The Dance
One beautiful Sunday afternoon, Scooby and the gang(were all grown up)and were seeing people. Shaggy was seeing a girl named Lily. Velma was seeing one of her friends from the Science club. Fred and Daphne wern't seeing anybody. They each new they could get someone, but the wanted to save themselves for someone special.
'Huh,' thought Fred, 'If only I could tell my one true love Daph how I feel.'
'Ohhh,' thought Daphne, 'It's almost the Valentine Dance. I want to ask Freddy out, but what if he hates me?'
As they walked to their college, they each thought about their fantasies of romance.
"Uh, Daphne, uh, I was wondering, uh, maybe if you wern't doing anything next Friday, well, uh, maybe you could go to the dance," asked Fred.
"OH, ofcourse!!" said Daphne. They were so happy that they go to go out on a date.

"Well, Daphne you look FANTASTIC!!" said Fred.
Daphne blushed. She was wearing a blue tank top and a blue mini skirt.
"You don't look so bad yourself," said Daphne.
As they were heading toward the dance, they chatted about the latest gossip.
When they arrived, Fred immideitly asked Daphne to dance. Daphne accepted and the two headed toward the dance floor. A favorite song of their's (Misty's song, from Pokemon) played. During the song, announcments were made about the king and queen. One of Daphne's rivals, Stacey, was dancing with her boyfriend Ed.
"We're going to win Blake," said Stacey.
"Not a chance Stacey, we're going to win," said Fred.
Daphne was amazed that Fred stood up for her. She knew he cared about her, but, in this way!?!
As the song ended, Mr. Teluna, the principal, came on to the stage.
"We'll announce the king and queen in three minutes. Enjoy your stay and dance the night away. Hey, that rymes!!" he saud.
'Ohh,' thought Daphne, 'Queen, with Fred as my king. How romantic!!'
'Hmmm,' thought Fred, 'It would be so cool if my and Daphne were king and queen.'
Another one of their favorite songs played( Upside Down, by A Teens).
"I think this songs groovy," said Daphne.
"I know, I like the words," said Fred, "They're something I relate too."
"Me too," said Daphne.
As the song ended, Mr. Teluna came on the stage again.
"OK, the king and queen is.......Daphne Blake and Fred Jone," said the principal.
Daphne managed to laugh at Stacey and Ed.
"The king and queen will now dance the starlight dance," said the principal.
Another song played(I Love You, by Donna Lewis)and they danced.
"Fred," said Daphne, "I want to tell you."
"What is it?" asked Fred.
"Well, I...I..l...l...I...," stuttered Daphne.
"Yessssss," said Fred.
"Fred Jones, I love and no matter what I always will."
"Oh, Daphne, I love you too," admitted Fred.
They both kissed passionetley under the moon and beneath the stars.
