Our journey together
Became our proving ground.

Defeating prejudice,
Losing naivete,
Overcoming sorrow -
Finding the will to live.

Qu and bounty hunter,
Princess and summoner,
Dragon knight, Mist-born mage,
Royal knight and sneakthief.

The eight of us battled
Immense odds against us -
Standing together, we
Saved all life on Gaia.

Disaster befell us,
But we did not falter -
We kept fighting, trying,
We never surrender'd.

Now, I must leave you all,
My brother lies dying -
I cannot leave him there
To pass over alone.

We shall meet, I promise
I shall return to you.
My love, singing our song -

That victory, to me,
