A/N:
Wow! I have no comments on this poem! (You ask: Then why did you even bother with the author's note in the first place?) My answer: Because I just ate six Oreos and I'm on a sugar high! (No, not really) actually, because I just - hmm, I'm thinking. My dendrites are - ooh never mind. On with the story! (Sorry, poem.)
Disclaimer:
Wait - first a disclaimer. Don't own anything in relation to Harry Potter. The title of the poem came from James Whitcomb Riley's "Little Orphant Annie." Great poem. You should read it sometime. Well ANYWAYS!

~*~The Goblins Will Get You If You Don't Watch Out~*~
Into the night I run, not free
Not free, I run, but secretly
I'm on a mission to steal gold
From the safest place to keep it hold
The building I enter, tall and white
That glistens in the moony light
I sneak on in and through the door
And run across the marble floor
Through another door and down the hall
Suddenly I slip and fall
I look at my leg to check my hurt
The wall has turned from stone to dirt
Down the narrow passage I run
I'd take the carts, cause they're great fun
But I'm not hear to enjoy myself
I'm here to paw the greatest wealth
Farther, farther down I go
Closer to the vault, I grow
There it is, a few feet away
In there I will get my pay
Then icy hands grip the back of my neck
With my left hand, I aim a deck
But the goblin's hands are strong and tough
With a goblin, you should never play rough
Here I am in Azkaban
I know I'm not an innocent man
I'm definitely more than a little mad
For tried to rob Gringotts, I had
Never rob Gringotts; take the other route
For the Goblins Will Get You
If You Don't Watch Out!
