She gave him a nod of acknowledgment before approaching him. "What are you doing here so late?" she asked. "No one ever works out at two in the morning."
"You're here," he pointed out.
"I'm everywhere," she replied, striding past him with an air that no one else he knew had.
Andrew was speechless; he always was when she did that. Em was different than the others. She wasn't fake, ever. She never hid what she felt and she expressed everything that came to mind, even if it sounded odd. God, she made his head spin.
I got my head but my head is unraveling,
Can't keep control, can't keep track of where it's traveling.
I got my heart, but my heart's no good,
You're the only one that's understood.
Andrew continued his workout until Em beckoned to him from across the room. "What's up?" he asked, walking towards her
"Spar with me," she said. It came as more of a command than a request. He shrugged and took a fighting stance opposite the blonde woman.
Em's limbs lashed out and as much as Andrew blocked the kicks and jabs, he eventually got nailed a few times. A final boot to the stomach knocked the wind out of him. Andrew bent over to catch his breath.
Em lowered her arms and smiled slyly. "Had enough?"
"No more," he grumbled.
I come along but I don't know where you're taking me,
I shouldn't go but you're wrenching, dragging, shaking me.
Turn off the sun; pull the stars from the sky
The more I give to you, the more I die.
Em bent down to Andrew's level so they were face to face. He smiled at her content expression. "You think I'm different," she stated.
He raised an eyebrow. Could she read his mind now? "I do," he replied. "I like the differences."
"I know." She stood.
He also stood, not letting his eyes leave her's. Then he kissed her roughly, pulling her closer to him.
And I want you.

Trish wrapped her arm around Andrew's waist. "Are you all right?" she purred.
He shook his head, clearing his mind of what had just happened. What a match. Not only had he gotten a Twist of Fate from Matt Hardy, but some top rope jump from his valet. Ow. He looked at Trish and she moved so her cleavage was strategically shoved in his face. "I can make you feel better," she told him.
He thought about it. He'd kissed Emily the other night, but she hadn't said anything to him since. Here was Trish, one of the most attractive women, someone who the guys were all dying to get with.
Then he saw Em leaning against a wall, watching him casually. Her eyes pierced his mind and he suddenly didn't feel so dazed anymore. He removed Trish's arm from around him and moved to stand in front of Em.
She stared at him before smirking and taking his hand. She kissed his fingertips and led him away from everything.
Andrew felt better than he had in awhile. He was glad he found Em, or that she found him.
You make me hard when I'm all soft inside,
I see the truth when I'm all stupid-eyed.
The arrow goes straight through my heart,
Without you everything just falls apart.
My blood just wants to say hello to you,
My fears want to get inside of you.
My soul is so afraid to realize,
How very little good is left of me.
And I want you
You are the perfect drug.
