Chase sprinted through the crumbling halls of the pound, making sure to open every door and cage he could possibly open. Letting loose a bunch of wild animals from the pound wouldn't be a good idea under normal circumstances, there was no other choice. Well, he could just leave them to die, but that was nowhere near an option.

He was sure that he cleared all of the area, but was confused as to why some of the rooms were already cleared out, despite him not even getting to them yet. The animals got out either way, so the thought didn't disturb him as much.

Skye opened what she knew was the final door, allowing a collection of dogs to run out of it, thanking her hurriedly as they ran. She quickly decided that while she looked for Siren, she would let others out as she went. She couldn't just leave. The Cockapoo smiled as she turned her attention to Sweetie.

"That should be the last of them!" Skye told her.

Sweetie raised an eyebrow, "So we can leave before we become pup pancakes?" She looked up at the ceiling, which was beginning to rumble from the constant shaking beneath their paws.

"We still have to find Siren!" The aviation specialist told her.

"And if he already escaped?" The Terrier inquired.

Skye didn't respond, rounding another corner. Sweetie let out a groan. PAW Patrol pups were so selfless it was irritating. Could they, for once, just think of themselves like she did? The Cockapoo proceeded to head to the main lobby as Sweetie reluctantly followed her.

Chase looked around the hallways, "That should be the last of them. Now to get out of here."

The Shepherd began running to the main lobby. Now that he managed to make sure nobody would potentially get hurt or worse by the crumbling building, he could focus on his man mission, finding Skye. He hoped that she had escaped back when all of this chaos started and didn't stay behind to do the same thing he did.

"I'll see her at the lookout... We don't have any other place to go in Adventure City..."

Walking into the lobby, Skye was talking to Sweetie, who was lagging behind, "Next, we need to head to the lookout, maybe the others are there."

The Shepherd's ears perked up at the noise. It took less than an instant for him to recognize the voice.

For the longest time, he could've sworn that there was some strange force keeping him from seeing Skye. He had been all around the surrounding area of Adventure Bay. Traveled by air, by road, and by foot in his pursuit for his crush.

And yet, after all that, the next time he heard her voice was the one moment he wasn't looking for her. Nearly two weeks of running around all seemed worth it.

Chase slowly turned his head, his eyes widening as he saw who the voice had come from.

And there she was. She looked a bit roughed up from everything she could have been through, her fur matted and ruffled in different areas. She was also a bit dirty. After all, she probably wasn't able to bathe during her time away from Adventure Bay. But even with all of that, she still retained those beautiful eyes he adored so much.

Skye turned her head away from Sweetie, who was just around the corner and out of Chase's sight, just to see a familiar German Shepherd pup, donning his Adventure City gear, staring right at her in a stunned silence. Her tail instantly began wagging at the sight.

It was then when they locked eyes.

Time seemingly stopped around them, the slight rumbling beneath their paws ceasing as their breathing quickened. Chase's heart began racing, Skye's tail wagged faster. Sweetie, who had just rounded the corner, saw what was going on, and quickly retreated back to behind the corner.

She questioned herself why she would do such a thing. A favor to Skye? When did she ever consider doing something like that? Maybe she was getting soft after spending so much time with Skye and the other pound dogs.

"Disgusting..." Sweetie stuck out her tongue, feeling sick, "Absolutely disgusting..."

No words were spoken between Skye and Chase, the longing stares more than enough for both of them after spending so long not seeing the other.

The first to move was Skye.

The Cockapoo dashed at the Shepherd as fast as she possibly could, completely forgetting about the fatigue she had from running around the pound for the past half hour. She could feel tears welling up in her eyes as she jumped at him.

Chase held out his paws, ready to catch her, but wasn't ready for how quickly she rammed into him, making him slide back a few feet. The police pup wrapped his paws around her, shutting his eyes tight.

Finally, he spoke, "...Please tell me this isn't a dream..."

"I think it's real this time..."

Over the past nearly two weeks, the two couldn't help but to daydream or even dream at night about meeting the other once again. Skye would often imagine herself and Chase confessing to one another, while Chase fantasized about taking her home to Adventure Bay and getting back to business. Of course, that's what he thought he wanted.

He knew in the back of his mind that he desired more than just 'getting back to business'.

"I missed you!" Both blurted at the same time, their cheeks rising in temperature.

After what seemed like ages of their silent embrace, the two loosened their grip on one another to look at the other, tears falling from their eyes. Skye couldn't help but cry a bit harder as she looked at Chase's face. It still felt like she was dreaming. It was then when she noticed the bandage on Chase's right cheek.

"What happened to you?" She put a paw on the bandage, Chase wincing at the touch, "Are you okay?"

"Me and Marshall went looking for you, and a few things happened..." He answered, "It's no big deal, really. I'm okay."

The Cockapoo didn't believe him, looking at his tired, yet restless eyes. The black circles under his eyes served as an indicator as to Chase's recent sleep schedule. Had he been sleeping bad since Sweetie took her? Had he even been sleeping at all?

"Skye, the roof is cracking..." Sweetie, who had enough of their tender moment in such a dire situation, remarked, "Maybe we should leave the building first."

Chase's eyes formed into a sharp glare, looking up at the Terrier.

The Terrier looked just as bad as Skye, maybe even worse. She had various bruises on her body, giving various imperfections to the usually "perfect" pup's body. On top of that, she was missing any identifying items. He knew why Skye didn't have any, as she was stripped of anything in fear of being located.

Funny how they didn't need Skye's things to locate her after all.

The police pup pulled Skye close to him defensively, "What do you want, Sweetie?"

"Chase, calm down." The Cockapoo interjected, "Believe it or not, she's with me."

"Don't get ahead of yourself, pup." She turns her nose to the air, "It's only because the situation calls for it."

"...But I guess she's right..." Skye sighed reluctantly, looking at Chase, "We should probably get out of here..."

As much as she desperately wanted to talk to Chase more, Skye knew that they would have to at least get to safety before having a private moment. She took a mental note to pull the Shepherd off to the side sometime later and talk to him. Maybe she could even confess her feelings for him. Or he could to her!

Skye squealed in her mind, her tail wagging faster out of sight.

"Marshall and Liberty would be glad to see you're okay." The Shepherd smiled, "They're back at the lookout."

"Really?" Skye's mood instantly alleviated, "I can't wait to see them!" In her excitement, she let out one of her usual yips, making Chase's heart flutter.

The police pup blushed beneath his fur, "They feel the same."

The two took a moment to look at the other, their tails wagging as they examined the other's face. They fell silent, Skye's eyebrow beginning to raise as she let out a giggle.

"You'd have to let me go first, Chase..."

"Right!" He exclaimed with embarrassment, scooting back, "Sorry, sorry, sorry!"

Chase was well aware of the fact that he was putty in her paws. He couldn't help but to always get a bit awkward around her. But now that he had some consulting with Marshall, his feelings for her had grown by leaps and bounds. He hadn't even noticed that his feelings for her grew so much, or even at all. He assumed that 'like-likeing' her was the end all be all of having a crush.

But maybe there was a greater feeling there...

"You two are so embarrassing..." Sweetie commented, walking past the flustered pups.

Skye, Chase, and Sweetie entered the Adventure City lookout. They were lucky that the lookout was able to easily defend against disasters, as they could barely feel the rumbling from the earthquake. Sweetie looked around the area with sparkles in her eyes. It was clear that she was interested in the lookout and how it worked. The Cockapoo smiled at this, glad to see another side of the usually irritating pup.

"Sweetie, I think you should stay back here in the lobby." Skye looked back at her, "I don't know how Marshall and Liberty would react..."

"Sure, I don't care." Sweetie replied dismissively, looking away.

Meanwhile, Marshall and Liberty were playing with Siren as they waited for Chase to return. They planned to meet back up with the police pup before going to look around for Siren's family. It was a very hurriedly rushed plan, not to mention dangerous because of the earthquake currently rumbling around the city, but it was doable.

Marshall and Liberty watched on with surprise as they watched Siren drink a whole bowl of water.

"This water is so... Clean!" He exclaimed, "The bowls at the pound were nothing like this!"

The two pups exchanged a glance. Neither of them had any experience with being around a pound, not to mention growing up in one. The best they could do is try to give him a good time at the Adventure City lookout before they go back to Adventure Bay.

"If you think that's good, wait till you try the treat dispenser!" Marshall grinned.

"You know, I haven't had any treats from that yet." A voice spoke up from the entrance, "I'm pretty starving after spending so long with pound food."

Marshall and Liberty turned around, seeing a familiar Cockapoo smiling back at them.

"SKYE!"

The two pups ran at their found friend. Marshall, being the quicker of the duo, was first to tackle Skye into a hug.

"We missed you so much!" The Dalmatian cried, nuzzling his uninjured cheek against hers, "We've been through so much and been everywhere looking for you!"

Skye giggled, hugging back, "Hi, Marshall."

Once Marshall let her go, she was tackled into a hug by Liberty.

"I thought we lost ya, girl!" The Dachshund exclaimed, hugging Skye tightly.

"I'm okay, Liberty." She reassured her, "I wasn't going to stay gone forever without a fight."

"Skyeeeeee!" Siren ran over cheerfully, "I'm so happy for you, I know how much you missed your friends!"

She put a paw on his head, "I couldn't have made it without you and the others."

Chase smiled faintly at the sight of Skye talking with Siren. He was glad to know that she had managed to make a few friends in her time away.

"She seems good with kids, eh?" Marshall slides over, elbowing his sworn brother.

Chase's cheeks puffed pink beneath his fur, "Since when did you become such a tease? You're not Zuma."

"Someone has to do it in his stead. This is just gold." The Dally grinned.

"W-We have business to attend to..." The German Shepherd began making his way over to the screen where they usually took calls from. He soon regained his composure, "I'm calling Ryder. Our mission is completed. We can go home..."

"But he's not going to like it when he sees your injuries..." Marshall looked away, "...And mine."

"Wait, Ryder doesn't know that you two are hurt?"

The sworn brothers turned around to look at Skye with wide eyes. In their excitement in finding her, they had completely forgotten that they had neglected to tell the Cockapoo about their current situation.

"When Chase got hurt for the first time, we..." Marshall trailed off, his nose pointed to the ground, "...We didn't tell Ryder."

Skye's eyes widened, now focused on Chase. She was in utter shock.

Chase was always the pup she thought as the most honest of the team. Yet here he was, shuffling in his seat in what appeared to be shame after admitting to lying to the sole person to give him his job in the first place. The Cockapoo walked closer to the police pup, her usual empathetic smile forming on her face.

"Why didn't you tell Ryder?"

"If Ryder knew that I was hurt, he would have taken me off the mission..." Chase answered honestly, tired of lying to the ones close to him, "I didn't want to just be back at the lookout while you were who knows where..."

Marshall looked away.

"I even managed to rope Marshall into it..." Chase admitted, "I talked him into secrecy and he was complicit. I know, I shouldn't have lied, but I just couldn't bear the thought of just sitting there still while you were still out there."

Skye's heart fluttered at this. He had done all of that, just to be the one to find her, "Aw... You were that worried?"

Chase's face went beet red, making Marshall giggle, "W-What? N-No, as second in command, it is my duty to see to it that all of my teammates are okay and fit to do their—"

The aviation specialist suddenly hugged him, not bothering to hear the rest of his statement, "I know Chase, I know..."

"Ugh, get a room." Sweetie commented, walking in.

Marshall, without another word, charged at Sweetie, baring his teeth.

Chase had never seen Marshall flip his lid so quickly in the past. The Dally was always the goofy and cheerful pup of the PAW Patrol. Whenever he did face adversity, he would get more sad instead of angry. Well... That was until his and Chase's argument triggered the Dalmatian into saying something they both knew he regretted.

"Marsh!" Chase quickly pulled him back.

"What are you doing!?" The Dally asked, "She's the one who put us through all this in the first place! All three of us!"

"Skye said that Sweetie is with her, not the other way around." Chase told him, "I'm mad too, but the most important thing we need to do is get all of us out of here and back with the rest of the PAW Patrol. Then we can deal with her."

"You're not going to just get away with that." Marshall glared at the Terrier.

Sweetie dismissively rolled her eyes, "Whatever."

Liberty interjected, "Nothing more out of you, royal pain in our—"

"As soon as we get home, I'm going right to my pup house and going to sleep for a whole entire day..." The Cockapoo yawned, leaning against Chase.

The police pup instantly became flustered, his eyes bulging. "M-Me too..."

Skye was certainly becoming more comfortable and open about being close with Chase. At this point, they had been separated for so long that it brought Skye to the simple realization of the fact that life is short. She had been in various life-threatening situations from not eating for days on end, to having just participated in a pound jailbreak a few hours prior.

Before either Skye or Chase could say anything else, they heard a familiar chime from the large screen behind them. They were getting a call.

The six pups exchanged glances.

"Is it a PAW Patrol emergency?" Siren asked, oddly more excited about the prospect of an emergency.

"Let's hope not." Chase began walking toward the screen, "I don't think any of us with the exception of Liberty are able to do any more missions."

Liberty looked at them, "Not to mention that two of the six of us aren't even on the PAW Patrol or have any equipment."

"One of us is evil." Marshall looked over at Sweetie.

Chase, Skye, and Liberty blinked a few times. It was a true, but unwarranted comment. He really had it out for Sweetie. Could they really blame him, though?

The German Shepherd pup felt the same, if he was being entirely honest. But his loyal devotion to his duty of leading Marshall, Skye, and Liberty outweighed that bitterness toward Sweetie.

Chase slowly walked over to the screen, and answered the call.

Appearing on the screen was a face Skye hadn't seen in what seemed like ages. It was Ryder, who wore a face with an expression left unreadable. He looked between Liberty, some pup he'd never seen before, Marshall, a pup he hoped to god wasn't Sweetie, Skye, and finally Chase.

Ryder had been repeatedly calling the Adventure City lookout every three hours, hoping that somebody would eventually answer. Be it Liberty, Chase and Marshall, anybody. But he certainly wasn't expecting this.

The pups on the PAW Patroller 2.0 had fallen asleep after playing within the vehicle for hours on end to pass the time. By this point, they were crossing the entrance to Adventure City, and Ryder couldn't be any more anxious.

While he was elated to see that Skye had gotten back with Chase and Marshall, it was soon pushed away with overwhelming concern. All of the pups, with the exception of Liberty, had various bruises on their bodies. Chase and Marshall had bandages on multiple areas of their bodies, mostly Chase.

He began to put the pieces together. Is this why Chase didn't show himself when he called the lookout? How long had he had those injuries? What happened to Marshall between that call and now? What else were they hiding? Why was Sweetie with them? Who was that pup currently looking at the screen as though he had just seen the greatest thing in his life?

Ryder let out a long and sturdy exhale that they could've sworn went on forever, "Pups, stay right where you are."

Nobody responded.

"I do not want any of you leaving the lookout, especially during a time like this. Do I make myself clear?"

Once again, nobody said anything.

"Chase?"

"...Yes sir."

"Ryder!" Skye jumped into the boy's arms, nuzzling into his chest.

"We missed you so much, Skye..." The boy tried his best not to start crying the instant he saw the small bruises she had on her body in person, "I'm so glad you're okay. I'm sorry that I—"

"No."

"What?"

"I'm not letting you blame yourself like this!" The aviation pup protested, "I don't know what happened when I got pupnapped, but I know it was really hard on you."

"That's an understatement..." Ryder gently pet her head, "Sometimes I thought that I would never see you again. I was so scared..."

He closed his eyes, unable to prevent the tears beginning to fall from his eyes. Skye couldn't help but to begin crying as well. They had been through tough events over the past two weeks respectively, but believe it or not, the two of them were still just naive kids trying their best to navigate this rough situation.

"So Ryder just sent them out there!?" Everest asked loudly, "I'm worried for Skye too, but what if they get hurt! I couldn't bear to see that happen..."

Rocky sighed, "I'm sure Ryder knew there was no other choice. I sure did."

"We all could've went togethew!" Zuma cried, glaring at Rocky.

The eco pup knew good and well that the way this conversation was going was nowhere near desirable, but what else could Rocky do but to just tell him the facts?

"Had we waited, who knows what could've happened to Skye in that window..." Rocky looked back at him with a resolute expression, "For all we know, she could already be... Well..."

Zuma was shaken by his statement. There was no reason for Rocky to say something so careless in his eyes. He was already fearing her being injured, but her being not with them anymore was a thought he refused to bear. He let go of Everest, turned to Rocky, and...

Shoved him.

He had watched his pups suffer for so long, having to see them trying to hide their emotions behind crudely constructed masks in order to continue being the rescue team for Adventure Bay. Perhaps after this they needed to take a much needed break from PAW Patrol duties.

After a few minutes and a lot of tears shed, Ryder finally left her to talk with the pups that had been stationed in Adventure Bay the past two weeks.

Rubble, Rocky, Zuma, and Everest tackled Skye, all speaking at the same time and indistinctly crying. It was clear that they missed her more than they allowed themselves to show.

Everest managed to speak over the three boys, "I'm sorry that I couldn't save you!"

"I don't want anyone blaming themselves for what happened, okay?" Skye looked at her, putting her paws on her best friend's cheeks, "Let's just go home and find some ways to make sure this never happens again. I miss the lookout..."

"It's not the same without you awound!" Zuma cried, looking up at her, "Pup-Pup boogie has been so bowing without someone to challenge my skills!'

Skye giggled, "I'd probably beat you, even if I am rusty."

"You'we on, Skye!"

"Have you eaten yet?" Rubble asked, "If not I have a stash in the PAW Patroller I can give to you?"

Everest raised an eyebrow, "But the PAW Patroller broke."

"I mean the new one."

"ALREADY!?"

Skye laughed loudly. They hadn't changed at all.

Meanwhile, Ryder walked over to Chase and Marshall, who were watching everything unfold, "I need to talk to you two for a moment."

Both of the pups averted their eyes, not daring to take as much as a glance at their owner. This was the very situation they had feared ever since neglecting to tell Ryder about Chase's initial injuries, and continuing to not tell him about anything relating to the mission aside from small details.

"No more lying, you two, what really happened?" Ryder finally asked.

Chase, finally breaking, proceeded to explain every single event play by play to their owner, with Marshall adding his own input whenever it was needed.

When the Shepherd recounted the events in Barkingburg, Ryder was left in shock. Had Sweetie really recruited five knight pups to keep them away from her and Skye, but they ended up trying to kill them instead? He looked at the bandage on Chase's cheek, a visual indicator of the events of Barkingburg.

While the police pup recounted coming back to Adventure Bay to take the original PAW Patroller, Ryder couldn't help but feel absolutely stupid. He let his pups come home with injuries just to leave again leaving him and the other pups none the wiser. Maybe they could've prevented this from going any further. Maybe he had to reevaluate his current standing. He needed to do better.

Chase then spoke about Rufftopolis. He was glad that nobody got injured during that outing, but he was still concerned about the knights.

It was then when the Shepherd talked about his and Marshall's argument, both pups seemingly most ashamed of this event. When he elaborated that the argument was the reason they lost Robo-Dog and the PAW Patroller, Ryder seemed more concerned than ever. He was even more concerned when Chase admitted that it was also the reason for his sprained paw and the bandage around it. Chase, pretty worn out from spilling everything about the past two weeks decided to stop and allow Marshall to take the lead in the explanation.

Marshall talked about their on foot walk to Adventure City, and the bear that they unfortunately encountered. Ryder nearly fainted when Chase took off his Adventure City gear to show the large bandage covering his back. Marshall further explained that before Chase used his body to shield him, his cheek was slashed by the same bear.

Chase then put an arm around Marshall, smiling for the first time during their conversation as he proudly told Ryder that they now considered each other brothers.

Ryder smiled faintly at this as well. He was glad that at least some good came out of these horrible events.

Finally, the pups finished by describing what had happened in Adventure City. Meeting with Liberty, finding Busby and using him to track down the connection to Sweetie and eventually arriving at the pound. The earthquake starting and them saving the dogs that could have been crushed under the weight of the building.

As Chase described the earthquake, Ryder came to realize that sometime after he got to Adventure City, the rumbling slowed to a stop.

After that, Chase dreamily recounted his affectionate reunion with Skye, although cut short by the situation they were in.

"I bet it was a reunion you were waiting for..." The Dally grinned, "We all missed Skye, but you definitely missed her a bunch more."

"Cut it out, Marsh."

"Both of you, stop it." Ryder looked down at them, inhaling in preparation for what would be a long, drawn out lecture, "I can't believe you, either of you! You two knowingly went against my orders and risked your lives unnecessarily! I understand your concerns for Skye, but this was just reckless. Especially you, Chase!"

Chase looked down at the floor.

It had been so long since either of them had such a tongue lashing from their owner, the last time being back before the PAW Patrol had the original six pups.

"Marshall, it was your job to make sure Chase was able to complete this mission!" He turned to the Dally, "I told you and Chase to call me if anything went wrong, and you knew that! How did Chase manage to convince you into this?"

Marshall mumbled, looking at the ground, "It's not my place to tell you."

"And Chase, I am very disappointed in you! Very disappointed!" He shouted, "You convinced Marshall to keep going after he bandaged up your injury and nearly got killed trying to save your life after you nearly got killed! This behavior is beneath you, why did you push this?"

Chase whimpered faintly.

Ryder then stopped for a moment before looking at Marshall.

"Marshall, please leave." He pet his head, "I understand what happened, and I forgive you. But I still have some talking to do with Chase."

The Dalmatian exchanged a glance with his sworn brother, who nodded faintly. Marshall left the room and closed the door...

...Only to see all of the other pups with the exception of Sweetie right in front of the door.

"Have you all been listening?" He asked.

"Nope."

"Absolutely not."

"I thought it wasn't good to lie to—" Siren tried to say, but was cut off when Rocky covered his mouth.

The Dally smiled sadly, "Guys, let's just give them some space, okay?"

One by one, the pups reluctantly left, with Marshall going last to make sure nobody else was around to listen.

Back in the room, Ryder was still lecturing the police pup.

"Honestly, Chase, why did you think this was a good idea!?" Ryder questioned, "You're supposed to be the second in command, the most trusted. What were you thinking?"

"I..." The Shepherd began to squeak out.

"You what?"

"I-I like Skye!" He finally admitted, shutting his eyes tight, "I haven't had any sleep, I've been too worried! I knew if I was taken off of the mission, I wouldn't be able to rest regardless!"

Talking about his hidden crush on the Cockapoo was enough to make him cry once again for what seemed like the thousandth time that day.

Ryder was taken aback by this. He was completely aware of Chase's softer side toward Skye. He had considered the possibility once or twice, but soon dismissed it.

Ryder kneeled down, "Is that true?"

Chase reluctantly nodded.

"Why'd you never tell me?"

The German Shepherd gulped, "I was so scared that the team's integrity would be affected, especially if she ended up rejecting me..."

"Of course the team's integrity would be affected." He gently pet the Shepherd's head, "But not in the way you think."

"What do you mean?"

"If you and Skye end up together one day, the team would be stronger. Communication between you and her would improve. Sure there would be a few ground rules to deal with, as well as some bumps to smooth out, but it could work."

"But what if she rejects me?"

Ryder looked at him with a blank expression, "Yeah, that's not happening."

Before Chase could question what he meant, a familiar rumble started beneath their feet.

"Oh no, it's starting again..."

"C'mon Chase, no earthquake is too big, no pup is too small!"

"Y-Yeah! Just... Gimme a second!" The German Shepherd began wiping his eyes.

Ryder opened his pup pad, "PAW Patrol, to the lookout!"

Chase watched from the hallway leading to the main room, where he saw Skye, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, Marshall, and Everest line up in their usual positions, making sure to save a spot for their favorite police pup.

Ryder smiled faintly as he watched Chase slowly walk toward them, his ears lowered. He was clearly unsure of whether he was supposed to join the mission or not, as half of him was expecting a suspension from rescues or worse.

That was until the pups looked back at him with smiles.

For the first time in what seemed like years, he saw the six other pups lined up, waiting for Chase to say his signature line.

Leaping forward, he stopped between Rubble and Rocky like he usually did.

He took a deep breath in, puffed out his chest, and finally declared;

"PAW Patrol, back in action and ready for action, Ryder Sir!"

"Thanks for coming so quickly, pups. I'm glad to see you guys together again." He turned to the screen, "We have a big emergency on our hands—-"

"Oh my dog, Chase!" He suddenly heard, prompting him to turn around.

There his first pup was, laid out flat on the floor unconscious.

Marshall, Skye, Ryder, and the other pups rushed over to him, picking the Shepherd up while the Dalmatian checked him out. The Dally seemed worried as he whipped out his medical gear and began to check the Shepherd out.

"Ohhh... I see what's going on here..." Marshall told them sadly, "Chase passed out from exhaustion. He hasn't slept properly in days, not to mention his injury from the bear attack."

"BEAR ATTACK!?"

"...Right, didn't tell you pups about that..."

Skye looked down at Chase, who's breathing was steady, yet shaky. She looked at him with worry, putting a paw on his.

"You're never going to hear the end of this when you wake up..."
