I wrote a book report for the book, Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. One of the questions was to write a poem about the book. I ended up writing this. It's okay. I also wrote a short story for it, but it's a lot of dialogue, and doesn't follow at all what really happened. I don't think I'm going to put that up ;x
DOESN'T MATTER
I never asked to hurt
I never asked to fight
I never asked to love
I never asked to kill
I live in the darkness you gave me
I fight the battles you give me
I lead the army you want me to lead
I never asked to hurt my enemies
I never asked to fight my teammates
I never asked to love Valentine
I never asked to kill a race
Though I never wanted to, I still do
I am your sympathetic killing machine
Because you asked me to
