and is preparing to head out, so you best go before you miss him" Khronos said to her.

"Alright then, i'll be going then" she said as she turned to the exit before Khronos called her.

"Wait, before you go, i have some things to say to you" Khronos said.

"For starters, about the door, believe it or not, i do got other visitors here to my domain, mainly mortals who wish to know their futures, and what awaits them".

"How did-" Pryyha has about to say but then realised, 'God of time and space' and said "never mind, of course you knew".

"Yes, anyway, those who come to see me bring me offerings in exchange for a glimsce of their future, but of course, the Gods don't exactly like it when people come to me and change what was suppose to happen acording the Fates, and bring misfortune to their lives, so as a prevention, whenever someone i don't know comes to see me, the door will remind them of the resolve they will need if they truly wish to see me." Khronos said.

"The reason it happened to you now was because when you came here, you were accompnied by Athena, so there was no reason for the door to say that in front of her".

"Huh... yeah that makes sence" Pryyha said in suprise before she realised, "wait, why would the Gods not like anyone to predict their destiny?"

"It will all make sence soon" he said.

"Another thing, once you are done with Kratos's problem, i will send you my way to speak more, and awnser your other questions".

"Alright then" she said and with a light bow, "take care Khronos" she said as she left the temple.

"Take care Pryyha" he said, and once she left, "may fortune smile apon you".

"You will need it more than you think" Khronos said as looked apon his window to see Kratos roaring in anger as he is engulfed in crimson flames and his eyes go from amber to gold.
