A Time Of Change-Part 1
Kiyone waved goodbye to everyone as she picked up her duffle bag.
"I'll be back soon!" She said as she hopped into the cab.
"Please....god, let her come back safely." Mihoshi said as she walked into the living room.
Tenchi and Sasami continued their game of chess while washu was busy working on a computer program.
"Ayeka, do you think things'll settle down now that Kiyone is gone?" Mihoshi asked.
"With Ryoko still here, it'll be the same as usual." Ayeka replied with a smurk.
"Hey, I heard that!" Ryoko said. Mihoshi plopped down on the couch letting out a long sigh.
"Hey, Mihoshi, whats the matter?" Sasami asked.
"Oh nothing Sasami, I guess I miss Kiyone." She replied.
"Oh cheer up, you still have the rest of us!" Washu replied.
"I guess you're right!" Mihoshi said with a giant smile.
*Space Police Academy*
"Ahh...feels great to be back here!" Kiyone said as she spun around in her chair.
"Ahem...." An officer started.
"Oops..sorry." Kiyone said as her cheeks brightened.
"Miss Kiyone, while you were gone, we discovered a new gang of galactic thieves." He continued.
"Ok, just give me the basics and I'll be back in action!" Kiyone replied with a big grin. Her phone starts ringging. "Oh, hold on a second officer." She picks it up. "Hello?"
"Kiyone?" Mihoshi asked.
"Mihoshi?!" Kiyone replied with shock. "I'm at work!!!"
"I know....but I'm really bored here and I was wondering if I could spend the day putting and pulling records ont theives and criminals." Mihoshi said.
"Mihoshi, its my first day back on the job!" Kiyone said nearly losing her tolerance.
"Oh, ok, I see." Mihoshi replied sadly.
"Sorry about that!" Kiyone said as she hung up the phone.
"Anyway ma'am, we need three teams to scout out sector743 alpha Q62." The officer said as he handed Kiyone a sheet.
"Ok, I'll have the teams by Friday." Kiyone said. "You can go now officer."
"Yes ma'am." The officer replied as he walked out.
Kiyone sat in her chair.
"Now this is what I call a good life!" Kiyone said as she stretched in her chair.
*At the temple*
"Ok...now if I take this block the tower won't fall" Mihoshi said. She pulls a jenga block out and the tower falls. "This would be more fun if Kiyone was here." The phone rings. "I got it!" Mihoshi said as she dashed towards the phone. "Hello?" She answered. "Oh, ok bye bye then." she sadly replied.
"Who was on the phone?" Washu asked.
"It was Kiyone, she's gonna sleep at the station tonight." She sadly replied. "I'm gonna go to bed now, so I guess I'll see you tomorrow Washu." Mihoshi said as she slowly walked up the steps.
"I'm worried about Mihoshi" Washu said to Ryoko
"Me too..." Ryoko Replied.
