Disclaimer: Rashel does not belong to me, neither does the Night World concept
A/N: This is a pre-Chosen poem, from the point of view of one of Rashel's victims. I have no clue if this has been done before, if you have, I'm sorry, I'm not trying to copy anyone.

Darkness Falls
***********
A figure is huddled before me.
terrified,
shaking,
my presence the source of his anxiety.
I love being in this position,
of power,
and security,
knowing I am about to bring down a kill.
A soft noise behind me
causes me to whirl around,
fangs in show,
angry my meal is interupted.
Blazing green eyes greet me,
as well as a sharp pain,
as I find myself thrown to the ground.
the green eyes look down on me,
in contempt,
smiling,
as a single phrase is uttered.
"This kitten has claws,"
she whispered,
and a wooden sword's graceful blade
is embedded in my flesh,
impaling my heart,
releasing my blood,
and
darkness
falls.
