Full Summery on first chapter. This is a story where Harry and Ron abandon Hermione after the war. Hermione suffering and struggling to heal after the death of her parents gets help and perhaps love in the unlikeliest of places.

Hermione has been experimenting with muggle dating websites with disastrous results so far. When she is stood up at a cocktail bar one Friday evening a chance encounter with none other than Narcissa Black ends her dry spell.

"I know about Lily." said the girl. "That you loved her." Severus froze mid-footfall. "She's my mum." her chin lifted, her eyes clear. "She wrote me that letter to tell me about you. After the war Hermione goes back to Hogwarts to finish her education but an accident with McGonagall's Time Turner sees her sent back to 1969. The people that she meets and the relationships that she builds make her believe that maybe fate does have a plan for us all.
