Miles is a vet and one of his clients comes in with an unusual patient for him after hitting the creature while drunk driving. The creature is a large robot cat, about the size of a cougar. He doesn't know it, but this is Ravage. A Ravage who has been separated from Soundwave and with little else to do decides he might as well stay with the human who fixed his leg.

Megatron is tired of the Autobots winning and believes Jamie is the secret of their success. He gets enough information to find a way to kill her. He discovers her weaknesses and how if she dies, the Autobots will fall apart. Will she pull through his attack without long-lasting mental wounds? All the Autobots can do is take this one day at a time.
