This is what happened in my opinion after the film ended. Some of this story is from Brigitta's POV but most of it is from Liesl's.

The Sound of Music is my favorite film of all time, and I decided to write a story about the wedding night of Maria and Georg. How intimidating it must have been for Maria initially, a prior nun-to-be, but overall it must have been a night of genuine love and passion. Enjoy! Reviews greatly appreciated!

Georg von Trapp was a happy man. An observer might have thought otherwise - not that anyone could observe, or probably even imagine, what was happening behind the doors of the honeymoon suite.

It was built with love, and nearly destroyed by grief. Its walls concealed tender memories, wicked secrets, and fierce desire. In this hidden place, two lost souls, each in some way hiding from the truth, learned about loss, love and redemption.

A storm comes through, and the lights go out. Passions are ignited.

The von Trapps might've made it look easy to win a singing contest, evade Nazis, hide in a convent, flee your homeland, and climb mountains – but it wasn't.

What if Elsa decided she too was against the Nazis. This is set after the Von Traps fled. She is involved with resistance activities with the Gronyitz family (Lisa nee Douglas, Green Acres) and Baroness Marlene from Wake Me When the War is Over. It's a crossover , was originally TSOM. First few chapters not historically accurate, seems more post Vatican 2. Before I knew better.

Maria and Captain von Trapp find themselves in a bit of a tight squeeze, the temperature's rising, and there's no relief in sight. One-shot. Please R&R!
