Sequel to Tuesdays with Padfoot, and Tuesdays with Padfoot: Fourth Year. I would highly recommend reading those first. Harry and Sirius deal with the aftermath of Voldemort's downfall, learn to process their trauma together, and adjust as life goes on. Harry is growing up, Sirius is dating, and though Voldemort is death, a new threat may be lurking.
