After casting her poison spell on Reno, Tifa wiped her brow and looked at Cloud. He looked back and mouthed "We'll make it!" to her. He was also starting to break out in a sweat . Aeris cast her weakest fire spell on Rude, and for a moment it looked as if the damned Turks were starting to give up.
"Hey Aeris, nice work, nice work! Now maybe we can get at 'em!" Cloud smiled in Aeris's direction as Tifa scowled in her direction.
"Thanks, Cloud!" Aeris beamed at Cloud but his attention was elsewhere. Rude and Reno hadn't just slowed down, they had stopped altogether.
"Looks like we'll have to finish this later..." Reno grinned. He jogged out of sight with Rude right behind him.
"They're a bunch of PUSSIES!!!" Tifa yelled after them in disbeleif.
"Ah, whatever, we'll have to deal with them later...." Cloud said as he shrugged and headed north to Gongaga Town.
Aeris and Tifa, left alone, looked at eachother.
"It was my fire spell that made them give up!" Aeris sneered. Tifa looked up in indifference as Aeris flitted away snootily. She watched her approach Cloud and start to flirt like a maniac. She was on him like stink on shit!
"That damned girl is playing with fire...." Tifa thought to herself. "This is gonna be a long trip......".
