Fear the darkness, embrace the shadows.

The stares of once caring friends
The words of cruel strangers
A world of hate I wanted no part of
But I am bound to until forever
The thrill of new found power
The fear of new found loneliness
I look for a shining light to guide me
And never see anything but dark
The tears drip slowly to the floor
The sadness overwhelms my mind
I want nothing more than to be loved
But no one will even speak to me
The emotions have died over time
The cold eyes are met with my own
Sometimes I just look at the heavens
And curse, for they made me like them
