A clown has stolen my heart
Refusing to give it back.
I watch as he performs
And places it next to his heart.

Watching him I can see
My heart has done him some good.
He smiles at me and laughs
Oh what a happy clown to see!

But I can not last long
Without a heart to feel with.
He holds me in his arms
Gently he gives me his heart song.

A clown has stolen my heart
And learned what love feels like.

And has given me his strong heart.
