This is a prequel to May's Belated Journey. After her father becomes ill, May has had to pull out of the Ribbon Cup in Johto in order to tend to matters at home. 51. An explanation

Hi everyone,

I'm so sorry to update things like this, but I got sick (with that lovely illness, including some long-term affects though I'm back to my own version of normal now), and I'm in a situation where I can't keep updating my fan fictions. Finances are becoming a bit tight, so I won't have the ability to update my stories as frequently as I would like, especially if I can be dedicating that time to something that may generate additional cash flow.

For now, I'll be focusing my spare time on my official works, which I hope to publish online to generate some extra cash under the name LSS Russell (when I've written and edited them to a standard I am happy with, which is always a problem for me haha).

I'm so sorry to be doing this, but life is becoming more expensive (as I'm sure you all know), and I need to do what I can to bring in more finances. Once things are more steady, I'll let you know.

I will be back, but I can't commit to a concrete schedule for now, and I'm so sorry for anyone who was using my stories to brighten their days. I promise that I am working hard and doing my best so I don't disappoint you in the future, and that I will do my best to finish these fan fictions too.

I will be uploading some of my stories soon, thank you all so much for your support over the years, your kind words and also feedback/criticisms.
