The crush and the crushed
Lizzie walked down the halls of her school for the last time as she looked at so many familiar faces her face became green with envy when she set her blue eyes on Kate Saunders her used to be best friend but now was worst enemy she walked over to her cold metal locker and opened the latch as her two best friends David Gordon (Gordo) and Miranda Sanchez walked over with gloomy looks on there face this would be the last time they would see each other for good Lizzie would be moving to Vermont this summer and not coming back. Gordo was on the brink of screaming he had always had a crush on Lizzie and never had the guts to tell her but now there was no more time she would be leaving and when she left Gordo's hopes would walk out of his life he never thought Lizzie had felt the same about him even though Miranda hinted him here and there. He had planned on telling her yesterday but at the second he was about to make his move and ask her out she announced the horrible news of moving to him and Miranda. He thought to himself I could do it now but it would not matter her parents wouldn't stop the move because he liked her a lot. You see Lizzie's mother got a great catering job up in Vermont it was one of the biggest companies ever and paid 200 dollars every Friday. Lizzie did not want to move because she also had a long time crush on her friend Gordo just never worked up courage to tell him either. "Guys listen I will miss you all forever and till it ends but I can not stop this from happening and I am sorry I will write you guys and call you when I can I want to hear everything that happens I don't want to miss a thing nothing at all" Lizzie said as warm salted tears dripped down her bright red face and her once crystal blue eyes turning red and swollen from crying. She would not only be leaving her two best friends but she ould also be leaving her one love. She would never have a chance to tell him even if she did it would make no never mind. Lizzie couldn't get her mind off of how sad her friends looked. Miranda rapped her arms around her long best friend "Lizzie things will never be the same without you." "Rhythmic gymnastics with never be the same without you either" Gordo added half crying half laughing. Lizzie had never seen Gordo cry before the bell was about to ring on the last day of school and it would also ring on the last time she would ever see her friends again. Lizzie wrapped her arms around Gordo holding him tight I never want to let go she thought to herself. Gordo listen I have always loved you more than just a friend and I guess that will not do any good now and I am sorry I never told you earlier." Gordo stood there in awe his jaw almost dropped to the floor. Was this really happening?
