John Phoenix was in court with his co-counsel Uncle Phoenix facing off against Prosecutor John Prosecutor in court to defend his client!
"I-" Phoenix raised his voice.
But then John Phoenix slapped him!
"Be quiet Uncle! Do you realize you were about to speak out of turn! BE QUIET!"
Uncle Phoenix started crying but his nephew didn't care. His nephew resumed cross examining Dylan Fitchar.
"Now then Dylan. You said you didn't murder the old man, didn't you?"
"Yes," said Dylan.
"GOTCHA!" shouted John Phoenix. The reason? He noticed there was a bead of sweat rolling down Dylan's face. That suggested to him that Dylan was lying. This is something Uncle Phoenix would never be able to notice, and thus his questioning would have led everyone down the wrong track.
"I noticed it too John Phoenix," said Apollo.
"Yes, but what I'm sure you didn't notice is where that sweat ended up," said John Phoenix. "Observe," he said, and they did.
The sweat rolled down Dylan's face and fell and John Phoenix's eyes followed it as it fell down Dylan's body and landed on something next to his pocket. There was in fact something sticking out his pocket... and it was a bloody knife!
"Explain why you have the murder weapon Dylan?" said John Phoenix.
"NO!" said Dylan which was him refusing not giving up. But the bailiff restrained him and took it by force!
They did a murder weapon test on the knife and determined it was the knife that killed the woman.
Dylan Fitchar ran away! And it's all thanks to John Phoenix's eagle eyes.
And that is why it's important to be John Phoenix.
