Okay, I don't own the Animorphs. I just want to borrow them for a while. This is from the
POV of a Yeerk in the peace movemeent.
The Yeerk
They just don't understand. The Andilites I mean. Okay so we do take the bodies of other species,
but we just want to live, to see like the Andilites. Many of us wish there were another way.
Do you think we enjoy living with someone who hates us and wants us dead, not a chance.
Many of the scientist on our homeworld are working on way to make bodies that we can control
so that other species can live and be happy. We don't want to have control over humans, Hork
Bajair, or those vile Taxxons. (Who would?) We feel bad for the races we have enslaved, some of
us do anyway. The vile Visser One doesn't, he loves to taunt his host giving him control of one
eye, just to see what he will do with it. Why does he torture the Andilite so??? My host, a young
boy around the age of 12, was a non-voulntary controller, I had to break him of his will.
Do you know what that does to a Yeerk in my position? I cried with him the time I took his mother
and father to the pool. I cried with him the times his friends were forced under the sludgey
water of the Pool. Why must we do this. I would rather live in a pool for the rest of my life
than live in this boys head.We now have an agreement, I give im complete control of himself.
I would like ot leave him forever, but if I did some other yeerk would take over him. I can't
wait till the day the Andilites come. But will they spare the lives of any of the Yeerks? I hope
not, I want to burn by a Shreder for what I have done to this poor kid and his family.
