If you think I own the X-Men.. well.. beware, because I'm right behind you! Don't sue me! Read and review, please! Thanks, all.
It was so hard to be a mutant. To be hated and feared for something you couldn't help. Rejected from society, where you had to hide or be hunted by people who wanted you dead, who wanted to kill you. You could hide among them if the mutation wasn't obvious. But you still had to hide.
Concentration camps were the like places you were sent to after you were caught mercilessly. They hated you because of your beliefs. You were impure. A mistake. You had to be destroyed 'for the good of humanity.'
Magneto's eyes narrowed dangerously. It could wait no more. Death in this war was honorable, but not a problem. Others would rise up to take your place.
"Magneto? Magneto? Hello?" the communicator crackled.
He snapped back into reality, and brought the communicator up to his lips. "What?" It was a sharp, cold word.
"Whenever your ready. All teams are in place. Just give the signal."
A slow, dark smile crossed his lips. He flicked the switch so all of his teams could hear those memorable words. "All teams... move out."
