Disclaimer: I do not own pokémon. I probably never will.
I never thought I would ever see a legendary bird. Boy was I wrong. Who knows how long I was on that mountain. My supplies had just about run out. I'm not sure how I found that cave in the blizzard. Thank god I did. I decided to set up camp in there. It should have been warmer being out of the wind, where I went inside the wind just turned so that it blew right into the tunnel. I had to use my tent like a door to stop the wind. With that done I decided to take a better look at the cave. I took out my flashlight and started walking deeper into the cave. I usually only carry five pokémon with me on my journeys, this one was no exception. I brought along pidgeot, venusaur, jolteon, dragonite, and hitmonchan. Yes I know I should have used pidgeot to fly back, but in a blizzard? Same problem with dragonite. The reason I'm on this mountain is to try and find this bird that has been following me since I started my journey. The thing keeps popping up in the weirdest places. Don't ask me what it is. I'm clueless. All I know is that it looks golden one minute and rainbow the next. Very confusing. Very annoying. As I went deeper into the cave I found it easier to see. There was some weird light source coming from everywhere and nowhere at the same time. It was comforting yet unnerving to me. The strangest part was all of the pictures on the walls. Pictures of humans living in the wild. Hunting other creatures. I definitely didn't like this place. Then from deep within the cave I heard a long sad cry, like that of a wounded pokémon. I slowly set off towards the sound to see what it was. I made my way into a huge chamber filled with snow. In the middle of a nest shaped pile of snow was a large blue bird with a three part crest. Articuno. My first reaction was to try to capture it but I saw it had a hurt wing. If I didn't help it now it might never be able to fly again. The first thing I had to do was to get close enough to see what happened to it. That part was easier than I thought it would be. When I tried to move it looked right at me then at its wing as if asking me to help. When I got close enough to get a goo look at the wing I was surprised to find it was only dislocated. I told it that it would hurt for a minute and that I would fix it wing. It seemed to understand. As soon as I heard the click I was thrown back from its wing coming down. It seamed sorry about that, I know it didn't mean it. As soon as it calmed down some I asked it if it would like to come along with me on my journeys. It agreed. From then on I never had to worry about getting off mountains. Even in a blizzard.
Well what do you think? My second fic. Review please. Flames will help me get rid of the frostbite I got while writing this.
