Midoriya grunted as Tsuyu grabbed him, he was a bit surprised by the maneuver but was able to activate Hardening before she kicked him, Hardening was very useful as it further added to his defense, he had a few defensive quirks stored up but the two most used/potent where Cut and Impact Resistance which increased Izuku's resistances to cutting and bludgeoning forces, they didn't grant complete immunity but combined with Hardening it might as well be as the force required to injure him was significantly more than the average person was able to produce without a strength enhancement.

He stood up after being launched away and called his teammates who he noticed looked towards him in worry "No focus on Jiro and Hagakure I'll take care of Tsu" He said focusing back on the frog girl.

"Sorry, Asui you'll find I'm a lot harder to defeat" he joked causing his foe to groan.

"Call me Tsu!" She said before launching herself at him aiming to hit him with a double kick, striking him she jumped away to avoid retaliation.

"Huh," She said confused as Midoriya didn't move an inch despite her attack.

"I'm sorry did you expect to move me like that?" He taunted, "Immovable Object" was a quirk that made him an immovable object so long as he could keep his feet on flat ground, situational but useful in those situations.

Scowling she launched off the ceiling lashing her tongue to her surprise and fear he caught her outstretched limb and using it as leverage slammed her into the ground and pinned her before All Might's voice broke through the speaker.

"VILLAIN TEAM WINS" he exclaimed causing the hero team to slump over saddened by their loss while Aoyama and Sero high-fived each other before nursing the ailments of their mildly overused quirks. Noticing Tsuyu's sadness Midoriya helped her up.

"Hey there's no reason to be upset, your team did your best I just planned around most possible strategies" Midoriya tried to cheer her up but realized how cocky he sounded and quickly began to apologize for being arrogant causing Tsuyu to giggle at the suddenly flustered boy.

"It's no problem kero," she said as they began their way out of the building, Shoji and Kaminari joining their team.

"Your plan was amazing, my team couldn't do much with all those traps you guys put up" Hagakure praised the villain team.

"As much as I want to claim the credit for the idea it was Midoriya here that came up with the ideas, all I did was act as a bodyguard for a bunch of cat photos" Kaminari joked holding up a handful of pictures likely taken from the briefcase they were protecting, like All Might had said the contents of the case were nothing more than generic pictures of cats and other fluffy animals which Hagakure immediately began to fawn over.

"Yeah me, Midoriya and Aoyama were the strike team and Shoji and Kaminari were the defense, they were according to Midoriya would be the best possible duo against Akemi and Tsuyu if they got passed us, the rest of you were no problem to deal with," Sero said thumbing towards the large masked man and the blonde who looked bashful at the mild praise.

"Midoriya planned most of it and even gave us pointers to improve our costumes in the future," Kaminari said holding up the small sketch of an improved costume design this time causing Midoriya to blush.

"Oh, this is pretty good! But when did you have the time to draw this up? We only got our hero costumes today" Hagakure questioned curiously.

"Oh! I like to analyze quirks! It's always been a hobby of mine since I was a kid so I've gotten a lot of experience analyzing quirks and how to improve them in a very time frame I did a lot during the introductions Mr. Aizawa made us do, the rest I finished while we waited for your team to get through our traps" Midoriya blushed bashfully.

"Oh, so does that mean you have information for us to improve? Kero" Tsuyu questioned.

"Oh yeah I guess but be warned others may have more to improve on" He explained.

"Oh you got to show us," Kyoka said excited about improving, her showing in her first Heroics Class had made her wish to improve herself so the next defeat won't be as humiliating.

"Well I can give you the basics tomorrow during homeroom, I still need time to polish the ideas and the like" He assured.

"Alright I'll hold you to that" she grinned and walked off once they arrived at the viewing booth. Kirishima and Mina ran up to their friend.

"You did good Midoriya, your plan worked so well~" Mina congratulated as Kirishima patted him on the back with his praise.

"Alright, class! Before the next Battle Trial I would like to appoint a student as the "MVP" of the current exam so can anyone take a guess who that person is?" The mighty hero said turning to look at the amassed group and saw that most looked confused but a certain horned teen raised her hand.

"Yes young Akemi?" he asked pointing her out.

"Midoriya is the MVP," the Thunder Point user said causing shock in the greenette.

"W w what?" he stuttered.

"Midoriya planned around me and my teammates' weaknesses, he forced us into a small and cramped environment so Jiro and Hagakure couldn't use their quirks, and the sheer number of traps forced Yaomomo to use most of her resources, leaving his team in a far better shape for the final battle, and even then he brought in the long-ranged fighters so I couldn't use my Electric Blasts given its charge up so I would be forced into close combat and given his variety of quirks and skill he would've likely won had I and Yaomomo not been caught by Sero, so that's why I think Midoriya is MVP simply put he had contingencies for most if not my entire team" She explained, the greenette blushed brightly at the praise of the admittedly attractive girl.

"Right! You are correct Young Akemi! Excellent analysis!" All Might praised with his signature smile before clearing his throat.

"Alright Team C will be the hero team and Team D will act as the villains" All Might declared getting the two teams in question's attention and handed off the briefcase to Bakugou's team it was Sato who took the case reluctantly as none of Team D wanted to work with Bakugou if the glares he received from the "Midorisquad" as Mina had called them.

"What are you looking at extras!?" Bakugou demanded but received no answers as the group turned away from him causing him to huff in annoyance and shove his hands in his costume's pockets. "Let's just get going so we can get this over with!" he ordered snatching the briefcase from Sato and walking out of the room his teammates following behind.

Midoriya with a slight blush approached Akemi who was leaning against the wall "H hey Akemi?" he tried to say but was interrupted by Akemi's playful voice.

"I thought I asked you guys to call Kemi~" She playfully teased grinning at the greenette who blushed.

"Oh sorry, Kemi thanks for that praise back there," He said bashfully, he maybe is more confident than he was when he was a kid but still sucked when talking to girls, especially cute ones.

"Oh it's no problem greenie I was simply stating the truth, your planning forced me into the corner and I acted recklessly to win and due to that I was caught and left my team wide open," She said, her voice lacking the usual playfulness.

"T t thanks" He stuttered before he asked "How is your arm? I hope my needles didn't cause too much damage"

"Aww you care about me greenie~" She cooed hugging him, due to their height difference his face ended right in against her breasts which made his blush go atomic, Izuku thought he could hear someone in the distance crying (cough cough the grapeshit cough cough).

Sensing his blush she pulled away "But since you asked, yes my arm is okay Recovery Girl healed it right up but Im a little tired so I might take a nap for the next test" she said as she took a seat against the wall, and closed her eyes quickly falling asleep causing Midoriya to sweatdrop in response *"She's is already asleep"* he thought *"She looks cute"* his eyes widened and he slapped himself.

"Hey Midori wish us luck it's time for us to head out," Mina said called hugging her friend from behind. Snapping him out of his self caused stupor.

"O oh oh good luck Mina, Kirishima, and Ilda I hope you do well against Bakugou he maybe is aggressive but smart and ruthless in battle" Izuku warned.

"No worries Midoriya we will be cautious when fighting this fiend called Bakugou," Ilda said with his signature arm movement before marching out of the room followed quickly by Mina and Kirishima. However, Todoroki lagged behind looking at Midorita but promptly followed behind his team.

Kaminari and Sero approached Izuku "Hey man we were curious about who you think will win this?" Kaminari questioned the greenette.

"Well Kaminari I don't doubt Kirishima and Mina but Bakugou chose his team based on power and Todoroki chose a more mobile and recon-focused team knowing Bakugou would mount a frontal assault and forgo most plans to smash and render his targets unconscious at best," Midoriya thought.

"Sheesh," Sero said shaking his head.

"He sounds tough"

"Yeah, he is," Midoriya said, turning towards the screens, before pulling his notebook… from somewhere causing the duo to question.

"Where did that come from?"*

– Testing Ground –

The heterochromatic young adult looked through the streets Ilda had been sent ahead to scout for any possible locations, the testing tight was only about 10 blocks large for this test so while they had a large area to search but it wasn't like they had to search the entire city. Hearing a certain popping sound he erected a large block of ice blocking an explosion meant for him.

"Your quirk gives you away like a sore thumb," Todoroki said bluntly as the literally explosive blonde snarled.

"I'll show you sore thumb when I get my hands on you, Icy-Hot!" He twirled up and over aiming another blast at Todoroki but was stopped as he was forced to dodge a splash of acid aimed at him.

"Nice try Bakubitch!" Mina cried hands dripping with acid, the taunt caused him to grind his teeth as a vein on his forehead throbbed with his growing anger.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME YOU PINK BITCH!?" he turned his attention to her and fired off another blast that was blocked AGAIN which only infuriated him more as he used his explosions to flip over a hardened fist aimed for him.

"You're outnumbered Bakugou so surrender now before we whip your behind!" Kirishima demanded, clashing his hands together creating a small spark.

"AS IF I WOULD SURRENDER TO YOU GODDAMNED EXTRAS" He roared as he propelled himself toward the trio dodging another wave of ice and acid before flipping over Kirishima's punch and blasting him in the back of the head sending him careening forwards at the suddenly applied force.

"YOU CAN'T EVEN HIT ME WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU WOULD BEAT ME!" He roared, bouncing over another wave of ice. And was about to attack Todoroki but was forced to dodge as Mina fired another spray of acid at him causing him to growl in annoyance he looked dangerously close to bursting a blood vessel.

Meanwhile, Ilda and Koda were busy searching for the briefcase, Koda had commanded a few mice and birds to search the quartered-off area while Ilda raced around at full speed.

"I i ilda I i f f found t t their h hide o out" He heard the anivoice user through the earpiece he had received from All Might.

"Great where is it, Koda?" Ilda questioned stopping his run.

"T t they rre i in t t the post o o office" The shy hero in training stuttered.

"Alright thank you! I will deliver this info to the team Inform me of any major changes" The robotic hero replied and switched to a different channel.

"Come in team, Koda located the briefcase, it's in the postal office! I repeat the briefcase is located in the postal office!" Ilda spoke clearly into his comms.

"Good job Koda!" He heard Mina praise through his earpiece as Shoto's monotone voice "Good, we'll meet up after we've dealt with Bakugou" he heard as explosions could be heard in the background he nodded at the order he turned to begin traveling to the postal office but he had to dodge as he was forced to dodge avoiding a tail that was aimed for his face.

"That was way too close for comfort"* He thought before recovering.

"Give up vile villain before I get rough!" Ilda said mustering up a faux accent to play up his role as a hero though all this did was make Ojiro chuckle. *"He's so serious"*

"You dare chuckle at me, have at thee!" Ilda declared lunging forwards with a mighty kick.

– Observation Booth –

"Really have at thee? Who actually says that?" Questioned Kaminari stifling a chuckle his fellow classmates were just as amused by Ilda's "heroic" voice.

– Battlefield –

Ilda and Ojiro exchanged blows upon blows, and the martial artist's tail met Ilda's leg with dull "thuds" though it was obvious who was winning as Ojiro's skill at fighting was overwhelming armored hero. This was because Ilda was unable to build up speed and his basic kicks weren't enough to tag the tailed "villain", grunting with the effort of the fight Ilda contacted his team.

"Hello, I am in need of assistance! Can anyone aid me?" He questioned, the first to reply was Mina. "Sorry, we're kinda busy with Bakuhoe! Koda, can you assist?" She questioned before her line was cut off by said student yelling "WHAT THE HE…" The line was cut before he could hear the rest of the sentence.

"Mmmm hmmm" Was the silent kid's response making Ilda sigh. "Thank you Koda I shall await your backup!"

After a few more minutes of combat, Ojiro is overcome by a flock of birds forcing him to shield his eyes from the onslaught of pecks and scratches "Hey!" He called out in surprise before recoiling as with the brief reprieve the birds provided Ilda was able to charge up a suitably strong kick and was able to strike Ojiro straight in the face sending him spiraling through the air and impacting a group of trash cans, he didn't get up as he was knocked out.

"O oh sorry! I was aiming for his chest! I misjudged my kick placement!" Ilda chastised himself as his opponent was declared eliminated from the exercise and was placed onto a stretcher by the Medical Bots. *"I shall apologize later"* He thought before thanking Koda over comms he took off towards the postal office.

The battle with Bakugou wasn't as clear cut as despite their efforts they were unable to capture the blonde but they were able to tag him several times, as the face that his hero uniform was badly damaged and he was covered in bruises and cuts and was shivering as his right leg was encased in ice from the knee down, his incessant huffing and puffing from overexertion but his eyes radiated pure anger.

"Man how is he still standing!?" Kaminari questioned incredulously.

"You weren't kidding when you said he was tough," Sero said sweat dropping at the sheer determination Bakugou seemed to possess.

"Yeah…" He trailed as he watched Bakugou grin and lift his right gauntlet both he and All Might thought.

"What is he doing?"*

– Battlefield –

"Give up it's time to surrender!" Kirishima demanded, Bakugou grinned and raised his arm aiming it at the trio.

"You probably already guessed but my Quirk, Explosion, lets me secrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from the sweat glands on the palm of my hand and make it explode" He said pulling back on the hinge of the grenade gauntlet revealing a pin, Todoroki narrowed his eyes.

"If they made this the way I asked, then these gauntlets will store the nitroglycerin inside them, and…" He finished, All Might's eyes widened as Bakugou spoke.

"Young Bakugou, stop! Are you trying to kill them!?" He demanded over the speaker.

"They won't die if they dodge!" He said ripping the pin free and unleashing a massive blast…

Well, there is that chapter, so here are the answers to the questions from the QA.

acosta perez jose romiro: Yes he will I won't say whose or when but he will.

SidRyuu14: He won't be copying their quirks, I also haven't done so cause I was put off of the idea cause someone accused me of plagiarism and I didn't want to be accused anymore on the first decently well received fanfic I've done but don't worry I'll be doing more in the future like the USJ and Sports Festival, He hasn't copied Todoroki's quirk the only quirks he's copied from Class 1-A is Kirishima's and Bakugou's.

3headed-dragon: He might get better later but not for a long while at least, and maybe I haven't considered her being revealed early but when she does appear we will get Dadzu.

Guest: I dunno yet, I don't think it will be a 1-A girl as most of them (Besides Ochako) don't seem like they would catch his eye but maybe he will be paired with someone from 1-B or other classes, or maybe only do OCs I haven't given much thought on who he will be paired with.
