Aeris and Tifa were the best of friends, all through adventuring days
Both happy to be with Cloud while searching around the Ancients maze
After Cloud got a materia, that I needed dearly
I stared at them as they stared at him, thinking desperately
Then it ran clearly in my head that Cloud was getting abused
Two women going after him must be an emotional bruise
Then I finally got the nerve to decide to kill one those two
But it was too crowded to cause a commotion, there would be a perfect time soon
Right away Aeris came to pray for Holy in an old Cetra city
Cloud followed soon after with no smiles or laughter and I did not feel any pity
