Lost Secrets
Disclaimer : These are not my characters. They belong to J.K. Rowling, and I love her for creating them.
Neville wakes up and looks at his alarm clock. 12:30. He throws his legs over the bed and pulls on a robe. He looks at himself in the mirror. He has grown taller an a little less fat, but he's still the pudgy little "boy" that he's always been.
Neville continues out of the seventh year dorm and out of the portrait hole. He walks quickly through the halls and out the great doors.
Neville walks out into the warm air. A moist wind blows across his troubled face and ruffles his hair, which is desperately in need of a haircut. Neville walks to the lake an sits down on the large rock that he and Percy have hidden behind many times before.

Percy tosses and turns in his bed. Finally, he opens his tired eyes and glances at the clock. 1:00. he pushes the sheets off the bed and climbs out. He throws on a robe and quietly exits the room. He makes sure that he is very quiet, for he is sharing the room with Bill and Charlie.
Percy takes the stairs two at a time and jumps down the last five. He lands on the floor like a cat, and is face to face with Mrs. Norris. Percy shudders, but just raises his visitor's pass to the cat, and the cat lets him pass.
Percy runs out the slightly open front doors, trying to escape Mrs. Norris. She still gives Percy the creeps. Percy runs down the hill, his bare feet touching the dew-covered grass for the first time in years. He runs right to the lake and only stops when he hears a familiar voice.
"Perce, that old cat still bother you?" Asks a voice filled with amusement.
Percy turns, knowing who it is. Only one person calls him "Perce" in that sweet voice that he does. Percy turns to face Neville, his love.
Percy scowls. "Neville, what are you doing out here? Graduation's tomorrow, you need your rest."
Neville smiles. "But, my love, that's why I'm out here. I couldn't sleep."
Percy's eyes soften, and he looks into the younger boy's eyes. He sees there sadness, joy, and plain fear all mixed up together. Percy goes to him, and wraps him in his arms.
"I know, Love," Percy says, trying to comfort Neville, expecting the tears to fall. But, they never do.
"I can't believe I'm leaving this place. It's been my home, all at one time being my savior and my destroyer. And then again I'm glad I'm leaving it. It means that I get to go live with you, and we get to fulfill our dreams."
Percy looks at the determined look in Neville's eyes, and nods. "I don't know how people will react tomorrow, when they find out about us, but it doesn't matter. I love you, Neville, and nothing will change that."
Neville smiles as Percy spreads his legs on the rock and pulls Neville into his lap. He runs his fingers through Neville's hair, making Neville giggle.
"You need a haircut," Percy tells him disapprovingly.
"I know," Neville says, taking Percy's hand and landing light kisses on the palm.
Percy grins. Neville always knows where Percy's sweet parts are at certain moment. Percy leans down and kisses Neville's neck. Neville shivers with the thrill of feeling his love's lips on his skin.
Percy smiles and starts to undue Neville's robe. But, Neville reaches down and pulls Percy's hands away.
"Just hold me, Perce. When I graduate, we'll have plenty of time to do all that. Lets spend the last night of our wonderful secret just doing the thing's that young lovers do."
Percy takes his hands and places them around Neville's waist, holding him tight to him. He smiles into Neville's hair, content to spent their last night in secret just sitting in the love that surrounds them.
