Part One: Life of an Angel Chapter 1: All Is Calm
Jen awoke to the aroma of her favorite food being cooked downstairs; Bacon! She made her way downstairs, and quickly gulped down five peices, and went off into the woods. She leapt and ran and jumped until she coudln't make since of it anymore; It just couldn't have been true. She had been an angel, and then they sent her back. But why? Hadn't she been good enough for them? She pondered this a moment, then in frustration she jumped, landing on a stump of a tree. She sighed in frustration.
"Why can't I ever get this right?" she growled, and taking the best leap ever, she jumped and for a few moments, she was airborne. But then, like always, she fell back down to earth.
"Jen, Sometimes I wonder about you." A firmilier male voice said. Jen ignored him at first, but then snapped around to face him.
"Do you have a problem?" Jen snapped.
"No. I was just wondering, Isn't the female side of things more soft and not so violent and aggressive?" Tenchi laughed.
"Want to make something of it? Are you saying I'm not feminine enough or something?" Jen growled, showing her white teeth.
"No, that's not what I'm saying."
"Then what are you saying?"
"I'm just saying that sometimes you can be so wild, I just think thats kind of odd for a girl."
"Tenchi, You're calling me wild? Go have a good look at Ryoko, That's my definition of wild."
"Okay, whatever you say, Jen."
Jen sighed. No matter how much she said she hated him, deep down she loved him dearly. She always had... She sighed. This was harder than she thought. It was hard for her to try to keep up with the time and her inner thoughts. "Humans make no sense," She thought.
