Love Confession
(Disclaimer, I don't own Gundam Wing. This short is sort of romantic but it also has comedy in it
and some mild cursing. Note: It was about 8 am when I wrote this and I was hyper ^_^)
Heero and Relena sat on a hill together watching boaters in the giant lake at the bottom.
It was a beautiful spring day with birds chirping and flowers blooming.
Relena leaned back against Heero's legs. He wrapped his arms around her and held her there.
She loved being close to Heero, in fact, she loved Heero. But how could she tell him? She had a
feeling that he loved her too but why couldn't they tell eachother? Relena had almost loved Heero
when she saw him lying on that beach. Telling him wouldn't hurt, the moment had to be right, and
being held in his arms seemed like the perfect moment...
"Heero."
"What?"
"I... love... this day it's so wonderful."
"Yes, it is."
Relena pressed her lips together, dammit, she chickened out. It's only three words, words
that she had said before, just not together in one sentence.
Heero pulled Relena closer to him. He had hated her when they met but he eventually grew
fond of her. He had to tell her how he felt but the words would never come out. ::Chicken shit,
chicken shit:: the words chanted in his head. ::Just say it dumbass, it's obvious that she loves
you."
"Relena, I..."
"Yes, Heero?"
"I really love... those shoes, I mean-" Heero smacked his forehead.
Relena pulled away from Heero and turned to him. "Heero, we're both trying to say it but
it's obvious that we're too scared."
"You're right, do you love me?"
Relena smiled, "Of course, and do you love me?"
"Yes, I have for a while."
Relena pulled herself closer to Heero and kissed him... and yada yada you know the rest!
They kiss passionatly and stay in love forever then get married and live happily ever after!
