AN: Chaldea is overestimating because they don't have any equipment to correctly measure the Demi-Gods' strength. With the existence of the Gods still around, it interferes with the Servants' senses, so the only thing they can do is to be cautious.
Ch 11 New Additions
"Here I come, Outsiders!" The young Camper rushed forward at Achilles; he swung his Sword at the Servant only for him to step aside. "Hup!"
Achilles used his Spear to deflect his strike and jumps back, The Camper was shocked that he was able to block the attack, "W-What?"
"Now it's my turn!" Achillies rushed forward, twirling his Spear before thrusting his Spear at the young Hero.
The Camper raised his Shield, attempting to block his multiple thrusts, "HAHAHA! You got spunk Kid!" Achillies laughs continuing with his assault. "You easily were able to keep up with me, then again."
The Child of Ares's eyes widen when the Trojan Hero vanished right before his eyes. "W-Where did he-"
Everyone gasped seeing the green-haired Rider appear right behind their fellow Camper. "Sei!" Achillies swung his Sear at his side.
The Camper used his Sword to block the swing, "NGH!" Using all of his strength, he tries to hold his place but ultimately was tossed to the side. He planted his feet on the ground and was able to gain his footing after being tossed.
He looks up at the Hero of Greece, who never felt strength like his before. "Y-You're fast, way fast," The Demi-God gasps, huffing as he tries to catch his breath. "And your strength is on a different level," He commented on the Rider.
"Aw, thanks. It's been a while since I fought like this." Achillies chuckled, already testing the waters between Servants and the Modern Demi-Gods. 'So we were overestimating their capabilities, they're not on par with the Demi-Gods during the Age of Gods.' He sighs now really needs to hold back. He looks at the stands, hearing the many Campers conversing about them.
"Did you see how fast he was? It's like he's riding the wind."
"He's not even using a Shield, just a Spear."
"The way he holds that spear, I never knew you could do that with a Spear."
"Just who is this guy anyway? Is he another Son of Hermes?"
"Maybe he's the Son of Ares from how he fights with the Spear."
Achillies chuckles, hearing the conversation on who Greek God he came from in the stands. He held back the urge to proclaim the names of his family, knowing it'll reveal who he was. His orange eyes soon caught the young Demi-God coming in for another strike.
The Rider of Red causally steps to the side, allowing the opponent to tire himself from the thrust. "Wow, gotta say you got spunk! But that won't do you much!" He twirls his Spear and thrust it once again at the opponent.
"HA!" Like before, the Child of Ares raised his Shield. He blocks the attack and once again thrusts his bronze Sword. Achillies let the Sword touch his armor but didn't pierce it. "W-What? The armor didn't break! H-How is that possible?" He jumps back, unsure of what would happen.
Achillies leaps forward but vanishes again. "But…" The young Hero looked around, searching, and was on guard for the next attack, his sense was screaming that he was everywhere. "W-Where is he? He's like Achillies with his speed-" Soon he raised his Shield, feeling the air from a thrust.
Achillies grins, holding back his strength as he kicks him to the side. "You have a lot to learn to learn come close to me,"
On the stands, both the Chaldean Chiron and Odysseus were observing the fight between their allies and the young Demi-Gods alongside the staff. Both concluded that they overestimated the Modern Demi-Gods, they weren't on par with the Demi-Gods of old.
Chiron looks at his fellow Chaldean, "Rider seems like we misjudge the Camper here." The Archer stated.
"Indeed, Archer." Odysseus crossed his arms, admitting to their mistake. "The Demi-Gods of the Modern Era are weaker than the Demi-Gods of old."
"What do you expect?" Both Chaldeans turned their heads to Dionysus taking out a bottle of wine and a glass. "The Age of Gods ended, and so did our power. When the people stop believing and praying to us, we need to find some other means to anchor ourselves to the World."
The Archer nodded, hearing that from the report when Olympus attacked the Storm Border. "Thus causing you to mate with the Humans," He stated,
"Am I to presume that you all are going to look down at the Camp?" the other Chiron asked the Chaldeans, hoping that wasn't the case.
"I cannot say for all of us, especially when you met Saber for yourselves." Chiron motions to Castor, glaring at the locker room, "But it seems there are many things we need to learn from you all and there are things that you guys might learn from us as well."
Dionysus chuckles, hearing the reasonable answer to the Centaur. "Seems like we're looking at the same window," He poured the wine into the glass he has on hand but turned it into water instead. "Typical," He sighs,
Clarisse thrust her Spear at the Chaldean master, dodging it by a hair. He brought up his Bronze Sword and hit it back.
Ritsuka jumps back, takes out a handful of gems, and aims it at the blonde girl. "Schießen!"
A barrage of gems was hurling at the Demi-God.
Clarisse didn't have time to react, she held up her Shield and defend herself from the onslaught of gems.
"W-What is that?"
"A-Are those gems? They're like bullets without the pistols!"
"That guy is really a Sage,"
Everyone roars, cheering for Ritsuka for showing something that has never been seen before.
The other Chiron was impressed, not only the Magus was showing his strength in combat but also strategizing while in combat.
"That's something you don't see every day." The Centaur stated,
"That's master's Magecraft, something I didn't teach him." The Archer informed his counterpart. "Or in your terms, Sage Arts." Chiron looks at the Living Hero.
Clarisse gritted her teeth, she rushed at Ritsuka, smashing through the barrage with her Shield. "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!"
Ritsuka raised his Sword, letting Clarisse's Spear glide across his blade. He spun around, getting some space between them. "Have to say…" Ritsuka chuckles, holding out his Sword at the Child of Ares. "You're good with that Spear, Clarisse." He smirks at the Demi-God,
The blonde girl turns to face the Magus. "You're not half as bad, for a Sage.' Clarisse admits this but puts that aside due to her pride as the Daughter of the War God. "But praises won't do any good." She spun her Spear before thrusting at the master.
Ritsuka dashed forward, striking Clarisse's Spear with the Sword. He smirks, seeing that she was able to deflect his strike. "For a Modern Demi-God, you're on a level of a Magus…" He said to himself.
"I have no idea what that means, Sage!" Clarisse pushed back Ritsuka,
Ritsuka stumbles back before catching himself on his feet. He looks up, sees the Daughter of the War God leaping from the ground, and was about to impale him with her Spear.
'I don't have time to react, she's smart to attack right away.' The Magus smirks, about to take the blow with an injury that Sion would heal.
"TAKE THIS, SAGE!" Clarisse cried, about to attack when a blur rushed over to Ritsuka. "Huh?"
"Sei!" Achilles swung his Spear at the Demi-God to the side,
Clarisse rolled on the field, taking on a strong swing from the Hero of Troy. She growls, planting his Spear into the ground and glaring up at the Chaldeans. "Hey! There's no interfering with another fight!"
"What happened to your opponent? He should be able to-"
"Take a look for yourself." Achilles motions to the exhausted Camper laying on the dirt ground.
"He was defeated that quickly?"
"Who in the name of Tartus is this guy?"
"Talk about fast and strong."
Clarisse was shocked to see a member of her Cabin was defeated so quickly. She looks back at the Rider, growling under her breath. "How were you able to defeat him so fast?"
The green-haired Servant chuckles, placing his Spear over his shoulders, "I'm known as the fastest Servant in my master's Party. Speed is my specialty, little lady." He winks at the Daughter of Ares.
Ritsuka held back his chuckle, seeing his Servant insult Clarisse. "(R-Rider,)"
"Mmm? What is it, master?" Achilles looks back at the black-haired Magus.
Clarisse rushed forward, Spear at hand to attack the Hero. "I'll make you pay for saying that-"
Suddenly a bell rang causing both parties to look at the stands with the Staff present. "That's enough!" Chiron announced, he looks at the participants looking pleased with the result. "As you can see, Mr. Fujimaru and his fellow Sages are strong. As such I believe it's in the best of our interest to learn more from them."
"Their vast knowledge will be beneficial to learn," The Living Hero explains to the young Campers, urging them to learn from the Chaldeans.
Mr. D stood up, taking the chance to speak. "We will announce something tomorrow regarding our guests." The God of Wine stated, hearing the conversation between the Campers. "As such, expect something along the lines of…special training."
The entire amphitheater erupts with the excitement of learning from the Chaldeans.
Odysseus quickly noted that this Dionysus was quick in his decision-making. He could hear the Campers quickly coming to terms with them being here. "Well, seems like our presence are welcome here, ain't that right Archer?"
"Indeed, it'll be interesting and a nostalgic opportunity to teach again." Chiron chuckles, feeling a small hint of joy from teaching young Heroes again.
Ritsuka steps forward, offering his hand to Clarisse on the ground. "Here, allow-"
"I don't need your help," The blonde girl slaps his hand away, stubbornly getting up from the dirt. She glared at Ritsuka and Achilles, not accepting this as a loss. "You only won this match because your Servant intervene, if he hadn't then I would win."
Behind her, the other Ares Kin got up while holding his arm. Clarisse turned to him and motioned her head to follow her to the Infirmary.
Just before she left, Clarisse look back at the Chaldean master. "Next time, you won't be so lucky." She huffed away, helping her Half-Brother away.
Achilles steps next to his master, holding his Spear on his shoulder. He tilts his head, watching the Demi-Gods leave. "Seems like I pissed her off, master." He sighs, looking at his master. "Sorry,"
"It's fine, Rider. Now we know the capabilities and durabilities of the Demi-Gods here." Ritsuka crosses his arms, watching the two leave.
The next day, after a meeting with his Servants of the Demi-Gods of Camp Half-Blood. They all decided to treat the Demi-Gods as Mages due to their strengths. During the morning the other Chiron came to them, discussing what activities they should be teaching.
After a quick discussion, they were all in agreement with the roles they were going to be playing and who will be teaching. There's a lot they don't know about this World without proper equipment.
The Living Chiron allowed Sion and Odysseus to look into the records they have in Camp to add to their own records with Minerva's help.
However, there was another issue on hand. And that was how much attention and admiration they got from the Campers.
From the moment they passed the other Cabin by the Lake, Ritsuka was bombarded by many Campers who wanted him to teach them how to fight.
Castor manages to scare off the Demi-Gods by yelling. But some pay no mind, at least it's clear for them to make it to the Dining Pavilion.
Ritsuka sat next to Castor, Pollux, and Chiron near the Staff table in wait for this announcement by Mr. D. "These damn weak Demi-Gods, don't they know they're in the way?" Castor growls, despising these lower beings.
"Saber, even if they're Demi-Gods, they're still children. They can be easily influenced by our actions," The Magus explains to the Lostbelt Servant. He smiles at Castor hearing some young female Campers giggling at the table three tables down from theirs. "And it seems that you have some admirers,"
Pollux blinks, turning to the Daughters of Aphrodite sitting at the table. The blonde saw many female Demi-Gods giggling and waving at her Brother. "Lord Brother, seems like the girls over there are taken by your appearance." She smiles, seeing that there are a few people who admire her elder Brother…only if he would return the feelings.
"Heh, Sister don't make me laugh." Castor's cold blue eyes eyed the Daughters of Aphrodite before turning his back on them.
They swoon at the Lostbelt Servant's coldness, making him cool and mysterious.
"It seems when you turned your back, Saber," Chiron smirks, looking back at the Daughter of Aphrodite. "You only made yourself more attractive in their eyes."
Castor merely scoffs, completely ignoring them.
Ritsuka just gave a bright smile at his Servant's stubborn personality. Unknowingly he just charmed the female Campers with his smile. He then turned around, feeling a presence that manage to evade his detection.
A blonde man wearing a simple green shirt, black pants, dress shoes, and sunglasses to cover the two eyes above the nose. The most notable feature about him was the many eyes around his body.
'I've seen him around; he seems that he doesn't speak much.' Ritsuka ponders, seeing this person-er, Greek Giant before him. 'By the looks of him, he must be the Hundred eye Giant, Argus.' He could easily tell who he is.
"Is there something you need?" Ritsuka asked the Giant,
Argus motions his head to the Staff table before walking off.
Ritsuka looks back at his Servants, "Well that was off,"
"I believe Argus is asking you to go to the Staff table." The other Castor walks up to the four Chaldeans with his Twin Brother, "Chiron or Dad must've asked you to join them when they arrived."
Castor frowns upon seeing this World version of himself. He looks away, feeling Pollux nudge his side with her elbow.
"I see, and this person here must be your Twin Brother." Chiron noticed the Twin of their escort to this World. "Pollux, I presume." He stated, noting how similar these two are.
Castor nodded and introduced his Brother to the group. "Yes, that's right. This is Pollux. My Twin Brother and-"
"The Son of Dionysus, nice to meet you Mr. Fujimaru." The Male Pollux greeted the Magus of Chaldea. He turned his attention to Ritsuka, giddy to speak with the person who faced Clarisse. "Your fight with Clarisse was awesome, I didn't expect a Sage to use a Sword as you do. To be honest, I never met Sages in my life; just heard about them."
Castor sighs at his Brother being friendly with the Chaldeans. "My Brother is a skilled fighter too, he's not skilled as the Ares Cabin. But he can keep up like one of them." He commented, supporting his Brother.
Pollux smiles at her Counterpart's skills in combat. "I see, that's impressive to be able to keep up with the Children of Ares." The Lostbelt Servant gave praise.
"Hahaha, that's kind of you…um,"
"Saber, my name's Saber Pollux." The Lostbelt Servant introduced herself to the young boy. She looks over to Castor who was avoiding all contact with their Counterparts. "The one sitting next to me is my elder Twin Brother."
The blonde boy turned to Castor, "Nice to meet you,"
"Mmpf…" Castor ignores his Sister's Counterpart but nods in respect to his Sister.
Soon enough Chiron, Mr. D, and Argus arrived at the Dining Pavilion, "Attention, everyone. If you could quiet down," The Living Hero asked the Campers to lend their undivided attention.
Every young Demi-Gods turned to the Staff, waiting for what the God of Wine and the Centaur Sage had to say.
Mr. D steps forward, being the one to inform the Campers of the announcement. "As per the accounts from yesterday, our guest has shown their strength in facing our strongest in Camp." He looks over to the Chaldean master with his two Sons.
Ritsuka stood up upon seeing Argus signaling him and Chiron to stand.
Many applauded the Chaldean master and his Servants for yesterday's s fight, "Thank you, everyone." Ritsuka waved humbly and accepts their applauses. He walks up to the Staff table, ready to inform the Pavilion of the special activities they're going to host.
Clarise, despite having her Cabinmates join with their fellow Demi-Gods applauding for the Chaldean master. She however didn't, "Tch, he doesn't deserve the praises. That fight wasn't considered a victory, that green-haired Sage got in the way." She mumbles,
"Thank you, Mr. D." Ritsuka turned to the Campers, going with what they went over this morning. "As you heard, my Servants and I will be giving Special training for you all. This is optional so you don't need to be pressured to attend,"
Chiron nodded to his master's statement, "Indeed, I myself shall be one of your instructors." The Archer announced, "Though my name is Archer, your Activities Director had that handled. So I'll be teaching professional hand-to-hand combat along with my student,"
Many found that interesting, though they have basic Unarmed combat. They never have a professional come and teach them more than the basics.
"Rider will be teaching tactics when the time comes for Capture the Flag," Ritsuka announced, happy that the other Chiron introduced the long-time tradition of the camp to them. "We'll be around, assisting wherever we can." He finished, seeing their excited faces.
The Campers found that interesting as well, this year's Camp will be fun.
Water, a vast sea of water was all he can see. Cries of people echo in the distance, upon looking at the horizon, a huge army rushed forward at another army.
An army of old boats, flying objects, and a large structure took the sky.
A young boy with black unruly hair and sea green eyes was in the air, feeling like he was riding something…a horse-no a Pegasus. "W-Where am I?" He asked himself, unsure where he was.
He looks down and saw Monsters and Demi-Gods fighting another army. The other army was comprised of different people, some were pirates, others were Demi-Gods, and he believes to be other Gods. "Am I dreaming?"
He tried to get a closer look at the bottom, but he can't. His body was on the move, not obeying his will. "W-What? I-I can't move, why can't I go down there-"
"Rider!"
The boy looks down, seeing a group of unfamiliar faces calling out to him. "Rider? Are they calling to me?" He looks forward and saw a blue-haired man flying towards him with blades ready to take him down.
"W-Wait, no. I need to get clear of his-" The boy realizes he still can't move, despite putting all his might too. He was about to crash into the flying man and closed his eyes, "NO! GAAAAAAAAAAH!" He screams, expecting a painful feeling, but nothing happens.
The boy opens his eyes, now in a white space. "Now where am I?" He asked himself, confused by this dream.
"Perseus Jackson," A voice called his name. "Demi-God Son of Poseidon and the Human Sally Jackson,"
Percy Jackson turned around upon hearing his name. There stood behind him was a maroon-haired colored man with similar eye color to his. He wore silver Greek armor and wrapped around him was a black cape. In his hand was a Scythe that was oddly familiar.
Percy steps back, unsure who this man was. "W-Who are you?" He asked.
"I'm known as Rider, temporarily holding the title of Grand Rider for someone." Rider spoke to the young thirteen-year-old.
"W-What? A Grand what?" Percy was confused about many things, mainly everything.
Rider looked at him with stern eyes, indicating this was serious. "Listen well, Perceus. You and I are alike, for I shall pass the title of Grand Servant to you until you find the Ruler." He closes his eyes, "Ally with the Chaldeans, find my Scythe, and save your World…"
Suddenly, flames covered the entire area. Percy steps back, seeing a white-haired boy with a Knife standing in front of a large chrome-red UFO with a large tower on the top and five boosters at the bottom.
The boy turns around at him before a bright flash disrupts the dream.
Percy bolted woke up from his dream, sitting up on his bed. "What strange dream," He held his head, unsure what to think about the strange dream he was having.
He laid back down again, rubbing his face. "What's with that strange dream," A picture of the maroon-haired man with sea-green eyes appeared in his mind, "That man..."
The young Demi-God paused for a moment and turned to his window. "Something about that man seems familiar and yet different." Percy said to himself.
A knock interrupts Percy's train of thought and heard his Mother calling him. "Percy, you're going to be late." His Mother called. "You only got a few days of school left!"
"Coming," Percy sighs and got himself out of bed and made his way to the kitchen.
