Jam's Memories Return
Once upon a time, in the city of Snow Town, there lived the Snowboard
Kids, Slash, Nancy, Jam, Linda, Serena, Wendy, Jeanette, and Brittany.
They always liked to snowboard anywhere they could find. One day,
however, Jam was not in a mood to snowboard. His sister, Brittany, was
worried about her big brother and why was he feeling that way. The rest
of the Snowboard Kids also wondered why he wasn't happy. When they left
the house, Jam came out of his room, put on some clothes, and went on
his way. He was thinking of someone. Someone that he had lost when he
was still a baby. He was in deep thought of this person. ' Today's the
anniversity.' Jam said to himself. Then Brittany saw him. " What's
wrong, Jam? You could tell me." she said. Jam looked at her and sighed.
" Brittany, come with me. I really need to talk to you." he said. His
sister followed him to a bench. Both of them sat down. " Well?" said
Brittany. Jam looked up at the sky. He said, " Brittany, you see, when
I was born, I wasn't the only one born, I was attached by the stomach
by my twin sister. That explains the scar that I have on my stomach.
Our parents were happy, then they named us. My name was Jam Kuehenmund,
and my twin sister's name was Crystal. Then something terrible happened
to Crystal and me. Crystal developed AIDS and I was sick with pnumonia.
Our parents had no choice but to have surgery on us to separate the
two of us, even if it meant causing the death of one of us. We had the
surgery done, a few days later, I was getting better, but Crystal took
a turn for the worse. She ended up dying. I was too little to know it,
but 5 years later, they told me about Crystal, the surgery, and her
untimely death. I was completely destroyed, my heart shattered into a
thousand pieces. That's why I'm not happy today. I'm never happy on
this day, and now you know why, Brittany." He then started to cry.
Brittany comforted her brother. " There, there, Jam. Your sister is not
gone forever. She watches over you. She's your guardian angel, and she
will always be with you for the rest of your life." she said, hugging
her brother. Jam looked up at her. " Is that true?" he said. " Yes, it
is. I lost one of my sisters when I was 3 years old. She died in a car
accident, along with my parents." Brittany said. " That must been awful
to lose both your sister and your parents." said Jam. " It was, but I
heard a phase saying that you will always have a guardian angel with
you, like I have my sister and parents watching over me, and you have
Crystal watching over you. Everyone has a guardian angel watching over
them, and that includes us." explained Brittany. Jam hugged his little
sister. " Thanks for telling me." said Jam. A star popped out in the
sky. " Look, Jam, a star. A star represents a person that had passed
into the second life, or has passed away." said Brittany. " That's
probably Crystal's star." said Jam. " That's right, the other stars
represent other deceased people that had passed away in the years
before we were born." explained Brittany. " Still, I feel sad when I
think of Crystal." said Jam. " One day, you, me, Mom, Dad, and Crystal
will be reunited as one whole family once again. Does that make you
feel a little better?" said Brittany, smiling at her brother. " A
little." said Jam, looking at his sister. The sky filled with stars as
the two Kuehnemund children looked at the sky. The other Snowboard Kids
heard the whole thing and were crying. " That's so sad!" said Linda,
pulling another tissue and blew her nose. " Waaaaaah!" cried Slash, who
was pouring his tears out. Jam and Brittany just shook their heads.
" When will they ever learn?" they said together.
