You Get All Kinds Part 2
It's been late in coming, but I am continuing this story.
Thanks to all who've reviewed it!
Now that's strange, what could those
people possibly want here? It seems like they have swords, shields, and
other types of equipment. I don't like this one bit, that Link kid scared
off one of my regulars, a fellow named Sakon. Low on brains, but he was
a decently dependable fence. Oh, I haven't introduced myself have I? I
am Edward Whorsk, I have run the Curiosity Shop for a long time. Anyways,
these fellows remind me of Link somehow. Wouldn't be surprised at all if
he showed up sometime soon.
Business has been quite lacking for
some time now. I haven't sold anything but cheap stuff for months. That
Sakon fellow at least brought me some interesting stuff. Link flushed him
out of his hiding place, and the soldiers picked him up. Anyways, the leader
of the people is approaching me. He opens his mouth to speak, asks me whether
I sell submarines!?!?! I told him I would have to see what I could come
up with, could he possibly come back tomorrow?
They paid me top dollar! Old as I
am, I rode with them to the ocean and scrounged up some decent marine vehichles.
It's just strange to me, what could they possibly want? The last strange
thing was that when one of their cloaks slipped, it seemed to me that their
hair was made of metal. But, I can attribute that to it being late and
my eyesight going bad. Anyways, with this money, if I sell the shop I might
finally be able to retire. Whatever those people want with submarines is
none of my business.
